The managers, Purple hair Bertha and middle age man bun guy need to be fired.Also Terrible customer service as always. I’ve been going here for years.

This used to be my store! I went here all the time. Now it's awful they've remodeled the store which is fine except there's never the things you need stocked! And now all the employees are just awful! They're all rude and don't want to help you. They've put a piece of paper at the register that says only ring bell if you're paying w cash and then if you ring it it takes them forever to acknowledge you! I could go on w the bad stories but not enough space here I'll be calling corporate and complaining about this store. It definitely needs a new manager

The heavy set girl with short hair was more interested in what was in the back or should I say who was in the back. As I wander through the front of the store trying to find what I'm looking for she would peek around the corner, but never help me. At least her shirt went down to her pants I'm like the last few times I have seen her wear it did not.

They are the closest store to my house that isnt a gas station or antique shop. They always have new things anytime I swing by and for being a small store they sure cram a lot of stuff inside. They only get four stars though cause of the fact I always have to hunt for anything and the register people are almost always in the office when I get in the store. The staff can usually point me in the right direction but its kind of annoying having to hunt for stuff when I dont feel like asking someone. They also dont carry the same things from year to year because last year I totally bought seeds for my garden there and this year they dont offer seeds for flowers but they have grass seed. The aisles are always a chaotic mess though I think it's from customers not putting things back where and how they found it.

Staff not that friendly lack of customer service rather talk, laugh and smoke right in front of store. Should go around to side of building.Stood at register for 5 mins rang bell for service noone came. Manager and another associate was sitting in office talking not all of convo was work related either. They were loud enough i could hear everything. I could see manager and know she saw us but do ya think she did anything not until we were at register for 8 MINS. Finally she yells for Ben we walked out highly upset without anything!!

Stood at the register nearly five minutes before an employee sitting ten feet away in an office told me to ring the bell and someone would be with me in a moment. I guess her and the other person in the office were too busy vaping to worry about customer service. I would give zero stars if possible.

This store would be ok and pleasant if it wasnt for the manager lady the tall one with dark purple hair .she is very rude and refuses to let service animals in the store which is illegal by the way..if there was another dg closer i wouldn't even go to this store other than her the other people whon work there are nice.

I like the convenience of DG, but they seriously need to expand store or just get more organized. It's always like working through an obstacle course trying to use a cart in their congested aisles. Most of the DG stores I frequent are like this. Ladders, boxes, inventory EVERYWHERE. Can't they schedule inventory and stocking at night?

Wow!!! I went I for some soda (seeing as they have 2 L on sale) I rang the bell twice (I shouldn't have to ring it at ALL!!!!) The girl asked me if i "found" everything. I said yes just not YOU here at the register.She then gave me a dirty look and became very RUDE with me.This is NOT the first tone the girl with MULTIPLE hair color has been RUDE with me.

It was good to know I can get a few things and not go to the big grocery store, but they had a sign saying no cash back today even though the prompter on the credit card machine asked me if I wanted cash back. I really needed cash back and it is not near a bank. Not super friendly either.

The Dollar General in Cohutta, GA is one of my favorite regular places to shop. I know most of the staff by name. I feel like I am visiting family with each visit!

Every time now that I've gone into this store, right as I walk up to check out, the person behind the counter walks away. I have to stand there for several minutes waiting for them to return.I should not have to hit a bell to get their attention!!! they should not leave their post.I might be an old fart but this is freaking ridiculous

Cashier was amazing but the fact that she was the only one who was there, or so it seemed like that because I walked every isle and didn't see anyone else and the store was a disaster, is very upsetting.

One of the most frustrating places I have ever been to In My Life I rather take a handful of nails and pound them into my head than ever go back to this place any place is better than this. You will wait in line at least 30 minutes every time

Retired veteran and worked for Dalton Utilities for 15 years. Manager accused my wife and I of stealing.when asked to see the store video, my request was ignored. Poor management. God Bless America.

They had a radio on that was to loud. Had 2 females working & no one wears a name tag. You have to identify them by green hair & purple hair. When I mentioned the radio being to long she wasn't even concerned.

The two main girls that work here are always outside with customers waiting to be checked out. One of them always has there boyfriend there who complains about his peers to her.

It's the Dollar General. If they don't have it I don't need it. I just wish they could hire enough people to stock the shelves and run the cash register all at the same time.
