We plan to hire him for some private training.Looking for training for your dog, look no further. It's affordable and fun - We highly recommend.

Grooming- I’ve been taking my two dogs here a few years now. I’ve noticed the last few times I dropped them off, they were really scared and trembling. Figured it was separation anxiety. The last time my cavalier was groomed in the summer, she was shaved so short that she looked like a chihuahua. Not what I expected. She’s finally growing out her hair to a cavalier style. The groomer in July was snippy and rude. I decided at that point to only take my dogs for baths there. The last time I went, I told the worker about a spot on my dog’s hip. I also put it in the notes when I booked online. When I picked her up, I noticed the lady patting down her fur. Didn’t pay attention to it, figured she was trying to make her look perfect for first sight. Got home and noticed about an hour later that my dog was bleeding from the spot I had informed the groomer about. Apparently they did use something sharp- not sure if it was the brush or what- to trim up her hair. It was bleeding badly. Luckily, I had a vet appointment within the week and it was treated. I called and reported it to the main store. They were really sorry it happened and offered sprays to disinfect the area while I waited for the vet. I won’t be going back.

If I had the option for NO STARS, it would be too many. I took my Yorkie in for grooming with Trey. I had heard he was good, and I was looking for a new groomer, so I thought I'd give him a try. My appointment was at 12:30 and I was on time (even though the ticket he gave me said 1:30). He said she would be ready by the time I returned at 5:30.When I walked in some other girl was "helping him". I guess he overbooked because he was in the back with another dog. She was cutting her back legs for him.He finally came out to finish her after I had arrived. My dog was a nervous wreck. She managed to work her way out of the neck harness and fell off the table. He managed to catch her before she hit the floor. He immediately called for a manager.They decided to ask me to sit outside so maybe she would calm down. That didn't work, so he asked me to bring her back the next day. I work so I had to bring her back over the following weekend. He then said he forgot he was supposed to get off earlier than he had told me, so he had yet another girl working on her. I took her there to be groomed by him, not these other girls.They once again asked me to sit outside. It didn't appear they had cut her nails or tipped her ears. They cut her face way shorter than normal not allowing me to even have enough hair to put up with her bows.Even with the few discounts he was allowed to give me, I paid way too much.I will never even shop there again and sure will not EVER go back to the grooming area. No animal deserves to go for a spa day and come out shaking. She was a nervous wreck!!!

terrible for grooming department . awful customer service and quality.,.waiting 4 hours for nothing to get done!!!!! SAYING YOU CANT DO ANYTHING AFTER 4 HOURS!??!?? WOULDN'T RECOMMEND. my dog is very chill and outgoing but, she was scared to death when we picked her up after they claim she wouldn’t let them bathe her. never had this problem with Petco, they actually favor my dog bc she’s so chill but to say you didn’t get anything done for 4 hours of waiting?!? INSANE. go at your own risk… if you want to waste your own time.

These people who work at this store are very rude. I have been going here for 2 months now and every visit. They act like it makes them mad that you ask them to help with something. And when you get to the cash register it’s the same way. I will be taking my business elsewhere. This is ridiculous ruins my whole day to have to deal with sour puss’s.

I went here to purchase a snake hide. Upon picking it up and looking around an employee approached me and said. “We only sell rats as pets and not for your snake” and then said that all of the rats they sell are sick. I asked why they would sell sick animals to begin with and she just said “for money”. I’m leaving 5 stars because the prices are decent and I’ve always had a generally good experience with the petsmart establishments. I won’t let this one employee ruin it for their business, but the way she acted out of nowhere I definitely won’t ever return to this location. They definitely lost my business while that employee is there.

Ok so the female employee that works with the fish and aquariums was atrocious. Absolutely was one of the worst experiences with an employee in the retail industry that I have ever come across. She pretty much was denying selling my family a couple of .20 cent goldfish because we didn't have our tank setup???? She had to call the manager and asked her to "Come deal with these customers" like wow over some goldfish. Anyways she said they wouldn't live longer than a day or die immediately..... well it has been a week and they are still alive. Just wanted to put that out there, love this place but could definitely do without the bad attitude fish girl!!! Do not recommend speaking with her about anything if you see her in there go ahead and request the manager.

Friendly staff and LOTS to choose from. I will say, the TOUGH chew toys are NOT tough enough to withstand super chewers. My 2 Bernedoodles tore the stuffing out of one of the toys in 2 days. And the tire rings didn't stand a chance either 😕. I know this is not a PetSmart thing but just beware before you throw $17-$24 down the drain!!

My mother took my dog to get groomed, as she normally does when she is keeps him for me. This time when he returned home, he had a cut behind his ear (the same ear that was severed at a Pet Smart in Douglasville, Ga), with blood stains in his fur. When I called to speak with the manager of the store Alyssa, she told me she would investigate, to send her pictures, and she would call me when she found out more from the person who groomed him. Needless to say, that was a week and a half ago and I hadn’t heard from her until I called and left a message for her myself. She returned my call and left a message with nothing but EXCUSES. I just don’t understand how this could happen a second time, in a totally different city! I don't think these people really understand how important our pets are to us. My dog is a house dog so of course he's not rough or wild. He couldn't have gotten it anywhere else besides when he was groomed. I noticed it a day or so after, when I was petting and rubbing my fingers through his mane, and called them immediately. How irresponsible of Pet Smart!!!!!!!!!!!!! He will NEVER get groomed there again, or any other Pet Smart!!! They don’t care about you or your pet, they only want your money!!!!!! They NEVER take ownership!!!!!! If you love your pet, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don’t say that you weren’t warned.

My first time using PetSmart groomers. I didn't get the young lady's name at counter but she was very friendly and nice. I also spoke to the pet stylist, Crystal Graham, who was just as friendly and nice. I told her what I wanted done and Crystal did not disappoint! My Logan looked so cute! Thank you Lady's! I will definitely be a repeat customer 😊👍👏

Excellent store, we went to get some toys for the new puppies. Ended up getting alot more then we intended due to them have a sale. They have anything you would need for any domestic animals. We will definitely come back. The staff was able to answer any questions we had about shots, deworming medications, and other things.

Grooming dept not the store.Beware of the groomers!! My mother has a senior poodle (15) who peed on the floor upon arrival (a dog peed on the floor before she did as well). The other groomer was super annoyed and rudely stated that they wouldn’t be able to cut her hair if she continued to pee on the floor. She had a 12pm appt and had a pick up time of around 4. At 4 my mother returned Megan stated that she called and texted mother. My mother showed Megan that she didn’t get a phone call or text. Megan stated that she wouldn’t finish her hair bc she was biting. My mom has never had any complaints abt biting during a haircut so I can only assume their grumpy demeanor matches their groomer style. Now we have to find someone to finish the job...we wont be returning....

Went in for some things to foster 2 pinkie squirrels. Found a young lady filled with information. What a relief. Even gave us a web site to visit. All rehabs for squirrels were full. Got the right info from the right place. We fostered 2 and released them this spring. They return every now and then for a visit. Thanks for the help

Petsmart on Bradley Park Dr. in Columbus Ga. is the only place I shop for my two Sheltie's Blakely & Beau. I love how the associates throughout the store up to checkout acknowledges my two fur babies! Great customer service, knowledgeable and friendly. It is obvious how much the employees love their job here. The Grooming Salon rocks!! This is a big plus to me!

This was the first time we took our fur baby to get his nails trimmed here. I was extremely impressed by the love and affection the groomer gave to our baby. I just can't say as much for the person who checked us in. She was quite overwhelmed.

I have come here very often for fur baby supplies and always have a good experience! My recent trip, we needed some floating harnesses for a few of our pups, and found some online that they said was in stock at the store. So we go and can’t find them when we looked. However, Miss Melody went out of our way to help us find the sizes we need and even priced matched them to the online prices! Excellent service!

Thanks to PetSmart we were able to pick up medicine and food for our dog with an upset stomach through curbside pickup super easily. Thank you PetSmart, our dog 'Princess' is feeling much better.

Do not go in there wearing any other pet company shirt as you will be asked to cover up or leave. Seems counter productive considering they are a pet supply store.
