Me and my husband came in to buy stuff to start up a salt water tank. We where in the store for over an hour and had even debated getting the new red sea tank that is over $800 but the only employee we ever saw was a man doing dog training classes so we finally left empty handed and just ordered all our stuff off Amazon. Would have been a nice profit for the store if only employees had asked if we needed help.

Literally only shop here when I know Jordan and Kaitlyn are working. They are very informative and I am very big into buying fish and they always show me the best options on what goes well with my tanks. I strongly urge to work with these two, they are amazing. I have worked with a couple of others and always have issues but when they are working everything always goes smoothly. Definitely recommend this place when they’re working. I really hate to hear that the manager cut their hours to hire more people it caused us to only come through less. Please if the owner reads our review we encourage these two to get more hours, a lot of people we know that are also in the aquatic hobby love them as well and will love to have them there more often and come to the store more often as well.

My main reason for my store visits is the aquatics department. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and very personable. They involve their customers in every aspect of their purchase. From picking the right product to the livestock. Without overwhelming the customer. Their time management and awareness of their tasks and customers is great even when it’s busy. It’s obvious they are passionate and love what they do. With their personal experiences as well with the product and livestock. They are able to give real world information, rather than just hear say from customers, training, and online training alone. Overall, they are honest, kind, and knowledgeable. Definitely shows 100% world class customer service!

Wished Jordan and Kaitlin hours didn’t get cut I used to come into Petco every weekend to buy fish one of my friends have already made a review about the same thing I’m the one who put them on with Jordan and Kaitlin they are the only ones I will ever deal with at Petco they are very knowledgeable and know a lot and have helped me so much with my tanks and helping me with pairing my fish together and steering me in the right direction I hope to see them more soon ive spent a lot of money at Petco but will not spend more until Jordan and Kaitlyn get the hours they deserve they are hard working and no one can survive working two days a week it impossible to make a living like that and also I guess they have been moving the store around and moving shelves the actual pieces to the shelves is just propped up against other shelves and carts full of merchandise just everywhere in the middle of isles my main concern is what if someone like a kid walks by being curious and knocks those shelves over on them or someone trips over them to me it’s a safety hazard whoever the store Manager is,is doing a poor job at running the store and shouldn’t be in a manager position

My Oma got a Cocker Spaniel puppy, and we visited this location to get some supplies. Everyone at the store was so nice and helpful. We will be using Morgan for the pet training classes. He is so good with dogs. The store is so clean and the staff is amazing.

My girl in the fish section is so funny. & her laugh makes everything even better. Everyone helps us no matter if it's for Bae fish, our paw baby Coco, or my turtle Tobi. Always let us know the good and the bad. I never feel like they are trying to up sale us, it feels like a friend giving you advice.

I’m young and I went into PETCO with my year old Toy Australian Shepherd. She was so excited to find her some toys. After we found some we both headed up to the counter where this friendly cashier rung me up and he was very nice. All the times I’ve went into PETCO I’ve always had a good experience. Now I try to go every chance I get knowing that there’s thoughtful employees there. ( In the picture she’s waiting for me to let her out so she can go play.)

Overall this is a great store. I get my dog groomed 1-2 times a month so I come quite a bit. Since I’ve been coming here, I’ve only had two negative encounters with the ladies in the grooming department. They were a little rude and arrogant but I haven’t dealt with those ladies in a while. The ladies I’ve been dealing with recently are sweet and take good care of my baby. Here’s a video of my baby getting his summer shave down.

The only time I have ever been in there but they took my sisters feeder fish and the young ladt in charge of the fish help me to understand a lot and about dry aquariums as well, thank you.

Worse experience EVER. MY DOG GET GROOMED REGULARLY. And I took my dog here to get groomed and they didn't do what was ordered to do. They didn't cut my dog like stated and I wanted a flea treatment....so fast forward my dog is still scratching and I seen a flea on her and I paid 60 for what? I had to cut my own dog and go get supplies for flea treatment....never will come back here or recommend to anyone for they fur babies

Don’t buy fish here they have the ich killed all my previous healthy fish and then I kept trying to salvage my tank and get new fish and then noticed white spots and figured out the reason my fish kept dying had to get medicine to fix tank ran for another week after treatment went to petsmart and the fish are doing great no spots acting normal but all fish from petco have died

So I usually never have a problem with PetCo. I have a beardie and I get him some superworms from Petco from time to time. Well, I bought some on Saturday, realized Sunday evening that they were all dead. My beardie never got to eat any. I had them inside at room temp. I don't know if I bought a bad batch or what. I wasn't able to go to the store on Monday, so I'm having to go on Tuesday. I thought they were alive, but a little dark. It makes me wonder if I even bought any alive.

Very helpful staff. I was there to buy a play pin for my puppies, and the associate gave me an online price match which saved me over $25. She was also very knowledgeable on all of the products we had questions about, from recommending the best puppy foods to the most appropriate chew toys.

Every time I go here they are extremely helpful. They will even give you tips on pet care. My dogs had liquid coming out of the wrong end. I was given the right advice to fix the problem without the Vet bill.

I have been visiting Petco to have my golden doodle groomed about every 2 to 3 months since she was 12 weeks old. The groomers are amazing here and I’ve never had a complaint. Daisy always comes home happy with her new hairstyle, ribbons or bows and new treat she picks at every visit. Thank you guys so much for making this a stress free event for both of us!! 😁

Jordan was/is extremely knowledgeable! He was so kind and patient! He received a lot of information from me about a Pac-Man frog in a very short amount of time and gave me support and confidence in the directions of care. He made me feel welcomed and definitely showed how much he cares for the animals! He was trying to find a way with me to remember each others names. Jordan will be a main reason people come back to the store. These skills don’t come naturally to a lot of people. Hone in these skills and teach them to others in the company! Keep it up buddy!

My dogs are usually skiddish, but the Grooming staff at Petco always takes great care with them and my dogs are chipper and happy when I pick them up after their grooming appointment. The staff is friendly and does a great job.
