The cashiers are so quick to get done with you that they don't allow time to enter in a simple phone number for the coupons. Teach your employees to be just as patient as you'd like us to be when you're training. Some of us have to save money and take time out to clip coupons to use them for a reason.

Awesome people who work here. Always nice and helpful. The store itself just doesn't carry all the stuff it once did. That's why I left one star off. Now I have to drive all the way to Walmart for some of the small things I used to buy here.

The overall shopping experience was awesome!!!! Lots of newly updated home decor, and accessories...The only ,some what bad experience, was once I was ready to checkout, and am at the register, the cashier that was ringing me up was very kind, however, once the total was tallied up, and button hit what few items I had (8 to 10 items none more than eight bucks each, and mostly Way less than eight bucks, but low-end-behold this lady talking about some that the total was 79 dollars, and some odd change...My husband, and I knew that this was terribly incorrect (fishy)...But after we then went through the items we had been looking to purchase, and deciding that we might not need some of them so much so, AND DEFINITELY NOT THAT MUCH!!!!!Lesson learned here we thought, not only should we, (all of us peoples) be cautious for obvious dangers, and other common knowledgeable things/behaviors, we also NEED TO DO THIS IN THE DOLLAR GENERAL TOO, LOL!!! But no, seriously guys, we should never judge a book by its cover, and ALWAYS BE AWARE OF EVERYTHING!!! EVERYTHANG, EVERYTHANG, cause let's face it, if you stand under a coconut tree long enough, you bound to get hit in the head with a coconut....So safety first my peoples....Either always totearound you a helmet, or well I think you getthe idea....On the seriousness, everybody inthe world aren't as honest as others, so KEEPKEEP YOUR BIFOCALS ON, and if you don't wearPUT SOME ON ANYWAYS!!!!

Cashier today was decent. Not talkative, and the other customers were very quiet too, so it made the visit a tad bit awkward but eh it's what ev. Store was clean and there wasn't items thrown all over the place, and I left alive so it was a good experience. LolI got my items and left. Boring story lol

WORST DOLLAR GENERAL EVER. It used to be pretty good until the past year. I have all but boycotted this place due to the TERRIBLE customer service, employees that seem to loathe their jobs, ridiculously lackluster management, and the snails pace they possess while checking you out. Hate this place. Only stop in if I absolutely have to. Its usually worth the extra 2 minutes to drive to family dollar by food lion.

I went to dollar general store #11903 on my way back from ft o after working graveyard to get my fur babies and my Fiance a prize. When I get home in Crandall I realized my fiance prize were not in the bag. So frustrating.

I went there for a mothers day gift bag. They didn't have any small bags except if i bought 4 different bags with it. Which i didn't need. I usually don't stop at this one cause they have less variety than some of the other dollar generals. So needless to say ill go past this one and stop at the next one just a little ways down the road.

What I learned today at this store December 20th 2018 is this.Amanda(or maybe her name ia) Amber has a nasty habit of talking about other people that she works with. She blabbed on and on about how the girl that was there before her left her deposit there. Which might tell a crook to come in the next day I try and snag the deposit. Tells everybody in the store how much she hates working there. Maybe this girl needs to be fired.I mean really if she hates her job so bad that she stands behind a counter with the other employees and state I hate my job maybe there's something wrong with this girl.

As of late, this Dollar General location has been beyond lacking in customer service. It's clear that the recent management is having a rather hard time adjusting to this location and the consumer demands. Each time that I, or someone in my family, patrons this location, the store is a disaster. Customers are forced to weave in and out of totes of merchandise down each and every aisle. The sales associates are never available to accommodate consumers, and consumers are forced to hunt down an associate or yell throughout the store just to get someone to the front to check out. I would think this would impact their shrink results as the sales associates are never aware of who is in the store or where. Stopping at this location has now become a last resort because as someone who also works in retail, it's painful to experience what a disaster this store is, both in appearance and customer service. We never saw such problems with the previous manager, Tammy.

The canning supplies are scanty. There also was a box of pool floaties in the middle of the aisle left unattended. Otherwise, it was clean and neat.
