We used Rusty’s floor covering to do new carpet in two of our bedrooms. They did a great job, cleaned up after themselves. Very professional and did the job in a timely manner! Very happy with our new carpet! Would definitely use them again. The office staff is also very nice and friendly. Shelby helped me through the whole process!

Rusty's Flooring gave us such a beautiful tile rug in our kitchen and for a great price. When we bought our home, there was a bit of water damage in our kitchen but it was not very large. Eventually the floor started to chip away and we had to do something. We didnt have or know what type of wood flooring it was and were given a couple of estimates that were on the high side. Rusty came out and gave us a very fair estimate and he recommended tile instead because it was a wet area. I really didnt think I would want tile because it's an open area but, I dont regret it. It came out absolutely amazing! We bought the supplies and the ladies that work there were nice, told us what we needed to get and calculated how much of it. Two gentleman came and put the tile down one day and came to grout early the next day. Overall, great experience with everyone, I definitely recommend Rusty's Flooring! My 3rd time coming in here. Each time I come in here I try to give this company the benefit of the doubt and think this time will be different, but the front desk receptionist is absolutely rude and unwilling to help. She can't even be bothered to say a "hello" or "I'll be with you in a minute", then proceeds to bad mouth me in front of customers. It's unfortunate I really wanted to buy from here. Basic customer service goes a long way.

My wife and I were in the market for new flooring in our home. We stopped by Rusty's and were met by a very helpful lady named Riley. We had lot of questions about everything from carpet to tile. She was able to help guide us through the process and make recommendations. We had all of the flooring in our 22 yr old home replaced with Tile, LVP and carpet. We are really impressed with the quality of work performed by their team. They were very professional and left our home cleaner than what they found. I would definitely recommend Rusty's Floor Covering to anyone in the market for new flooring.

Initially, the front office was very helpful picking out samples and letting us take them home. Scheduled our estimate with Rusty. He showed up on time and was very pleasant. Very complimentary on our home. Had a lot of quotes from his parents he shared. One of which was to always measure twice which he did. A good visit. Planned on 3-4 days to place flooring and carpeting. Called the day before our scheduled install. Had a cancellation and wanted to come that morning. So we did our errands and cleared the afternoon. The crew worked hard with prep work and cleaned up nicely. The next day the crew informed us that they were 6 boxes short of flooring and would call Rusty. Rusty called back. He apologized and stated he usually doesn’t make mistakes. He said the needed boxes would be on the truck tomorrow. That would get us completed by the weekend. Did not get in the next day or the next 4 days. Rusty stated he was getting mad at his supplier. The supplier did not make the mistake. My parents also gave me some quotes one of which was “everyone makes mistakes, it’s how you handle the mistake afterwards, that tells you about your character”. The flooring was completed the middle of the following week.I then promptly received a new invoice with an additional $1012.21 added. In my business, if I as the “expert” on the subject made a mistake it was on me, not the client who trusted my knowledge. Would have been willing to pay half, but that was not even discussed. Had some additional small areas to redo/touch-up, which took an additional 2 weeks to complete. Again the crews/workers were outstanding. Several neighbors wanted to know who did our floors because they liked what they saw and are going to do theirs this year. But sadly, I told them I could not recommend Rusty’s Floor Covering.

Great selection. Friendly people. Very helpful. My daughter says I'm color blind ( I'm not; I'm not good at coordinating things). Their employees went out of their way to help me. I got my flooring from Lowe's before I knew about Rusty's. My loss. I highly recommend them. If you're even flirting with the idea of changing your flooring, go to Rusty's flooring. If my daughter finds some kitchen flooring she likes, we're running, not walking, to Rusty's.

I contacted Rusty's earlier this week regarding installation of carpet in bedrooms. During scheduling, I explained to the receptionist that I would be having my real estate agent meet him for the quote, therefore I needed to have a time to tell her to meet him there. I was given an appointment time of 0930. Today, I received a call from Rusty around 0830 and he explained that he was enroute to the house. I told him that that was earlier than expected and I wasn't sure if the agent could make it there since we were expecting him at 0930. He was very rude and unprofessional as he proceeded to argue with me about the fact that the office told me a "range of 0900-1000". I was dismayed by this whole interaction with him, and stated "sir, due to your attitude I prefer that you do not come". Therefore, I cancelled the appointment and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

We just got our carpet laid by rusty's and we are overly happy! The ladies in office are so nice and very eager to help! Rusty is very friendly as well and even thanked us himself for choosing to go with his company. The guys they sent out to lay our carpet were very nice and they did a wonderful job! My wife and I were introduced to Rusty’s Flooring by church friends that have used them for years. Needless to say, we are so happy that we took their advise! We have since used them on two occasions, one for bedroom carpet, and one for kitchen tile. We would certainly recommend them 100%! They do tremendous work and are very fairly priced! Worst experience of my life getting my carpet replaced. Approximately 3 weeks after installation, my carpet started to develop large wrinkles and called them but apparently after getting your money, this Rusty flooring covering couldn't care less. Would NEVER recommend them....don't waste your hard earned money on this company!

Worst experience ever. We had to hire our own staff to show the “so called” professionals how to use a saw and properly cut shoe molding. After several complaints via phone, text and video, the owner never even checked on the job site. He was prompt to send an invoice and have the office staff send an apology letter though. For that, I gave him one star.

I haven't had the need for new floors but I do love their annual Christmas event. They are so kind to help out others by having free food, drinks, a toy for kids and a picture with Santa. It made our day to see our kids face light up when we said "Okay, go pick out a toy." Not only that but they got a hot dog, some chips and a drink and walked away smiling and completely grateful. Thank you Rusty's for all you do each year. It doesn't go unnoticed. I'll make sure to go to you when I'm in need of new floors 😉

We had a new construction built in November of 2012. We were told that we had a year warranty on the parts and labor. In September of 2013 we called with a cracked tile and we were told that our warranty was void because the builder did not pay his bill on the flooring. I would not tell anyone to use this company. I have been cussed out and given the run-around several times on this same issue. If you want good work and good service please spend your money elsewhere. This owner is a crook and will try to take as much money of yours that he can and you will be left with nothing. The products and labor leave a lot to be desired as well.
