Employees are super nice but this store consistently has weird issues with refrigerators/freezers and often has everything blocked off. Couldn't even buy the one item I came for today. Now I'll have to drive out of town to get it. Seems like they would be better off starting over with new equipment instead of "repairing" these all the time.9/07/22 - Coolers/freezers down.10/29/22 - Coolers are out ...AGAIN.11/10/22 - Here it goes again. All refrigerated areas blocked off again, including produce.11/25 - freezers/coolers down AGAIN. Second time in past couple of weeks and they've had to throw away tons of food. So sad to see all of that food going to waste. And I know this isn't going to be the last time. They do this on a very regular basis now.01/03/23 - Freezers are shut down again today.01/12/23 - All coolers of meat, dairy and produce are shutdown again. Everything is covered in black plastic sheets.02/07/23 - Coolers are down again.

Yesterday, my phone died while I was shopping and I needed to transfer money before I could purchase my items. The employee Denise was working the self checkout, and she let me scan all my items before going back to my car to put my phone on the charger. I’ve worked for Walmart before, and I hate them as a company. They consistently don’t show up to the plate and they don’t value their employees. At least that was the case for the one I worked at. It’s people like Denise who keep the store running, and I admire her for her kindness and willingness to help me. I’m giving 5 stars to Denise, because my experience with her shows that she needs a raise.

I enjoy going & hate that I have to rush to get up there cause Wal-Mart closing at 11pm. Some folks don't have normal 9 to 5 lives. Folks are always friendly as well as helpful.I'm pretty sure I am addicted to the path lights they sell & worth the price!

Very busy, smaller Walmart. Designed a bit differently than the ones I've shopped before. Always neat finding different items than I've seen in other places.They have real live humans checking people out!! I got carded for buying wine. Go figure.

Well the overall experience was disappointing. Went to the store two days before Christmas, and we had to wait in line over 20 minutes even at the self checkout.When we got home, we placed out Twisted Ranch (Cheddar Popper Jalapeno) container in the fridge.On Christmas day, the family went to try the Cheddar Popper Jalapeno dip and it tasted nasty. We then looked to make sure that it was not expired and sure enough, it was. This container had the best by date as December 13, 2020. Today is December 25, 2021 which means that the trash Walmart store had this product on their shelves for over a year past the best by date. Good thing that we had a very small amount of it.Walmart, I know you won't but try to do better. This is not acceptable. If I could give you negative stars, I would.

I can't say I just love Walmart except it is convenient. As far as Walmarts go this one is small but stocked reasonably well. The staff is what really makes this place shine. I haven't run into a single unfriendly or unhelpful employee. The only thing I can really complain about is the prices. Although I know it's not exactly Walmarts fault a $14 bag of potatoes is absurd! Good luck America!!

I've been told by many customers it's one of the best they can go to. Although it's small and does not carry as many products as other Walmarts in the area the employees are friendly and always willing to help find whatever it is you are looking for. It's cleaner than others and when asked for management they are quick to react. Phones are answered whenever I call up and they can usually give me an answer within a minute or so of waiting. Bathrooms are usually kept at a decent cleanliness. But I can say the fridge and freezers do go down quite a lot. And so it makes it even harder to look for what you need. Overall pretty great store!

Lots of employees are stocking. That was great! Saw an employee cleaning in the coolor area. I don't know when the last time it was that I actually saw ANY walmart employee clean unless it was a spill. Doing great!

The employees were very helpful and nice. Store needs to be stocked a little better but overall everything was very good. Most of all Miss Kate was very helpful in swapping out a TV late one evening. Customer service was actually closed but she was able to help us. Great Job.

I got these Beautiful flowers from Walmart in Eastman Ga. I was very impressed, plus the young lady working in garden center was so much help and very nice. Its been a while since i have encountered a nice emplouee at that walmart, management is worse, but that yoyng lady and the young man helping at seld check outs has convinced me to try shooping wuth them again. I wish i knew there names. Look at my beautiful flowers, i love them all

Meh it's Walmart but they have a great way for having small differences. For example fruit tastes better here and they carry odd stuff in seasonal most don't. Decorations etc.

I really love our local Wal-Mart it's small but very friendly and, for the most part, have the things I need. As of lately, they have had many problems with their frozen foods section. The pharmacy is incredible they are super friendly and knowledgeable.

They have started to close early.. maybe 10 min early they lock the doors.should consider public fire codes.also customer service managers were not polite and didn't seem to want to help me.i guess I set my expectations for this location to high.

Same old song and dance,lots of shoppers but only 2 cashiers open,and one whole side of self checkout was blocked off,observed numerous associates standing around doing nothing some texting on there phones others huddled up with the latest gossip, why 6 or 7 people have to greet you or walk through their human body wall when trying to get out the door to vomit because you spent way to much. Now like everywhere good hardworking associates were seen but this cashier vs self scan thing is terrible, store was clean and stocked ok but no matter what the score we all have to keep going due to the giant has no competition.

I always look at dates. Good thing I do. Lunch meat was dated APRIL It was late AUGUST when I was there.. Kids meat and cheese snacks out of date by weeks. I pulled a bunch off the shelf. Dairy also. I guess no one checks

I just went in today to cash my boyfriends check, we were waiting in line patiently and unbothered waiting for the staff to help us. One employee was doing their job and helping the customers while the other employee was sitting around doing nothing. When she finally decided to help us, and when i mean “help us” she just walked over to the registered and sat there with an attitude assuming we knew she was finally ready to do her job. She had a terrible attitude, gave us disgusting looks, obviously didn’t want to help, and overall made the entire experience unpleasant. There was absolutely no need for any of the attitude or nasty looks we received, very unprofessional.

The grocery section of this store is in need of better quality control. Numerous times we have found out of date products. Not just here and there but an entire section of the item we need is out of date. Also, frozen food and ice cream show evidence of thawing and refreezing. They have had ongoing problems with their coolers and freezers. Aside from the fact this is a potential huge lawsuit from a health and safety standpoint, it's a huge inconvenience. There are other places to get our groceries, thankfully. And that's what we are being forced to do in large part. This has to be a huge lost revenue issue. Based on one of the Bleckley Facebook pages, there are many other customers that have faced the same problem.
