I took both of my dogs here and I was there by 8:00. I was the first one there. One dog was to get groomed and the other one was to get a bath which included nails and ears. . After paying two hundred dollars plus tip, something told me to check his ears. . They were never touched . . I was highly irritated after spending so much. I didn’t think I will be going back.

Fur-Baby pet services are awesome! My dog love to attend the daycare there and always sleeps like a baby after a day full of fun with his furry friends! Their prices are affordable and they always post pictures of our pets daily on Facebook so that we can see the fun they’ve had! The staff is always friendly and professional! They even give me verbal updates on my fur baby Kobe’s day at daycare! Today my dog met Santa! If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Had an 8 AM appointment for my Yorkie to be groomed. I asked to "wait" when I made the appointment. Was told this morning that "waiting" is never an option. This business is "drop off" only. An hour later she was ready. That is my only complaint. Satisfied with the finished product, price and the customer service. ❤️

Good place for your dog to go. You can tell the staff loves animals, and I feel comfortable not only taking my furbaby to day care but also leaving him to board. He runs up to the door in the morning for drop off, if he could open the door himself, he would. He comes home exhausted from playing all day with his friends. It beats staying home by himself during the day!

Have not picked up yet, but based on my interactions in the booking and dropping off process, this is a professional and very capable place! Hopefully, Oliver agrees and I pick up a tired happy dog in 3 days!

Been using them for a year now. Both my German shepherds are a tad bit weird. The staff has been excellent about communicating with me about if my furbys were social or not that day. Special shout out to Ivy, who sadly isn't there anymore, for talking me through how boarding worked. Also to Jordan, who has the patience of a saint and is the only person besides me to successfully walk both my dogs at the same time. And to Amanda who delt with my baby GSDs bouncing and still managed to give me a run down of how he behaved during day care.

I can't say enough good about them. My dog did two week board and train, while Mak trained me too ;) and he was a new dog after! From training, to grooming, to daycare, the personalized attention is really the best. They treat Every pet like it's their own and you know they truly love what they do. My dog knows when we are on the way there now and he Loves it. They answer phones and Facebook messages so fast, the convenience of everything is just the best. Highly Recommend!

I can't put my finger on it, but every time I leave my dog in boarding at this facility when I pick him up, he's very jittery and anxious. This doesn't happen when I leave him other places for boarding. This place is also the only place that charges pre pick up. Does the job, but also odd, they don't allow people to view where the dogs are boarded. Other places let me view the boarding area.

The service here is great. When you call Fur Baby they are on time professional and very friendly. I picked my dog up and they offered me a refund or a credit. Words can not describe how much I love fur baby pet services. I am so thankful for Mak and his whole staff for ALWAYS taking care of my fur baby while I am away ❤️. Fur-Baby always takes such good care of our baby whenever we're away! He loves staying and playing with friends during the day! They even sent us this adorable Christmas photo! Highly recommend them! The friendliest staff and very kind! Your baby will be in good hands!

This is the 3rd time they groomed my yorkie , they came to the car while i was picking her up and told me they werent able to clip her nails because she was "so anxious" i get her home & its blood stains everywhere. i was thinking she was in heat but i noticed bloody paw prints and i pick her up and her toe nail that they couldnt cut is cut down so far that she is bleeding. I have called and called and have yet to get an answer.

No pet smell when you walk in, which presents the assumption of a clean facility. Front doors are always locked, so staff is always "service ready." You have to park, then call a phone number for pick up. They bring the dog to your car with the credit machine. I have no real complaints at this time. 😀

This is the cleanest pet facility with the most caring staff and the only one I trust with my pup. They are always accommodating and even do check-ins at my house for my cats. They post pictures of my Buddy when he is there and he loves his spa days.

If I could give 0 stars I would. When I came to get my dog she was covered in pee !!! They didn’t even try to give her a bath ! Will not be returning.Edited: after 24 hours of my dog being back in my care she showed signs of being sick. I then took her to the vet and the vet explained my dog was not fed and that she needed to be prescribed medicine because of 101. This experience plus no communication at all from the people of Furbaby explaining how my dog was acting plus the explanation below I will never be returning. I also will highly advise no one else to waste their hard earned money.

I have been coming to Fur Baby for about a year now to get my Husky groomed. I had such a great experience today with Amber! She is the first groomer EVER to not give me an excuse for not being able to cut my dogs nails. Since he is a husky, he can be quite difficult at times. She was very understanding! Every time I go to Fur Baby I'm going to ask for Amber!

We moved to the greater Columbus area 3 months ago. Fur-baby Pet Services has been an excellent transition for our dogs. They are socialized, cared for while we are at work, take naps during the day, and even take the time to capture cute photos to send to us. We are thankful for Fur-baby Pet Services staff as everyone appears professional and kind; the staff knows our dogs and treat them as their own. We couldn't ask for better service. The owner is engaged and you can tell he enjoys his work. We are satisfied and will continue to bring our boys to Fur-baby Pet Services.

I recently adopted my dog and he has A LOT of energy. Daycare has saved us both so much frustration and anxiety!! I tried a few different places and Fur-Baby was my favorite. They were super responsive, willing to talk me through my first time dog owner nerves about daycare, and my dog seems to love it (he has specific friends and everything)! I also recently had to board him and they made sure he was well taken cared for. Every employee I have interacted with has been wonderful and I really feel like they put in effort to know my dog. Mak, the owner, also runs some awesome programs to help adoptable dogs from the local shelter and I love being able to support a business that gives back!I also want to say that their hours are great and a major perk, sometimes I have to go into work early or work late and having daycare hours from 6am to 10pm allows for so much more flexibility in my own schedule. I would highly recommend Fur-Baby. Also they post pictures every day and I love being able to spam my friends with them!

About 2 weeks ago I was recommended Fur-Baby by another daycare in the area. I emailed FBPS and let them know that my dog has jumping issues and will try to jump the exterior fence and inside pens. I was told that that would not be a problem (via email) and they handle dogs like this often.My boyfriend and I dropped our dog off on Saturday morning and again was told that his jumping would be monitored. At pick up we were told by an employee that our dog was no longer welcome due to his jumping. I explained that I was told his jumping would be monitored and that it would not be a problem. This employee was rude and it felt that she was accusing us of not letting them know of the jumping ahead of time. I was not notified during the day that my dog was causing the issues this employee said he had. I asked why I wasn't contacted to come pick him up if he was causing chaos? I was told "We just wanted to let you know at pickup"In my opinion I think Fur-Baby did not fulfill the promises they made and the non-existent communication is reason enough to stay away. I emailed them yesterday to notify them that I was displeased with the service provided and I have not received any response back.

While we have loved the way everyone has taken care of our dog, I am not pleased with pricing, or the handling of pricing.Upon drop off, I was not made aware that I needed to pick up my pup at the SAME TIME I dropped him off to avoid additional fees. Pick up time was apparently 8:30am, I arrived at 10:30 am.They charged me for a full days worth of doggy day care, which, while I understand I was late, and not made aware I needed to pick up at the same time, I do don't feel like it's a fair price of $25 for 2 hours compared to $25 for all day daycare. Would I have minded a penalty fee? No, $10 ok... but to pick up my pup and then be charged for a full days pay, I do feel that is inadequate.

I was looking for training services for my puppy. I sent them a message and they responded within 24 hours. I met with the owner and instantly knew this was the place for my LULU! My lulu gets excited when we pull up in the parking lot!! They really takes great care of my fur baby. She can be very playful and loves to jump and the employees are so understanding. I utilizes there daycare services, grooming and over night boarding as well. They are a one stop shop for all. I highly recommend them for your fur baby

Fur-Baby Pet Services will love your furry children as if they were their own. Our pups love to go to day care and play with friends. The grooming services are wonderful and our pups always look fabulous when they are done. The boarding services are great too! Whether your pups stay for a few hours or for several days, they will always post pics of all the pups in house playing together on their Facebook page. It is such a special and personal touch. We love Fur-Babies!

Our dog was in need of a daycare facility after switching from another and we were welcomed with open arms. Our dog has been happy and excited to attend Fur baby pet services as much as possible. They have continually tried to find ways to make the experience better for the dog and the owner through training courses or fresh baked treats for your pets. What separates Fur baby from the others is their excellent grooming services who treats your pups like kings and queens as they are cleaned and pampered along with a photo to capture the experience to send to the owners at the end of the day.

The care-takers at fur-babies take great pride in providing top care for our dog. Everyone on staff seems to know her and tells us how much they love her. We have never had any issues at all. The groomer is professional and great as well!

Love it here!! I have boarded my dogs multiple times and they always get the best care! They post pictures daily of the dogs playing and always make sure to include every single dog. The staff is great and always remembers the pups even when it’s been awhile! I called last minute the last time I needed boarding and they still were able to fit my dogs in. I feel at ease leaving my dogs here!

My toy poodle always comes out looking amazing. Amanda can cut hair. The prices are affordable and the pictures that they take of the animals after their grooming is the ICING on the cake. Not to mention the hours are perfect.
