Mr. Palmer of Energy Savers was professional and very courteous! He was through in his examination of the heating and cooling system in my house, and he quickly (I mean less than an hour!) replaced a thermostat. I would say he went above and beyond, by explaining to me the inner workings of the outdoor part of the air system. He even took the time to tape back a few lines for added preventive maintenance! Great guy! Timely and again, professional. Good company!

Fast, professional, honest, and courteous. Technician has 50 years experience...knew his stuff. Diagnosed system today, will be here at 7:30 am tomorrow to do the work...interior coil needs to be replaced on a 12 year old AC unit...decided to replace all due to the age of the equipment.

From the moment we contacted Energy Savers, we got an immediate call back; and Greg came out and made several suggestions for new gas units for our home. He made this very easy and we felt very informed when we selected the unit we wanted. Dustin and his crew arrived promptly when they said they would and started to work. They worked all day on the installation and when they left we couldn't even tell they'd been here because everything was so clean. Dustin also took a lot of time with us showing us how to operate our new thermostat, and how to download the thermostat app. He and his guys were super friendly and respectful of our space and we could not be happier with the unit we purchased. These folks are PROS all around...highly recommend.

Bruce from Energy Savers came out to our first home (a 1958 build with a relatively new hvac unit) and within 10 minutes identified the issue. He was professional, knowledgeable, and willing to check all other avenues to ensure there weren’t other hidden problems as well. The only whole process from scheduling to service was exceptional and easy. 10/10 recommend these guys.

Joey came out when one of our HVAC units was not cooling. He found the unit was low on coolant. However; when he walked down our hallway he noticed the other thermostat was off. Checked and found the drain line was blocked and the automatic shutoff activated. Great observation on a unit we thought was fine. Excellent, quick, knowledgeable service.
