I had a wonderful experience with Creative Fence at a rental property I manage from out of state. Their price was by far the best I found in town. Tom was very professional and communicated with me often, and the office manager was friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. Reliable and trustworthy contractors like Creative Fence and Tom are hard to come by, and truly a breath of fresh air, especially for military spouse / landlords like myself.

Tom put an invisible fence in for us about a year ago. He was/is fantastic to work with and the customer service is top notch. He went above and beyond to ensure that our 75 lb American Bulldog was safe and secure behind our fence. He even followed up immediately when we had an escape (even months after we had the fence installed). He adjusted the fence for our fur baby with no further problems. Great company!

After moving to Box Springs, my dogs were constantly getting out of the gate and fenced area of our new home. I called Tom at Creative and he came out within two days to meet me and discuss what my options were. He was very knowledgeable about his product and answered all my questions while loving on my dogs. He put in an Invisalign fence within the next week and I am overjoyed. He worked with my dogs and me getting them use to the perimeters of the fence and training me to do so after he left. My dogs learned immediately where their boundaries were and only one dog has "tested" the limits of the fence. She too has learned the boundaries now! My dogs are safe and happy to see me when I come home which is all I can ask for. You will be extremely happy with his product and company. His customer service level is amazing and I highly recommend him for all your fencing needs.
