My new favorite pharmacy! They are so fast, efficient, and always have my prescriptions ready as fast as they can.They are always busy but very good at communicating and doing the best they can to help every customer.I was in line last night and waited a good bit before getting to the window (always seems to be crazy people in front of us who waste time).I finally got to the window and the lady was so nice- I wish I got her name. They had just closed but she took me anyways and was so respectful and nice to me. When I thanked her for taking me after they closed she was so sweet and said of course!This Walgreens is always so nice and caring— thank you for what you do!

I went there to make passport pictures, I had to wait for about 4 minutes for my picture, to be taken while the TECHNICIAN talk to another associate and stood in fron of a computer. Finally she took my pic. then she ask for my personal data such as; name, address, email address, and phone number. ( information that she didn't need at all.Then told me to wait for another 5 minutes.I waited more than ... while she did other task ignoring 🙄 me and that fact that I had been waiting more than 5 minutes for the pictures.While I was waiting, standing in pain because of my many health issues My husband happened to call me from the Walgreens at Midland, he too had his passport pictures done in less than 5 minutes,. No information was requested from my husband. so, I left and drove to Midland, and sure enough, in about 5 minutes my pictures were done and I was on my way home. And again no information was needed to get passport photos.I will avoid going to this walgreens, because of bad customer service. 😒 and because of the gathering g of information under false pretense.

Unfortunately, I take multiple medications in order to stay alive, so I have to go to doctors and pharmacies a lot. I spend a lot of time and money to stay alive and have some quality of life. I don’t know what is wrong with this particular location, but the customer service at this pharmacy is the absolute worst of any Walgreens. It may just be the Columbus way of treating people, but it’s not right. The medications are rarely filled correctly. I call to double check to see if my medications are ordered. I always get an unfriendly attitude and unhelpful support when I call to make sure the medications are correct or if the order is taking a long time. Then I drive up to pickup and pay for my medication, and my medication is still filled wrong or not ready. I am patient… I order my prescriptions a week or more before I need them. As you know, sometimes you wait well over 45 minutes in line to pick up your medication. Where is the disconnect with the computer system where I request refills, the medication being ordered, and the medication being ready for me to pick up? Is it a human error, or is the Walgreens ordering system defective? You would think a corporation of this size would have perfected their logistics by now, so that customers can easily get the correct medication in a timely manner. On top of that, the staff at this pharmacy has the worst customer service… always an attitude, always unpleasant, and never an ounce of empathy, kindness, or consideration for the customers that are there buying medication to feel better. Walgreens, do better! Do something about this location, so that the North Columbus area can have a decent, well managed Walgreens pharmacy. This review is only for the pharmacy. The store is well stocked, and I have had no issues.

This is my first review of Walgreens pharmacy. I was in the drive thru pharmacy line at 8:10 p.m. I was the eighth vehicle. I had two vehicles ahead of me by 9:00p.m. They close at 9:00p.m. Needless to say I didn’t get my prescriptions. They simply just closed the pharmacy and left a notice in the window. I’ve never had this happen before. I go to Walgreens when they text message me saying that my prescriptions are ready for pick-up. This was the worst experience ever. This is why I rated them with 1 star.

Every time I use the drive thru pharmacy I have to wait atleast 15 minutes or longer. Even coming at 9am when they open I have had to wait atleast 15 minutes before being helped. Now that the new Publix is open, I will probably move our prescriptions over there.

Don’t ever buy gift cards from this Walgreens or any other for that matter. Went here for Christmas gift cards and after giving them out at family gift exchange, when they tried to use them all of them showed already used! This was five different gift cards, and surprise Walgreens will do nothing about it and they do not stand behind their cards. They basically stole my money. Extremely disappointed and frustrated that I got totally ripped off.

Google, their website and even the automated service when you call this location all say the pharmacy closes at 9pm. My husband went to go pick up a Rx for our very sick daughter at 6:45pm. He was in line BEFORE 7pm. When he got to the window the person said they were closed and told him and another car to come back later. I was at this location around 4pm and was told the Rx would be ready in 3 hours.... That's SEVEN. So now my daughter has to suffer through the night because this location decided to randomly close early. Look at the pic included...the posted pharmacy hours are above. It even says 9PM. "Sorry for any inconvenience" like a miserable, puking, 5 year old with a high fever who can barely lift her head? Yea right.Edit to add: Just left this location. Finally was able to get my daughter's medicine but a second Rx that I told them I'd pick up with my daughter's was "put back because it wasn't picked up" and would take an hour to refill.This place is a joke.

I was at the Walgreens today I saw a women in the line they wouldn't let her return a nail polish she said she didn't care about the money she was trying to show the mistake they made the worker called her manager she helped not at all why bother getting the manager for her not to help she didn't even get to return it because of something in the systemSuch good customer service and technology🙄 she had to keep the nail polish either way she was saying it isn't healthy the manager didn't even look like she was paying any attention she didn't help at all thanks alot Walgreens I won't be coming back. EVER

On September 1, I picked up prescriptions via the drive-thru. The wait was super short, as the line was moving along nicely. I was assisted by Kentonya, who is the Pharmacy Operations Manager. She is FABULOUS! Pleasant, efficient, courteous and extremely thoughtful. I do not have insurance, so Kentonya took it upon herself to look for a discount for me. Best service ever!

Came at 12 noon to get an rx filled. I was told it would ready at 2:30. Now, at 3:10, I was told it would be another 15 minutes. I think they just turned it in to be filled. If I could give zero stars, I would because that is the service they give. This is not the first time this same thing has happened. I came by to pick one up when called in from theft Dr, and it another 30 minutes. Very poor service.

Pharmacist is horrible here. Treated and spoke to my 65 year old mom horrible over the phone. Took a whole day with her calling multiple times to pick a prescription she needed to start that night.. Had to call her CVS care card to locate the RN # to do a Walgreens job. Switching over to another pharmacy.

Went to get my prescription filled there. Lady said my insurance doesn't work with them and said CVS will do a transfer, it's quick and I'll save money.Coming to CVS I found out she just didn't want to do her job, transfers take 72 hours and I was in extreme pain. Drove back there to hear a rude, unprofessional "oh well, its not done yet come back in 20. "Being in severe pain and being sent around by this highly unprofeessional and rude person was a good enough reason to never shop there again eventhough I live across the street.

I’d drive an hour to avoid this place. My daughter left her dentist office with a prescription for antibiotics & pain meds, was in tears, her face swollen twice it’s normal size, and she was told to get in the back of the line “like everyone else”. Even the people in the line told her to go ahead, because they could tell she was in severe pain, but the employee was so hateful, she just left and went to CVS. I’m not one to EVER feel like I should get preferential treatment, and if I saw someone in this much distress, I would obviously make sure they got taken care of before me.

The older gentleman at the front counter is super sweet and helpful (he helped me with my rewards account) but the lady at the pharmacy counter is the rudest person I have ever come into contact with. She was very rude the first shot and I assumed it was just because they were pretty busy, maybe she was overwhelmed. However, when she was rude again for the second shot, with only one person in the waiting room, I realized that she is just a rude person. The people who administered the shot both times were also very nice!

I want to share the satisfaction of service I receive at this location. The girl who works the front counter (Misty) is always so helpful and friendly each and every time I go in there and usually if I have to stop at Walgreens I’m aggravated because it’s a last minute thing. She is always so pleasant and so helpful and I just want to express my gratitude to her for always putting a smile on my face. 100/A+++

My appointment was scheduled for 10am, walked in 5 minutes prior to. Waited in line for over 20 mins, there were three staff at the time and no one was in front of me, only one car at the drive through. Yet I was waiting forever…after they finally seen me and told me to fill out some forms, which I did and waited for another 20 minutes! I’m not sure what is the person that’s giving the shot doing but this is not how they conduct such customer service. Finally got my shot at 10:43. This is the worst experience Ive ever had with any Walgreens and Walgreens is my go to place for my annual flu vaccine and now for COVID vaccines as well. Never coming back to this particular one again.

Went in today to get my prescription filled. I was to to return at 2PM to pick it up. I returned at 2:15pm.to pick up my medication and was informed that it was not in stock and that I would have to wait until Monday afternoon, that's four days without my medication, which I must have. Now, with three hours wasted, I have to scramble to find another pharmacy. This is the second and the absolute last time this pharmacy is going to screw me again.

Awesome Pharmacy. All the employees are very friendly and give great customer services. The front employees at the registers are so friendly and helpful. I have been there many times at all different times of the day and have never had anything less than a very pleasant experience.

This is just for the pharmacy, but I literally had an appointment for a vaccine, when I get there the employees are basically hiding so they can wait till it’s their lunch break, which was in like 5 mins and avoid doing something that takes about 30 seconds. I usually never write reviews even if a have a bad experience, but like that’s just petty.

It's days like this that I am reminded of how nice it feels when people get together for a common cause. I stood in line with a woman who was trying to get pennies together for meds and a birthday gift for her grandchild. The manager saw what was going on and changed the price of the toy so that the customer could afford it. So nice! So special!

The freezer breakfast food needs to be pushed up.. it’s out of reach and as a Veteran looking for an ATM don’t come here… it’s right in the doorway no privacy and it’s also directly in the sunlight… making it nearly impossible to do a transaction with the suns glare directly on the machine and customers at the counter able to see your entire transaction

I just got off the phone with the pharmacist at 7868 veterans Pkwy walgreens. I had a question about taking zyrtec and Claritin at 12:29noon on 8/28/21. The pharmacist sounded inviting and and knowledgeable even just over the phone I could tell he was interested in what I was saying and sounded like he was there to help. Just awesome. The courtesy and customer service was an A++ indeed. I really appreciate that. Thank you walgreens pharmacist. That made me want to switch from CVS to walgreens pharmacy off veterans.

On 3.1.21 I phoned the store and spoke with a clerk to verify that the locations took passport photos. He confirmed that they took the photos there and would be open until 9 pm. I sent my young adult there via Uber to get her photo and they were closed for the evening. An easy errand became an inconvenient run around. Extremely disappointed.

Just plain rude I need a prescription filled then Denise was more worried about her little lunch than helping a customer told me to come back at 2 pm I did, went back to her window it was like she had never seen me before ( I was the last one she saw before her little lunch ) and the first to see at 2, then she told me oh it’s not ready so I had to ask how long will it take she said another 15 min. Looks like Walgreens need to train on customer service

I only go to this Walgreens when I absolutely need to like today, it’s the closest to my house and I needed to swing by and grab medicine and ginger ale for my husband. I grab the medicine and ginger ale and put it on the counter and her name is either Missy or Misty something like that and she immediately try’s to get me to buy more “if you get 3 it’s cheaper” I said no I grabbed what I needed and I didn’t need 3. She then tries to get me to buy 1 20 oz instead I said no I have what I need. She tries to get me to enter in my email for points I said no it’s okay I don’t shop here enough to use points and she’s said “you should shop here more” I said no it’s more expensive we shop at Winn-Dixie because it’s cheaper we’re members there and we don’t buy soda often but when we do we get it at a great price at winndixie” she just had something to say after everything I said and she was so annoying trying to get me to buy more and telling me what I “should buy no I told you in the beginning I have what I NEED. I don’t want to buy more if I did I would have grabbed more. She does this every time I go in there and it’s very annoying because she fights you tooth for nail on what you’re buying like it’s any of her business. Like I was about ready to run out the door and almost left what I bought because I was trying to get away from her. I get that Walgreens is closer but I think I might just drive a little further down the road and not spend money there at all simply because of this annoying employee trying to over sale after I said “no I grabbed what I needed” arguing with customers and trying to force them to buy things is rude and uncalled for. Misty or Missy whatever your name is PLEASE STOP TRYING TO UPSALE EVERYTHING WHEN A CUSTOMER SAYS NO OR WHEN THEY SAY THEY HAVE WHAT THEY NEED. You talk wayyy too much and need to learn when to stop with customers. Unprofessional.

After what was already a hectic (and expensive) morning of my one year old having surgery, I got to the pharmacy to drop of his prescription—which came out to $190 for 7 days of medicine. Michael in the pharmacy was patient, understanding, and took his time to help me register online through the medication’s website which resulted in a coupon that brought the cost down to $30. I am very thankful for his knowledge and for him not just rushing through what came out to be a $160 difference. Thank you!
