The difference in experience between the pharmacy staff here and the locally owned pharmacies is like comparing a Michelin 5 star restaurant to a McDonald's drive thru. They're so poorly trained in basic customer service it's almost comical. Rude, condescending, and overall just unpleasant.

Definitely the worst cvs ever. The pharmacy dept are extremely rude and unhelpful. Never answer the phone. Never polite.The photo dept is the only reason I ever walk in that store. Front register staff and photo dept are the only good thing about this store. Their selection of everything sucks and is super overpriced. The atmosphere inside the store is depressing and super outdated.

Couldn't give a zero stars went in to purchase empty pills that are available on the website. Pharmacies told me they don't sell them and in her 30 yrs of experience no one needs to by them and she would not sell them. It ok I will see at the Nuremberg trials.

This store is awful! Will not answer there phones. Will not look at you when walk to the counter as if you are intriguing on there time. For get the window the want even look that way. I have tried to get my meds for 2 days and after about an hour I just leave. I am about move all my meds to another pharmacy good luck to all of you who stay.😖

Horrible. With Covid-19 going on, you try to get in and out as quickly and safely as possible, but I was not able to do this today because the cashier seemed to know the customer they were tending to and it took a long time for them to stop conversing. I understand that an employee should be friendly to the customer, but this was unnecessary.

I have used CVS pharmacy in Cochran for at least 20 years but I will NEVER use them again. I went there to get a prescription filled and was treated so disrespectfully by Michael. Apparently my prescription is new and not in stock but he offered no help in trying to locate or possibly order the prescription, and was so rude. There are way too many other pharmacy options to be treated this way for no reason.

Absolutely terrible store to do business in. You go to check out and you wander the store looking for anyone that works there. Never answers the phone, nobody knows where anything is, and everything is over priced. You can forget using the pharmacy because you'll spend over an hour waiting on one car to move. Don't recommend getting any shots here either because they won't be properly stored and you'll get more sick from the shot than the sickness you were trying to avoid.

Worst experience ever with a pharmacy! Was hung up on. Transferred my prescription from another pharmacy. After 4 days, prescription still had not been filled. Most unprofessional staff I have ever dealt with.

Business hours say open til 7 PM. This clown locked the doors at 6:54 PM while I was walking to the door. He made eye contact with me and proceeded to lock the door. I needed one item. DONE with CVS in Cochran forever. Poor customer service.

I no longer live in the area, but I go to fill my grandparent's medication. They are always super friendly and the store is amazingly organized.
