LOVE the wonderful ladies at Loving Touch Grooming. They treat every animal as if they are their own. They took special care of my sweet Reid while we were stationed at Fort Benning. They go above and beyond! I will definitely use them again if we find our way back to the area.

First time going here. First impression-- the holding area for your dog while they wait to get groomed is really nice. There's dog beds and toys and blankets, unlike any other groomer I've seen (that take your dog ""to the back" and usually stuff them in a little cage). It also smells really nice and is extremely clean. Both my dogs came out smelling wonderful, and looking great and for once -- HAPPY not acting like they'd just been tortured lol. They were genuinely comfortable and pleased. The groomers gave them two little toys that they are already obsessed with, on their way out! Overall probably the best grooming experience I have had. Thank you! We will definitely be back and definitely be recommending!

I would give this place zero star if it was an option. Was my first time taking my 2 small dogs here, I have a miniature poodle & miniature schnauzer they were a little nervous since the place was new to them, so they were barking a little. My dogs been to groomers several times before. Wanted to try this place since it was a little closer to us. One of the ladies was very sweet I believe it was miss Linda, as she was taking my information another lady came from the back of the building (without introducing herself) had this upset look” on her face & she said “oh no we are not having this in here”I guess she was referring to my dogs being a little nervous.So, I asked her what she meant, if they never got any dogs that barked a little?She answered they would only take dogs that did good & were calm”She also said this is why they kept their “usual customers” & only a few cats, so they didn’t have to deal with nervous dogs😮I completely understand, people can handle their business however they choose to. But this would’ve been helpful information to add to their page or to tell me when I called to make the appointments. I adopted both of my dogs (my babies) they are very sweet but I am not sure what they were exposed to in the past or what scares them. But this lady had absolutely No Love in her touch! Didn’t even try to pet them nor to acknowledge them. So miss Linda put them in their waiting area & said she would try to work with them” as I am walking out she tells me they only accept cash! No debit no credit cards.Ok, I understand this. I got in my car but I wasn’t feeling good about leaving them there since I could clearly ser this other lady was having a bad day. I waited about 1/2 hour & called them asked miss Linda if they had started on them yet, she said no. So I told her to please not to do anything, I would go back to get my babies & this is exactly what I did. I just didn’t feel right leaving them in a place that showed No love to them. So glad I went back & got them.Disappointed with this place to say the least.

Honestly cannot sing their praises enough. I've brought my cat to them twice now when things have happened and we needed help. No judgements. No scolding. Just the care to help get my boy happy and healthy. They paced things to keep him as low stress as possible and took excellent care of my boy.

I just wanted to say, this is probably one of the best places we’ve ever taken our dog to have groomed. When I arrived, the women were so kind and the place was soooo clean and smelled great. They had big kennels with beds in them but let our dog roam throughout. She’s usually so afraid whenever I take her to get groomed and usually sits in the kennel for hours before getting groomed (this is like the standard) but here, she was just out roaming around so she felt so comfortable! They did an amazing job on her haircut and charged such a fair price!! When my husband went to pick her up, she had a cute bandana, they gave her a treat, and a toy!! They truly are a “loving touch” and care and they went above and beyond. I highly recommended and cant wait for her hair to get grow back so we can go back - hahah!! Thank you so much!!

We were traveling through the area staying at Uchee Creek Campground with our RV and our Shih Tzu, Dhabi. Patty and Linda were incredibly accommodating. We had only a small window of time in the area that they were open (hours modified d/t covid). But our dog was a shaggy mess and needed more expertise than I could provide.The ladies communicated with us thoroughly. Checked his shot records and asked about any injuries or peculiarities Dhabi had. They wore masks for our safety and theirs. Patty asked plenty of questions to ensure she knew what I wanted for Dhabi. And she even called me back BEFORE she trimmed his face to ensure once more what my expectations were!Then she called me before Dhabi was completely finished with an update on when they would be done so he didn't have to wait for me to get there.When we got Dhabi, we were thrilled! She had done EXACTLY what I asked for. And had met my expectations completely. My husband said it was the best cut he had ever had.The icing on the cake....Patty didn't take advantage of our situation financially. They charged use an extremely reasonable rate for the bath, dry and thorough grooming.So much so that I was very happy to through in 33% extra for helping us in a pinch.I cannot recommend Loving Touch more. The neighborhood is a little sketchy, but her shop, their skills and the ladies are Top Shelf!Dhabi and RaJenAdventures are thrilled!!!

The ladies at Loving Touch always do an amazing job with my, sometimes difficult, pooches. Before finding Loving Touch, grooming visits were always a stressful situation for us all. On our last grooming visit, my dogs actually seemed excited to be their. Thank you guys so much!!!!

Patty does a great job working with my dog, who used to be shared of the groomer after an incident at one of the national chain pet stores. (The national pet store cut him with clippers. His groin. He was bleeding.)
