The one thing that I love about this place is one of the employees (Fredia Davis). She's so helpful and kind, and never annoyed, always working to stock or get customers rung up. She's exceptional, which is why I asked for her name.The rest of the staff can be a little rude, I've noticed. Aloof and annoyed. The store stays a mess. Too much for one employee to handle. Parking lot is a nightmare.

I haven’t been in this store for a while now. I will say it has changed for better. The shelves are stocked. The staff is a lot friendlier then they were 7 months ago. I was told today there is a new store manager. I can tell by walking around what a great job he or she is doing. They have there hands full. Won’t happen over night at least you can see a huge change. They need to get the floors cleaned from a professional cleaning company it can make a huge difference!!!! Keep up the good work reman and new store manager!!!!! Change can make a huge difference overall.

Night and day compared to 6 months ago. Things are pretty organized and the Christmas decor is perfectly laid out. They’ve really been putting in that work.

WORST PLACE EVER! It always has an disgusting smell! Today, i went in to get me a snack for work and when I got to work, I decided to eat my Reese’s and noted something on it…. YES MOLD! Never will I go back🤢🤢 do they know anything about Rotating inventory!

I'll start with the positive=5⭐. They're always well stocked with fresh, up to date, easy to find, a great variety of products, and a more than adequate amount of each of those products. My critique=-2⭐. The unfortunate downside to a store with the above named attributes is, if your too understaffed to properly offload incoming stock, put it up properly, in the right place, rotate closer dates to the front, obviously newer/incoming dates to the back in a timely manner. At the same time keeping, what should at ALL times from entrance to exit be the #1 concern, the CUSTOMER and/or SHOPPER happy, helped, and moving along. I'm sure under staffing the store, under paying the employee, and subjecting the customer to what often resembles an indoor flea market not 1 of the top 10 corporations worldwide. So when you visit a DG store next time remember that what aggravates you the most during your visit is more than likely above that employee's pay grade. Instead of taking your frustrations out on them, use that time for a pat on the back for what they're doing right, then at home get on your computer and shoot your frustrations straight up to corporate. It is after all their fault.

There has definitely been an improvement in customer service at DG Colquitt with the addition of a new employee named Daniela. I found her to be exceptionally helpful and courteous with a charming disposition and ingratiating smile. You made my day, Daniela!! Keep up the good work.

I went in this store about 2 weeks ago & couldn’t stay inside long enough to find what I was in there for due to the horrible smell🤢 I quickly left and went to a different store.I thought that in 2 weeks the smell would be better when I stopped there again yesterday but to my surprise it was 10x’s worse !!!!I will not be going back !!!

I will never step back into this DG again!!! When I went to go get some stuff all you see is SPIDERS EVERYWHERE!!!! and when I told the lady about it she said what u want me to do about it!!!! She was very very rude. Every food isle we went down their was a spider not a small one but BIG ONES!!!!

They ran out of bags, they only had 3 workers, apparently they can't keep a manager. The workers are very helpful. They just can't keep managers. So the ordering doesn't get done,

One of the worst Dollar General stores ever been in. Not organized, safety hazards throughout store with products in aisle and no southern hospitality from employees. Lucky I gave one star.

The store I went to in Georgia needs a good cleaning and shelfs needs to be stocked the worker's were to busy on there cellphones they need to pay attention to their customers

This store has changed so much it cleaner and more is on the shelf’s then in the floor . I like going in there now I can find everything I need .. Thank God for the manager that’s there now...
