Always great buys at Piggly Wiggly. Produce super fresh and the meats are. Always A1. There is a bonus deli/kitchen that serves down home breakfast and lunch. ❤

Not very handicap or temporary disable friendly.Went in today hoping to get some shopping done. I was wrong, I'm injured and need a riding cart. There is one in the store and not working, had store stuff in the basket. No only did I leave but a lady had too as well, cause she needed a riding cart.Hit or miss on customer service. Sometimes good sometimes extremely terrible.

I have never had a problem as of now. Always very polite help in any way If I have questions they will answer or send you to the manager for answers. I really like South Columbus P.W. shopped many years.Thanks ya'll

The store is fine it's just some of the cashier's that's so rude some of them when they see you come up with a lot of food in your cart they give you the meanest look it's one in there that will walk away from her register to keep from ringing you up say she needs to go to the restroom or go put something back on the shelf other than that the store is awesome

Barely anything was on sale, prices were all on the high side, my cashier Julia was very rude, didn't say thank you, No courtesy whatsoever. Just handed me my receipt and said nothing. There also weren't enough registers open. Overall a terrible shopping experience.

It is in horrible condition for a major grocery chain. The fresh meat doesn't look so fresh. The prices are too high for the mediocre offerings. However, if you like Spanish seasonings and ingredients, there's a oddly segregated section off in the cut in the back of the store.

It's very organized. I love the produce Dept because everything is always so fresh and there's always someone constantly working to ensure safe, fresh, and beautiful vegetables. The cashier's are always kind and always displays their urgency to meet the needs of their customers. The meat Dept never has old meat and more importantly, I don't see flies or dead flies near the meat. Great job to the Piggly Wiggly employers and employees.

Good prices and sales on all food and I like that you can get things like Rachael Ray plates and other brand names free when u spend so much. So I shop til I drop. Today they are doing spend $50 or more get laundry detergent for .50 cents gotta love the PIG!

I love that you can shop in the store. The produce can be expensive sometimes but it is always fresh. I also love that there are cashiers & not just self-checkout, cards only like the Walmart on Victory Drive.

Very un happy. The produce sucked. Every thing for my salad rotted out by next day. I realized the meat is only 5 for $20 because its nasty, cheap and fatty. Thank God Walmart is down the road. Only gave a star cause I had to to post my review.

One thing i can say is even the manager will jump on a register if needed to ensure you do not have long lines or waits. Everyone is so polite , and courteous and that means a lot to me . They are about the people .The food is fresh I have never had an issue with anything I purchased from this location.

Pathetically operated location. ALWAYS dirty. But today was the worst. The white manager actually accused me of stealing a $1 coupon off of something and then smarted off at me afterwards. The whole situation could have been resolved by the manager offering me assistance while he was standing 5 feet away. But instead he tried to tell me I was stealing; he was causing problems instead of fixing problems (the opposite of what he's getting paid for). I was getting a coupon off of a 24 pack of Coke's, but the coupon stuck to the side of the cardboard and the numbers on back of coupon were no longer legible. So I got the coupon off of another 24 pack and tried to go pay at the register. Then the manager acted like a toddler, instead of performing the way of a responsible adult. Making accusations and mumbling rude things.The previous time I was in the store the same 60-something year old manager accused a disabled man, who was walking with a cane, of stealing grocery bags. The grocery bagger was putting 10-15 cans in each of the mans bags. So the disabled customer took it upon himself to double bag his groceries. Which is when the manager accused him of stealing bags and told the customer he was required to pay 6 cents for each of the bags he doubled. Then he smarted off at the customer after the customer explained what was happening. This manager needs to be properly trained on workplace etiquette. Walmart is cheaper, cleaner, and does not drive their customers away. You have lost our families business after 20 years of shopping at your store.

Every time I shop there it feels like I'm going back in time. The service is okay, the cashiers do not greet you or do not greet you properly, and the lighting system in the parking lot is substandard.
