I went in at today and asked the employee if they had any bug spray. The employee said “I don’t know, you can try looking for it.” No customer service worker has ever said that to me. I work in customer service as well and I would be fired on the spot for speaking to a customer like that. Terrible service. Also the front of the store was a mess. It’s hard to believe this place is still open.

I just had a employee at family dollar tell me that when they throw food out the spray roach spray all over it so when the homeless people get it’s covered in roach spray..there’s something seriously wrong with these people that could kill or harm someone badly.. I’ve never heard of such a thing there purposely trying to poison people who get food out of there trash cans mainly homeless people..that’s sad and for them to tell someone like it’s the right thing to do tells me I’ll never shop at another family dollar long as I live

I was extremely disappointed today by the unprofessional cashier. I started to say something about the situation, but I have learned to correct people in private. There were to many people around. Profanity is not acceptable in a place of business. There were no kids in there or I would have said something. We need changes in our community. We can not expect our kids to walk with a standard if the adults do not. Praying for a REVIVAL!

Pretty organized. I found what I was looking for. Store is located from the road. Customer service is friendly. Low prices. Parking 8s free. Handicapped accessible parking is available.

went to 2 different stores to find 2 items, didnt find them so stopped in here and found them in 2 seconds. was amazed at selection of frozen goods. store was immaculate and cashier friendly.

They do NOT honor their prices. Most things are marked as 1 price but rings up completely different and they will NOT honor the marked price.
