This was a long process. Wasn't busy, but I'm guessing the 2 ladies taking orders did not wanna be there. I asked for a mustard pack, and got mayo. As I was eating, I was told I need to move my car because a food truck was needed in that spot. This parking lot is big, and it made no sense why I only moved 2 spots down and that was good. Thanks for ruining breakfast for my wife and me. 🤨

I decided to try this Hardee's again. Before I had tried to get breakfast but the lobby was closed. Having to close the lobby due to COVID has been over there is no reason that it should be closed. I worked at the Hardee's in Monticello, Ga when I was young and we made sure that EVERYONE that came to get food, got it. This Hardee's doesn't believe in customer service like we did.I'm a truck driver and can't go through the drive through. I tried to go into the lobby this morning , Thursday 4/11/2024 at 0710 am. The damn lobby is locked again!!!!It's a damn shame that a truck driver can't get breakfast. I again refuse to use this Hardee's and this time I won't be back.

We went through the drive thru and not only did we verbally correct the order 3 times, they still gave us the incorrect order although the receipt had the correct orders listed. Then, I noticed the pricing on the drive thru menu is less expensive than what we were actually charged. We ordered two #1 meals, two #11 meals, and one #10 meal, all mediums with cokes to drink. Nothing complicated. We sat waiting for nearly 15 minutes for them to correct our food order. This was the worst customer service experience… but at least the food tasted decent, even though the spicy chicken sandwiches were not at all spicy.

I placed and received my order through the drive through because at the door they said the lobby was closed. They neglected to toast the bread on my Frisco burger and when I pulled back around she said they had shut everything down already and I was mistaken about the bread not being toasted. The meat was also under heated but overcooked looking, I do not know how this is possible. I will call corporate in the morning as I've read another review which states local management has not been helpful in the past.

I'll NEVER Stop at this freaking restaurant again!!!!! A truck driver can't get two sandwiches when this place opens.I waited twenty minutes for it to open and then waited ten minutes to get in to get the food then I left with nothing.People act like truckers have time to waist. There's no COVID restrictions for restaurants, why are the doors locked? She knew I was there, the employee that was walking in when i was there told me to wait by the door and the lady inside would let me in, it never happened. I've been there before when the doors were locked but was able to get sandwiches.They lost a paying customer today and from this point in.The manager will probably get on here saying sorry, etc. It means nothing!!!

I worked at a Hardee's when I was a teenager and loved it. When I saw this location open on Christmas, I was so excited to introduce my husband to Hardee's and to be able to stop somewhere other than a gas station on our road trip. The place was clean and well staffed, even though it was a holiday. The ladies working were all festive and friendly. The food was good and made by someone that took pride in their job and not just thrown together because they had to work. In today's world, I know it is hard to get people to show up for work and provide a good customer experience. This team not only showed up on Christmas, they provided holiday cheer, a warm smile and great food.

We usually stop at this Hardee's when headed north for camping and the staff is always very friendly. On a recent trip, we had an issue ordering on the Hardee's app and the ladies took care of it when we arrived.Parking: They have some long parking spots in the rear of lot if you're towing something and you can access the lot from front or back.

Went thru drive thru at 2:15 pm. No other cars in parking lot so place seemed empty. Cashier at window was not friendly, saying absolutely nothing as she handed me the change. We waited 3-4 minutes for our food after paying more than $25 for 2 meals (sandwich, drink and fries.) While we waited, cashier was seen opening a burger, putting ketchup and Mayo on it and began eating, right there at the drive thru window. She got herself a drink too, before finally delivering our meals. Meat was warm but cheese slices were cold and not melted. Sandwich was not HOT at all. Cool to the touch. Fries were good (warm and salted) and drinks were fine. Cashier said nothing as she finally handed us our food. When I said thank you she turned a way and closed the window. Very rude and uninterested in our experience.

The worst place ever, if I could they wouldn't get a star!!!! The pictures tell the story. Unless you want tomain, stay away!!Went back by after I got off work and spoke to a very rude manager that insinuated I was the reason the hamburger looked like that. I feel for the poor people of Colquitt for having this place as their only fast food option. By the way it ain't fast food, takes forever to get your order.So I contacted Hardee's corporate by email and promptly received a call from their regional manager who was very polite and helpful and I will be refunded my money. I love Hardee's food but this store need an employee overhaul

Really disappointed with the consistency of this location. Some biscuits were great while some were over done. Also the biscuits and gravy had so much sausage you could not even taste the gravy. Probably won’t stop here again when passing through. Sad too because Hardee’s is known for their fantastic breakfast sandwiches.

Super sweet ladies here helped us locate my husband wallet that he lost while we visited their restaurant. We were visiting the area for vacation and had almost arrived at our home when we discovered this. They searched the whole restaurant until they helped us locate his wallet. They were so understanding and greeted us upon arriving back there to pick up wallet. All cash and cards were still there, and they were just amazing. Made a bad situation better for us.
