This location needs to hire more workers so the door won't have to be locked during business hours. The workers do have good customer service but the store decision makers( general manager, etc) need to do better with hiring and retention even if that means you having to work a shift to help your staff.

Outside area isn't too clean but they always have what I need. Manager is the sweetest. But it is hard to shop in with all the clutter around like boxes of trash and uboats

Extremely slow. Total of 4 workers behind the counter including a manager. The line was at least 10 Customers long and only one register with one cashier who was in absolutely no hurry. Empty boxes blocked most of the back end of the stor as well as up and down many isles. So if you have patience, time, and agility to spare, go for it. Gave one star because it was at least open.

I wanted to shout out this store I'm a long way from home but coming to this store made me feel at home the staff is amazing they always go above and beyond they really care about their customers and this community thank you for being who you are you made my stay here so much better

Horrible customer service, rude, cashier never greeted us, or even said two words to us the whole time, or while we was leaving, she just texted the whole time. Every time I come to the store, if she is there, she has the same approach like she is mad at the world. How hard is it to smile, and greet people. Will not be returning to get treated like that

The cashier was obliviousy new. She was yelling for someone named Olivia. There was 3 people ahead of me and I was there for 35 minutes because Olivia would not come to help. The cashier was embarrassed. I truly hope Olivia is not part of management!!

Worst one in the area. One line ever open. Cashier area way to small when we have 8 customers waiting in line so people trying to buy menstrual stuff, electronics and teeth hygeine stuff can't even use the aisle. Most of their stuff is never in stock. A year ago they had the biggest toy collection and now they have 1/4 a corner of an aisle of toys. My kids get a new toy Everytime they get good grades. No worries, the other family dollars are well stocked.

The most rude store associate I ever met. My young child got away from me for just a little while. This horrible woman yelled through the store"we don't do kids without they parents,gone back over there with your Momma). I will not be back. I will put in a formal complaint as soon as possible.

Family Dollar S Lumpkin Rd. Columbus Georgia. The sales associated at the register newer spoke to me welcome or thank me for shopping there or did I find everything okay she was engaged in a phone call the entire time never stopped talking to the person on the phone as she was trying to get information to pay a bill with a card as she was explaining she work at a Family Dollar store and they sell the cards. After ringing my items she shouted the total out all my items in one bag and handed me my change I asked her to separate the items she just looked at me never said anything so I got the bag myself and separate the items. Family Dollar you have lost my business at this location. This is no way to treat your customer. Walmart is just across the street well what you think?

the manager in your store is very rude and very unprofessional when dealing with the customer, I went to ask her where something was, she look ar me with that stupid look that she has on her face and didn't even say may I help you. I hope that who ever is reading this review will have a traning session with her on how ro deal with the customer, I will not be going to this family dollar store on s lumpkins rd again, I rather go across town, then to deal with the likes of her

I worked in retail for over 20 years including Family Dollars and it doesn't make sense when you have line more than four people and I manage does not come and help the cashier get that line down this was at South Lumpkin Road

I didn't even want to give it one star! This store is always dirty, boxes and clothes everywhere!! The employees could care less if you stopped there or not! Two women employees eating behind the counter! No greeting!!

Had to use the rest room, and grab some tissue. They have the cleanest restroom I have ever been in at a dollar store. That says alot coming from me.

Went in looking for Christmas tree lights and found 200 count strands for $8 and they rang up for $5.60 each. Awesome deal.
