I received spoiled milk during my last pickup order. Was unopened and wasn't due to expire until June 2. Now, I'm waiting to see if I have food poisoning due to the incompetence of whoever was working that day. Guess walmart scraps the bottom of the barrel to staff their stores. Even simple jobs are too much for some.

It's a pain in the butt trying to find items in this store. I look at the signs above the aisle trying to get an idea where an item might be and its not there so I have to walk up and down the aisle looking for my item, hoping I can spot it. An example is yesterday, I went to buy a box of Idaho mashed potatoes, I assumed they would be in the boxed meal or can vegetable aisle. NOPE! I then asked an employee where the boxed mashed potatoes were and she told me to look where the fresh vegetables are. Wrong answer. I was about to leave and happen to see them in the candy aisle on the end! This is ridiculous. How about grouping similar foods in the same vicinity instead of an off the wall aisle?

This pharmacy goes above and beyond to help its customers. I had the crud and didn’t want to go in and expose others. I called the drive thru and they told me that they would pick up me some over the counter medicine so I wouldn’t have to come in. I appreciated it so much. They proved that they care about my needs over their convenience. I will always shop at this pharmacy.

It is a very good concept, has a little bit of everything you need. But the new design of closing off the aisles, not so good having to walk the whole thing to get to the next. It was great with the store split in half. Sometimes if it's not broke don't fix it !!!!!!

I usually frequent this Walmart b/c it's close, but I hate the way they devalue not only their clients, but the employees. I am not trying to call anyone out, but I know several people who work here and the treatment that one of them gets is crazy. The store manager is the worse b/c she excuses harassment gestures as playful. I personally want to get everyone I know to write a letter to corporate about her and get her out of there. There is no reason employees should suffer this way. Publix would never.

This is the best Walmart grocery store in Columbus. Their pick up service is usually excellent and the staff inside the store is friendly. The store is clean and well stocked.

I was able to purchase my items with ease bo long line in the early morning. They always have my lemonade and tea mix in the gallon jug, and that is a plus.

This expired beauty was literally delivered at 7:51 pm on 4/10/2023. It expired on the 8th and was a substitute for a Jimmy Dean package that was sold out. This happens to us once or twice every delivery. I expect nothing but lackluster and terrible service and poor attention to detail from Walmart. It must be their mission statement.

Clean, workers are nice. But the only problem is they don't open at 6. It says open at 6 and they end up opening past 7. It you're not gonna be open at 6 change the store hours.

Wonnie is the best cashier ever! I'm out in the parking lot when I hear someone call out. I turn around and it's Wonnie. I had left one of my bags on the carousel. Service doesn't get any better than that.

We only came in for ice cream and dishwasher detergent this afternoon. Everyone was super nice, the store was clean and well stocked, and a customer even helped me find something! Ms Angela, our cashier, said "Pick me! Pick me!" So we did. What a sweetheart! Stop by this friendly location and get what you need in a hurry and get on your way. And see Ms Angela if you can!

The store manager needs to be replaced. Why she tell her staff on Juneteenth that they are free now and can do what they want to do? How is that acceptable? That is not funny or appropriate. And out in the open where customers can hear. On top of being lazy, and hovering over you while checking out, she's racist? There are too many other stores and companies to shop with than to have to deal with this ignorance. I won't be back. I wish I could leave no stars. Store Manager is named Lindsey.

Can I brag on the pharmacy for a moment? Super friendly, informative, and filled my child's prescription immediately (after another pharmacy failed to do so for weeks without notification). I'm grateful for the suggestion to use this pharmacy. Great experience!

Clean, fast self check out. Small store but has majority of grocery needs. Grocery pick up here is normally quick, although grocery selection is limited due to being a market vs a Walmart Supercenter.

Always a great location to shop. Today, power went out. Employees rallied. When we were in the parking lot about to leave, they ran out to let us know some registers were up and could now take cards only. Great crew

Parking lot is not very big, yet they mark 20 of the closest spots for curbside delivery. I never see them anywhere near full, yet have to park a mile a way just to shop like a normal person.I like self checkout, but they changed the configuration so that now it's complete chaos. Also, my husband gets incentives from work via Walmart gift cards. But they won't work in the self checkout at the Blackmon rd location. So I have to find a checkout line with an actual attendant to use them. They work fine at Manchester, but that's a disaster for another day.The produce section is very sad, as most of the shelves are empty and what's left is literally rotting on the shelf. I've had to leave many times with items left on my grocery list because of this and I end up paying twice a much at the Publix.And good luck getting down a single isle without an employee with a huge cart blocking half the isle, usually directly in front of the item I want to purchase. It doesn't matter what time of day I shop, they are always in the way of shoppers. I've literally had to take cover behind an end cap to get out of the way of employees coming down the isle with giant pallets full of stuff that should have been put out the night before, or at least not during prime shipping hours.Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because at least it's clean and it's not the worst Walmart I've ever shopped at. I set my standards pretty low here in Columbus. But the changes they've made recently both to the parking lot and inside are not friendly to the customers. And for goodness sake, hire night staff to stock and keeps things fresh!

Convenient if you need something but I would avoid using this location if you need alot of groceries. The prices on alot of items scan incorrectly at the register. Also, there are items that don't even have price labels so it's a surprise what the actual price may be at checkout. The employees who stock/do grocery pickup tend to be rude, not all employees, and take up the aisles and never say excuse me etc, just push right on past shoppers.The prices here are ridiculous on alot of things. Idk why....its not like anyone is working the registers here so they are saving money in that respect.The parking lot....seriously, did you need that many spots for pickup?!

It used to easy to shop here. But they changed their registers so that now there is no line. Just mass of people trying to jockey for an open register. And they blocked off part of the parking lot so I am often walking a lot farther than necessary passing a dozen mostly empty parking places. I'm finished with them.

They had an awesome system. One line that moved quickly. Now they spread out the checkout stations so there are four or five lines. Get in the wrong line and expect wait for a while. The parking lot is barely big enough already until they reserved some of it for call in customers. I am not going to walk from the far corners of the parking lot just to see those spaces sit empty. I started going to Wal Mart as it was handy and I perceived that the prices were lower. On some things they are but I am learning that Publix is not that much higher on most things. I am looking forward to the new Publix opening up near my house.

2/10/23 The Neighborhood Walmart is a fast and easy way to get your groceries pharmacy needs, and pet supplies without all the distractions of the superstore. The store is well stocked, clean, and no one just standing around not working. Everyone seems to be working like a team. It's a great store... try them out and enjoy. 4/23/23 It's always nice to make a quick stop at the Neighborhood Walmart. It's always clean and well stocked without the distractions of the Super Store..8/27/23 I always enjoy shopping at the Neighborhood Walmart. Today I went shopping after church and while walking around a Walmart employee actually stopped and asked if he could help me find something... WOW, that has never happened to before and I mean at any store. Good job Walmart for hiring employees that have a heart for lost people...

The store was well stocked and the workers were really helpful. I love the self checkout breeze. It may be headache if you have alot of items but the way the registers are setup you have plenty of room which makes all the difference. I travel across town 15 mins to come here and I love every trip. The manager whom looks of a foreign decent and short is always amazing, I love her.

Love the options and produce but have been sitting in the pick up area for 30 minutes for $80 dollars worth of groceries. This is my first time using this location and hope it won’t be a reoccurring issue.
