It has taken me a while to get around to writing this review because I’ve spent so much time LOVING my dog! My partner and I have had our dog, Marc, for nearly a year now and he is the perfect dog. He is so smart, loving, and calm, and also has so much personality! He makes a friend out of every stranger (human or dog) that he meets. He has brought so much joy to our lives and we can’t thank Maureen enough for making our perfect match possible!When we picked Marc up, Maureen said Aussies are like potato chips, you can’t just have one. Andddd, she’s right! 10/10, would love to get Marc a Rainbow Australian Shepherd companion in the future!

Moe and Doug are fantastic owner of Rainbow Australian Shepherds. We brought home our furry baby recently, and they were a pleasure to work with through the entire process. They take wonderful care of all of their dogs, as you can see through their healthy, beautiful litters. They gave us really good advice about care and feeding for our puppy, and we have been previous owners of Australian Shepherds.We highly, highly recommend them.

This lady was very rude from the get go. I went to the website and looked at available puppies, they have a number to text or call. I texted Saturday and got a text back Sunday asking to email about the puppies. So I did. I emailed asking for pics and prices and then she emailed back asking for me to call her, so I did. No answer. So l left a voicemail with my name and number and I also sent an email saying I just called. (I called maybe 10 mins after she asked me to call) She sends back an email saying she’s short on help and off topic remarks, just very weird vibe but she does send pics of the puppies. So I wrote back and said I’m interested in one and asked for the price on him. She writes back and says “ well I hold them 100 times. The least I can do is have a conversation with a potential new family. I’m reaching out to u for a chat.” I was honestly left so confused. I’ve done nothing but try to reach out and talk. I called and left a voicemail and my number. I’ve emailed. Texted. I’m not sure if she’s having an off day or what but this person was very unprofessional and seemed intoxicated just from the email responses. Either way, I hope others have better luck getting the information they need.

We just had our sweet Ziggy’s (12 weeks old) first vet appointment and he is the picture of health. He is beautiful and is already on his way to being potty trained after a few days. Maureen has given us tons of great advice and you can tell the dogs are well cared for. I would recommend them to anyone.

Moe and Doug were a pleasure to meet, and are very passionate about breeding healthy and quality pups. We've had dogs our whole lives, and have never had one as sweet and well tempered as Calvin. He is strong, healthy and smart... and so gorgeous! When its time to get a little buddy for him, we'll definitely be calling Moe again.

10/10 recommend getting a pup from Moe. She cares SO much about her pups and even sent us home with feeding plans, new harness, leash, and continually checked up on our sweet girl. She is so well behaved and we love her more than anything. If your looking for a amazing Aussie puppie definitely go with rainbow Aussies. I searched for weeks and she was by far the most caring person i spoke with. My budget was also pretty tight and she worked with me on it and helped me out so much. Called asking an honest question if they had miniature aussies to which Rainbow Australian Shepherds responded with “ I’m sorry you’re an idiot because you’re from Mexico”Response to the owner,My thoughts exactly, the fact that you guys sit here and lie on my behave, painting me as some tyrant that called over the phone is completely untrue, and I most uncertainty did not leave the beginning of the conversation out I stated it in my original review if you would have read it. You guys went on to say that my dog wasn’t a real Australian shepherd whatever that means, if you guys did your research as proper breeders you guys would know that the mini Aussie is a recognized breed by the AKC which were breed in North American with other Australian shepherds until they reached the desired height. Furthermore, assuming my dog was mixed and that it didn’t have paper work, which yet again shows the unprofessionalism within this company, just shows the level of ignorance these people have, even to go as low as being racist towards me for wanting you to stop disrespecting me, all I wanted to do was purchase a dog from you guys whether it was miniature or not to which you guys yet again said “ I’m sorry you’re an idiot because your from Mexico” just because my phone number is from Gainesville gaTake a good look at these miniature Australian shepherds that you guys claim are “fake”

We got our Millie from Maureen and Doug 7 months ago and we could not be more in love! I grew up with an Aussie from Maureen who was the most amazing dog. When it was time to get a dog of my own, I knew I wanted one from Rainbow Australian Shepards. Maureen talked to me for almost 2 hours during our first conversation making sure that we would be a good fit for one of her pups and was very flexible helping us get our girl to Texas. She followed up after our first vet visit and checked in frequently. People stop us all the time to tell us how beautiful our dog is and ask where we got her. She is smart and has SO much personality. We will be reaching out again when it is time to get her a sibling!

My husband & I just picked up our pup a little bit ago. Such a great experience. I emailed Moe last night to inquire about availability & she got back to me right away & communicated with me up until 1 AM & then all morning until pickup. Doug & Moe we're so great to meet, so funny, & they care so much about their dogs. They will not just give their dogs to just anyone which is such a relief because they take such great care of them. They are very informative & made themselves available to us anytime we need them for anything regarding our pup. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for this beautiful breed of dog. Looking forward to a lifelong friendship with Doug & Moe as well (:

Doug and Moe were really friendly and nice. My partner and I enjoy the experience and the hospitality that they showed at their farm. Our blue Merle puppy is so cute and full of energy that we love her so much. The care that they gave before we got her was phenomenal. I would recommend them if you are looking for a quality Australian Shepherd!

Moe and Doug are simply amazing! They breed the absolute best Aussies. They are so knowledgeable about this breed and have such a passion for these pups. With that being said, they are very picky on who they will allow their pups to go to. I am thankful they allowed me to be the mom of one of their precious pups. This is our second puppy from Rainbow Australian Shepherds and we could not be more pleased with the entire process. Im shocked to see some of the negative reviews as this is a breeder that truly cares about every dog and does their due diligence to make sure they are placed in loving homes.If you are looking to just pick a puppy and go then this is not the place for you. If you want a high-quality puppy and a loving companion for life then this is the place. Be prepared to answer some questions and have a few conversations about what to expect . If you are unfamiliar with the breed then take time to research and listen to their advice.Maureen was amazing just like the last time. She sends out periodic updates with photos, she checks in with us from time to time to make sure we were ready and to see if we had any questions. She sends out great care instructions and checklists for welcoming your new puppy home. Never has she failed to return a call or answer emails. All in all she is one of the best there is. I cannot sing her praises enough.We are loving our new boy Aspen, a strong healthy blue merle with a heart of gold. I wish all breeders would be more like Moe, don't hesitate to reach out if you are looking for an Australian Shepherd. She will do her best to make sure you have the perfect companion for life. We could not be happier 💙🐶🐾

We contacted Maureen and she immediately followed up with with answers to our questions. She sent us photos and was very accommodating. She mentioned that she had older puppies as well which we were very interested in and held a few for us to look at. We had a couple phone conversations before being invited to come by to meet our potential new family member. We had a wonderful time meeting our dog and getting to know Maureen and Doug more. They even fed us sandwiches while we were there. And to top it all off, we got to play with two gorgeous little puppies before leaving.We have had our dog for a week. He was a bit shy and unsure at first but has really started to come out of his shell.I think Maureen and Doug really care about who their dogs and puppies go to. And spent the week with our red tri boy getting him ready to come home with us. They had him groomed and took him to the vet to be microchipped and vaccinated. He was also already trained to walk on a leash. If you are looking for an Australian Shepherd you should definitely consider contacting Maureen.

I had a great experience with Rainbow Australian Shepherds. I can tell they have a genuine love for Australian Shepherds and that it is important to them that their dogs go to the right homes. It was also refreshing to find someone that was so knowledgeable about raising a healthy Australian Shepherd. I loved all the advice! I brought home a beautiful puppy and she has been great!! I am so happy I found Rainbow Australian Shepherds! It was worth the drive from Charleston, SC.

I have nothing but incredible things to say about Maureen. She takes her dogs VERY seriously. We got Lincoln and Lucy from her 10 years ago and they have been amazing. They are healthy, happy, strongly structured, SMART and laid back. We have always stayed in touch with Maureen and we appreciate her ongoing advice and interest in her pups.I noticed that there were two negative reviews on this site - L.O.L!!!!You can tell that these were prospective customers who Maureen felt would not be a good fit for her dogs.

Most Beautiful puppies I've seen. Maureen and Doug are very personable and a pleasure to deal with. Maureen keep us posted with pictures of our baby Ashley from the time we contacted her when Ashley was 10 day's old until we picked her up at 9 weeks old. I couldn’t be happier about my puppy from Rainbow Australian Shepherd. He had his first visit to the vet today and was in and out in a second, the vet said he is the cutest and healthiest puppy. I had an AMAZING experience with Rainbow Australian Shepherds. I purchased my male Australian Shepherd two years ago and he is the best dog. Rainbow Australian Shepherds is a professional breeder and is owned by people who care about their dogs. The facility was clean and all dogs were very well taken care of. I have a beautiful, smart aussie with the best demeanor. I get compliments on how handsome and well-behaved he is every time I take him out in public. He was so easy to train and was pretty much potty-trained before I even brought him home. If I ever decide to get another dog, this is the only place I will go as my experience on how warm and welcoming the owners were as well as the responsiveness of answering any questions I had after the fact far exceeded my expectations. I have never owned a dog before this one and cannot imagine my life without him as he is the best and I owe it all to Rainbow Australian Shepherds! Thanks Moe and Doug!

We purchased a blue Merle from her about 3 years ago, and Zoey has been the most incredible dog.So ell tempered, amazing coat, and intelligent.What I loved about Maureen is that she isn't just a breeder, but she has working dogs, show dogs, and actually cares where her pups go.She interview me for almost 2 hours before she even allowed me to buy Zoey. She follows up, and checks in on Zoey from time to time too. Best breeder ever!

Had just called to discuss getting a puppy from this breeder and was treated like we were children. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. We want to get a female and the lady on the phone kept trying to pitch us a male pup. She had hung up the phone when we had asked about getting on the waiting list for a female pup . we called back and she was not willing to work with us.I hope the pups are better than the breeder.Edit: After the Owner responded to my reviewOur response to yours:If you take a look at your one star reviews, it's clear you are falling short in customer service. The consistent variable is YOU. Dominating the conversation and assuming your customers situation is not how you attract business. Doubtfully, I hope you will wake up and help you realize your shortcomings. For the others who are reading this, tread lightly...Oh, and to the breeder we never said we would be leaving a puppy in a crate for hours on end, especially since we both live within 3 minutes walking distance from our job and can play and let the puppy out every hour on the hour. But you assumed.And, calling your clients clowns is not professional.

We just got our third dog from them. We HAVE NOT been disappointed. Wish we could have a bunch more. Just not in the cards, right now!!!Rainbow Aussies does not surprise you. Nor do they give their dogs to just anyone, as I almost found out (haha haha). But their dogs are to great to possibly end up in a rescue. And once you are a customer, you are a part of a family!!!
