As a novice dog owner, I want to express my gratitude towards Columbus Veterinary Medical Center for the warm reception they extended to me. Upon arrival with my new puppy, we were warmly welcomed by a staff member who eagerly engaged with my furry friend while I completed necessary paperwork. Both the assistant and the veterinarian displayed utmost professionalism, addressing all my inquiries with care and expertise. My dog Tyson had only been going there less than a month and we were treated as if we were there his whole 13 years of living.Unfortunately he kept getting sicker and sicker and we had to make the horrible decision that is every pet owners nightmare.The staff treated us with such compassion and his vet Dr. White was the best vet he ever had. I cannot thank her enough for making this experience as easy as she, and her staff possibly could. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

If I could give this place a negative 5 I would. I am absolutely disappointed with this place. I was quoted a price for a visit plus a procedure for my cat. I budgeted for the price I was quoted plus about $100 extra, just in case. I took her for her visit and paid then but when my husband took her to drop her off for the procedure, he was asked to pay even more, double what we were quoted on the phone. If i would have known that it was going to be this much i would have called other vets. On top of the extra for the procedure, When I took her for the first visit she had blood work done for the procedure and now they still tried to charge us for blood work on the day of the procedure, Blood work that had already been done ahead of time so that nothing extra needed to be done. They didn't check her chart before trying to charge us. Then as my husband was talking to them about the price they begin to discuss the procedure, they had my female cat marked for a male procedure even though her chart shows that she female.... if you work in a vet office you should know the difference between male(neutering) and female(spaying). I cannot find the words to express how much I wanted to go get my cat from this place but she needs this procedure.We will not be taking any of our animals back... they need to get there stuff together... do not make quotes without being more accurate, check the chart before charging customers for work that has already been done and paid for, and make sure that every person is clear on male vs. female procedures. This is absolutely ridiculous.

This was my first visit with my german shepherd puppy. He was not happy to be there and barked the entire visit, but the staff was so patient and kind to my dog & I. The doctor was very friendly and spoke to my dog & I with a very calm reassuring tone and it made the experience so much better! The vet techs were so sweet & patient with my scared puppy as well! I appreciate the exceptional care we received & will be bringing my dogs back to this office for any of their vet needs. Thank you all for being amazing!

I brought my fur baby in for a check up . As always Dr. White and her staff took such wonderful care of her . Each individual went above and beyond for us . My Sassy Mae is feeling so much better after our visit and I am beyond grateful for everything they did . ❤️

We had to put my childhood animals to sleep of 17 years. This facility sure was compassionate during such a difficult time. My mother and 2 sisters were there and they made us all feel their comfort while we were having such a hard time. I don't wish this for anyone, but I'm so glad there are such wonderful caring people to help our furry loved ones stop hurting 💜 Special thanks to the vet in the room with us

CVMC is such a wonderful place where you can take your fur babies and know for sure they are getting the best care. One of the techs came to my home this week to help me get my 80-lb. dog into my car. I am unable to lift him , and he just will not jump in. We were behind on his annual vaccines. I’m on a walker and have a difficult time taking my boys to the vet. They are so accommodating to help me with my boys. They are busy, but they went out of their way to help me. Dr. Sosebee talked with me about Saban ‘s checkup and them called to give me the results of Saban’s blood work. Everyone here—doctors, techs, and office staff—is professional and so kind. I have used this practice for over 30 years and have never had a problem. Even when Dr.Joan Perella retired and new doctors came in, the same excellent service continued.

Very Expensive and very disorganized... they quoted one amount but charged double that amount for a procedure and visit. The staff also tried to charge for blood work that had already been done and paid for. They did not check the chart before trying to charge. They also didn't check the chart before writing our cat down for neutering when she needed to be spayed. She is clearly a female cat.Very unprofessional. I believe that the staff needs more training in managing payments, quotes for procedures, and making sure they double check the chart before making any decisions.

I honestly can not say enough about the quality of care you receive from Mandy, the rest of the wonderful staff and the most understanding and compassionate Dr. Sosebee here at this office. They have gone above and beyond for my pups and I know they will give that 100% any time I need them for their care. Thank you for all you do and continue to do. We have gone to this clinic for years and have always known that our pets are loved and cared for. The new doctors are so kind and warm and truly care abut the animals. The wait time was minimal and the office is remodeling and feels more clean. Dr. Sosebee and Mandy were wonderful with our pets upon meeting them for the fist time.

Everyone has a huge heart and takes care of our animals as if they are family. I’ve had a hard time finding the right care for exotics/ferrets in Columbus and they didn’t hesitate to help. The compassion I received with end of life was heart warming. When taking on a new animal they were huge help in guiding me with a personalized care plan.

Dr Krystal White Brown is the best veterinarian I have ever met, she listens to all of your concerns, you don’t feel rushed, she explains everything to where the Furr parents understands. I would defiantly recommend Columbus veterinary to anyone looking for a good vet with a good doctor. Also, Dr Brown is very knowledgeable and professional. It is always a pleasure when we take our Furr babies to the vet knowing that she is not just diagnosing and trying to take all your money, she actually cares and try to help you the best way she can, and come up with a plan at a affordable price, If possible. Outstanding veterinarian.

Pet owner beware..... This is what happened to my boy. I have two french bulldogs. Been taken him to this office for 3.5 years. Took him in for scheduled appointment in September for his vaccinations. He's not a Fan Of veterinarian's. They prescribe him a sedative to calm him. During this trip in something went wrong. He squealed out in pain. Loud enough for everyone in the office to hear. From that day forward he would not hold his head up or turn it. He had to turn his whole body to look left or right. I understand that accidents happen. This was not intentional. But be responsible. We ended up taking him to another veterinarian's office after being told there was no doctor in there office to see him. That veterinarian knew something was not right with his neck . He ended up having a ruptured disc in his neck. He had surgery in Montgomery is doing really well. I have been talking with Vernica for over 2 months trying to get information on there liability insurance. She is lost. Don't know the name or phone number. I have on several occasions never received an call back. They have run me around the block for over 2 months. I would not take their pet to this office. First thing was french bulldogs are known to have this problem. I asked the doctor if all french bulldogs have this issue. She replied no. We will never know. All I know is he walked in with his head up and walked out with it hanging down. They hurt my boy. The ones that were doing the procedure know this to be true. These are my opinions of what happened. Please be aware. Demand you go back with your pet.

Very impressed with our service. We brought our Cookie in for an emergency visit upon opening that morning, the staff was kind and courteous and worked us in. The entire staff attended to her and us efficiently. The doctor was the absolute best. Never met a doctor so kind and informative. Wish she was my physician. We have found a new center for our little fur babies. We trust our precious Cookie is in good hands with the entire staff.

New to Columbus and our dog needed to be seen asap, poor thing had ear infection and some allergy issues. They got me right in and took very good care of our little guy. They were very quick, worked efficiently, exspecially with the remodelingng going on. Not to mention very affordable. Would recommend this place to anyone. They are always friendly and very nice everytime I take our babies to get checked out. Had an appointment on Tuesday and showed up at the wrong time. They still told me to stay and got me in anyway even sooner.Good People,I recommend them definitely for your pet needs and check-ups

Dr White is phenomenal at what she does and truly takes the time to answer all questions and concerns when it comes to your fur baby. There is some improvement that could be done as far as getting checked-in and out. The wait time to get checked out is a bit too long. And it’s happened on multiple occasions. Why do we come back you may ask? It’s because of Dr White. Although there are other Veterinary Clinics that do offer a military discount for services and might be a little cheaper for some things, Dr White is irreplaceable. It’s a good Clinic and like I said, Dr White is the heart and soul of that place. If she ever leaves, so would we. But please go experience the service for yourself.
