The store is clean. Has a wide variety of different animal feed. From dogs and cats all the way to horses and in between as far as farm animals and your everyday pets. The workers are helpful and usually polite. I would like to see a wider variety in wet dog food .

Incredibly disappointed today and sorry we have to take our future business to the Cornelia location. We've been loyal customers ever since moving to the area to plant a vineyard and start our business to serve this local community. Up until today we've had no issues. We asked about price matching on T posts with their online competitor Rural King which was not an issue this summer when we asked for the same thing. We were immediately told no they do not price match a non local store. We reluctantly purchased the posts and then thought to call Tractor Supply online. TS online confirmed that they DO in fact price match rural king and we could simply order from TS online and have it delivered to store at the price we were asking for. We conveyed this to the staff member over the phone and he told us to go ahead and do that then that he would not in any way help us skip this silly step of returning all our posts and ordering online. When we returned the posts we were able to speak with a manager who rather than apologize for this inconvenience and misunderstanding, defended his employee and said he was willing to lose a customer over a $50 discount because of how my husband came across as rude when he asked for the price match...which we had every reason to believe would be honored since they had honored it in the past. My husband expressed how much business we have given and will continue to give to the local community to which the TS employee said "we make $7+ million a year so you can take your business elsewhere it doesn't matter to us." Ironic that with $7M a year it mattered more to them on principle to lose a customer than lose $50 and keep a loyal customer. This store has several very friendly employees, we are sad to have been treated thus by the manager and this one rogue staff member. Be advised.

The bolt section is nice. SAE/Metric. You name it, they probably have it. It's great for little projects you can do, and the hardware is insanely cheap compared to most competitors.

This is the worst customer service in America.. I will never serve this location ever again. That put the phone in their pocket ( i had to call the store while in the store for service) using file language while on the phone with a delivery driver...

I'm a truck driver that delivers hay to Tractor Supply Co. Stores across the Southeastern region of the United States and each and every delivery is always a privilege and unique in its own way. The store in Dallas, Ga. has some of the nicest and professional Associates I believe that I have delivered to so far. For a truck driver, to have store associates that is understanding and helpful to me, as a driver or customer, really makes your day go by so much better. This stores associates are knowledgeable and a Blessing to be around. That's what makes me choose Tractor Supply Co. even if I can get the product cheaper from another Supply Chain. It's all about taking care of your fellow citizens.Keep up the great work. I appreciate your knowledge and professional services to me as a truck driver, and as a customer.

Overall the employees were very nice and helpful. The manager was VERY rude to my husband for no reason after he asked a simple question about returns. He also didn’t want us talking to a family member for around 3 minutes or so and kept interrupting!

went to this store to buy pants and they did not the have size i needed wish they had a larger size, like 48x 30 cant find them any were this store is clean and thats why i went there i dont like shopping on line for pants.

I love this store! It's always clean, the people are kind, and the animals are too cute. I make sure to stop by whenever I need anything because Tractor Supply has just about anything I can think of. I think this may be my favorite location.

This store has everything!!! Feed store, tools, welding supplies and toys too! They even have a Rockin' Chicken. The layout of the store is perfectly situated so you can easily find what you need. The staff were very friendly and even though I didn't need help myself, they were busy helping others and answering questions.

Had my dog food taken out my hands and carried to the front. I told the employee she didnt have to do that. She politely informed they were slow and she could tell I was hurt. It was her pleasure to help. Very nice people.

Online inventory still shows wolverine w10103 size 10.5 EW in stock but has not been in stock for atleast 2 weeks as i have wasted 2 trips to this store. I have brought this to employees attention twice and they could not care less. I just tried to call the location to check again and they did not answer the phone. I love tractor supply,but this location seems to be run by McDonald's workers!

Nice store. Was disappointed with their advertising. Their website says specifically that they FILL propane tanks. THEY DO NOT! I wasted my time taking 30 pound tanks to them and they only EXCHANGE 20 pound tanks.
