The grocery area has a manager named Adam who's attitude was atrocious. I asked for help looking for an item that I eventually found that was within reach of him that he told me they didn't have. He not once looked up to acknowledge me as a customer nor my presence. He never made an attempt to check to see if the product was available. I also asked Brian who was working the same area and he was no help either in fact he pointed me to Adam and said ask him that's the manager which took me by surprise, because no way was a manager lacking so much in the customer service area. I was able to get over the top help and customer service from Stephanie another manager who an associate directed me to after hearing about the situation. Stephanie needs a raise and an even higher position. She helped me and her customer service was genuine. She saved the day. She was pleasant and very helpful.

Need to open more registers or self checkouts. The only reason they have lines is because there are simply too many people at any given time. Shopping doesn't feel crowded though. Just the checkout area.

Great merchandise, love Target brand and especially Cat & Jack clothing. Good prices, especially if you use your Target card for an extra 5% off everything (I do!). Staff is always so friendly and helpful. They always do an outstanding job with the decor of the store, especially for holidays. I love, love, love my Target. I just don't understand why it isn't a Super Target! It's always bustling with customers!

At target today while trying to check out. A young man was in front of me and asked the cashier if she would check him out, she said come on and we were right behind him. I was going to ask if she would check us out but the man in line ahead of us looked up and said she is closed after the guy in front of me. I said it was because i am white(which i should not of said)but the 2 african american people in line and the cashier(stephanie D) busted out laughing. After we walked off she turned a hispanic lady away then rang up 2 other african american ladies. I definately felt racially descriminated against. The other cashier was great .

The store doesn't have the items that the website says it does. I had at least 5 things on my shopping list that was out of stock. It makes Wal Mart look good.

Poor customer service with a smile. This is easily the worst Target I've ever visited. This Target will make you a Walmart advocate. They gave me a damaged box for my drive up order. This box was an apparent customer return with missing items. I called the store and the gentleman told me "when we get a return we just put it back on the shelf." This was on 9/15 in the evening. The return process was for me to receive a gift card, find my own item and get in line to check out with the received gift card and have the cashier price match if the product rang up at a higher price. So- - The return/exchange policy was for ME to process my own product exchange! That's laughable. I've done a drive up order twice at this location and twice there was a missing item from my order. I'll be going elsewhere. Thank you.

I mainly shop here for exclusive toys such as action figures and anime toys and they tend to have a better selection than walmart. Always check the toy clearance aisle. I have found numerous limited edition figures between 50% and 75% off there.

Sales man in men's dept.. was very helpful yo us! Went to kohl's for men's shoes and shirts. Not one sales person in entire store. prices very high...changed to Target for good!

I love the customer service. I went in with my daughter tonight (08/24) she was looking for a Album. I stopped one of the employees he looked on the shelf and it wasn't there. He searched and said they had it in the back. He ran around to get someone else to get it for us,and he went over and beyond, and my daughter is so happy. Shout out to the employee .His name was Lucas Thank you so much Lucas.

Thank you Target, for your marvelous app. This app tells me if something is in stock, and even shows on the store map where the item can be found in the store. The men's clothes are similar in fit and quality to what The Gap used to offer (when the Gap sold high quality items) and one can shop for professional men's attire while pushing a cart with two kids. I also like that I can order from my phone, and pick up in the store. Or, if I like something that but it's not in my size, I can order from the app while in the store and it is typically delivered within the week. The checkout lines are prompt, and the self check outs run well and have competent employees available to assist if something doesn't scan properly. The store is clean, bright, and offers a reasonably pleasant shopping experience.

I went in there to get some bins because I'm moving. The young lady working in the skincare isle definitely thought I was stealing. She saw me open my purse to put my phone and my keys inside. I just couldn't hold all that in my hands. But yall thought yall was slick by having security at the door as I was walking out. I like target too much to get banned from there. It's a rare occasion for me. Sorry if that's how I made it seem. Just wanted yall to know that I know.

The employees at this store have always been very nice and helpful. However I’m fed up with the sticker prices not matching the price at the cashier. They do not update the stickers on the shelves so when I get up to the register I feel cheated with how the prices differ. I’m forced to take photos of the shelf stickers for my items so I can proof the prices once I’m up at the register to prevent getting taken advantage of. I’m tired of it. My husband noticed the same thing. It’s ridiculous. The employees are good about fixing the prices once you say something BUT for the people that do not know they are getting charged the wrong prices.. think of how much money that accumulates for Target… get electronic stickers if the store can’t hire enough people to update the labels… Pay attention to the labels people. I guarantee the prices will be different once your items are scanned at the register. It might not be by much but still I work hard for my money and I should be getting what I’m told I’m getting at the shelf.

This is a nice Target. It is on the smaller side but it has a great selection of products. I went there in search of the Black Bread that is being promoted as being sold in Target now, but they did not have any, unfortunately. I will return.

I no longer will support the company due to Satanic attire being sought and sold. I deleted my app, returned recent merchandise and no longer have a line of credit there. I realize that me refusing to support the business will not have a high impact on the establishment, but the company should understand that there are a large number of paying customers that will no longer spend their money there.

Please value your in-store shoppers. Parking for us is away from the store. All of the focus is on curbside. Charge extra for that service and pull their items over night or during slower times; not peak. Waited 20 minutes to check out. The store was hot and everyone was grumpy and exasperated.

Target is life!!! Everybody knows, but had an especially lovely visit recently and that was thanks to this young curly haired girl with glasses who was my check out clerk named Kiara, really nice and helped me out a bunch on my target run!!! Can't wait to come back and see her again!!!

Be careful with this target as they display items at wrong prices. They tried charging me $30 for something that was clearly displayed for $5 and the manager wouldn’t honor the price. Good thing I was paying attention. I won’t be returning here.

Poorly managed. Always out of items for weeks on end. Rude staff. Today they have "no cash" signs up everywhere. Stuff thrown everywhere. Empty shelves every time I go there. I'm not shopping here anymore. And since its the only target in my town I guess I'm no longer a target customer.

On 12-21-22 I was in target in Columbus ga. And drop my bill fold in the bath room. I didn’t notice it was gone until I got home a hour later ! I call and someone found it and turned it in to customer service. I’m so thankful and yes everything was still inside ! Even the cash thank you lord for placing the right person at target to look out for me . Great employees
