Home Depot is an Amazing Store to shop for Christmas lighting equipment. Hardware and wood products are top of the line. But it's best not to stay too long. I did and always over do it. The flowers in Spring 🌼🌱 and Summer are gorgeous 😍 Customer service was great 👍

After searching everywhere online and in town, I called Home Depot and asked for help. And, of course I have 2 new heroes in my life. Robin and Larry were working the customer service desk. Robin answered the phone and Larry was making suggestions while she was trying to help me. I needed the key that is for emergency entry to a interior bathroom or bedroom door. They talked about it and said no, they didn't have one. Not even 10 minutes later, Robin called and said they had one. I am so amazed and grateful to both of them for their EXCELLENT customer service. It is rare to find people who truly care in retail these days. So, again, I thank you so much for being my heroes.

This summer I purchased a range, over the range microwave and refrigerator from Home Depot in Clayton. The range was purchased in store and I specifically asked for it to be ON MY ACCOUNT so that I could track it. Now there is no record of that purchase. The microwave was installed with a noticeable tilt toward the back and the refrigerator was installed with one door slightly higher than the other. Three times I visited the store there was NOBODY available to help and when I finally found someone she knew absolutely nothing about the products. All my help came from my own efforts online. These people are simply order takers and that is it. Awful service and forget trying to call them I've been put on hold forever and hung up on while on hold. Never again will I spend my money for such awful service.

One star because zero isn't an option. Ordered washer-dryer combo. Two week wait on install. No problem. Notified 24 hours before install order delayed, no idea on new installation date, "appliances still in shipment from Korea". Never again Home Depot. You're not honest.

All the employees here are great but it was Kent in the paint department that gives this Home Depot a 5 star rating. I have never met a more helpful hardware store person. I came with a list and questions . He knew where everything I needed was and what I needed to purchase to apply it properly. It wasn't all paint. A sales person yet not at all pushy. You have a gem Home Depot!

If I could put a zero stars I would. I ordered a new 2 piece rear outlet toilet and had it shipped to the store and we get it home and the plumber opens the box to the tank and it’s cracked and now I have to send back the whole thing to just get a new tank. Also customer service will hang up on you in the middle of asking you a question and act like we got disconnected but when the survey pops up that tells you otherwise. Sorry but we will not be spending any more money with Home Depot.Update they offered a $20 discount in the middle of this review for a damaged $400 toilet.

The staff here is super helpful and friendly, we live in Franklin and choose to drive down here instead of going to Lowes. I've never had a bad experience at this Home Depot, when i walk in some one always greets me.

Great as usual! Easy in, easy out. Never have a long check out line. They always have plenty of people working who are eager to assist customers. Nice, well organized, and clean store, no matter which HD location you are in. Kudos to management, HR and training. Everyone with this organization does an outstanding job. Glad to have a company like this representing GA.

I love Home Depot but we ordered a $1000.00 Gazebo online over a month ago. It came in damaged. Another replacement has never arrived. Not happy about that. Even worse, the reason we ordered it online while standing inside the store, was because we couldn't get assistance in the store. We saw the item online for what must have been a posting error of $599, so it was a no brainer. We are going into week 5 and no Gazebo. This was one of three times in a week that I couldn't get waited on even after the service desk had paged three times. She said they were all in a meeting. What? Does this mean there is no available help to the customers during meetings? I walked out these other two times.Get it together Home Depot because I don't want to lose your store, and the employees need their jobs. Very disappointed!Now two months since we ordered the gazebo. They called and asked us to pick it up, I went and they didn't have it, don't know where it is! I had a stern talk with the manager. Truth is, I don't know if we'll ever see it! Very bad management.

The employees at this location in Clayton GA are especially friendly and helpful. They were quick to get what I needed as I was in a hurry. This store is like what home Depot used to be. It's clean, bright and organized. You don't feel like you're going to be mugged like the location in larger cities and I appreciate that.

Needed just one thing shark Bite pipe connectors, they had them in prepackaged packages by size, got all three sizes, and can always return if I don't need them.

Always helpful. Unlike loads you can find people that will help you find what you need. Great selection great value great service. A+ all the way I drive past Lowe's and go next to 40 miles just to have that kind of service

Shopping for an item that has been in stock for some time, I just needed to pull the trigger on the purchase. The shelf has a label but the wrong items are above it. I was told twice that the item is in top-stock, which is clearly seen, and would be brought down and to come back a following day. On my third visit the third employee said the item was “special order for and event that hasn’t gone active”. I asked if she was going to pull them down or if I should return and she responded with lip, attitude, and a condescending/irritated voice. I told her we could calm down and that I could do it another time. I turned to walk away and she kept on in her same voice but I wasn’t having it. I did not push her buttons and did not use any attitude. I just asked if the item would be brought down or if I needed to return?

We haven't been to this location before, so we thought we'd try it out. We came to buy stain and Kent was very helpful in explaining the different kinds and helped us to try and best match the current stain on our fence. He then helped us tint a five gallon bucket of stain. We found everything we needed and more. I think we found our favorite Home Depot!

My pick up order wasn't ready, so customer service lady was pulling it....I needed 2 bags of mulch and 2 bags of dirt from garden center....but these 3 couldn't be bothered to help me or the lady from customer service, I am 64 and lady helping me was probably in her 50's. Hard to get good help these days. But "Thank You" to Customer service lady.

We love shopping at the Home Depot in Clayton, Georgia. While shopping there on April 2, Sue provided outstanding customer service. We needed three specific items, and she helped us find them and ensured we chose the correct merchandise. As an extra bonus, she gave our dog belly rubs and treats. We will be back soon, and will be sure to look for Sue.

I was just wondering if anyone else ever noticed the fact that their employees literally do nothing but stand around in little groups and talk all the time? My husband and I shop there often to purchase supplies for his business, and I don’t think we’ve ever had a visit where I witnessed someone actually being helpful or doing their job. There have been a few instances where we needed assistance and couldn’t find an associate. If you ever need someone, be confident they’re huddled up front talking and goofing off. If you ask for their help, they reluctantly will but give off the body language like you’re a complete inconvenience.

This place is so much better than Lowe's. I can actually find what I need the first time. The people are nicer and their hours actually match what's posted on the Internet. I just wish they were closer.

After 5pm, there is no benefit to shopping in-store versus mail order. Despite speaking with 3 employees and the customer service department, they were unable to find any employee capable of answering my questions regarding fit, stocking levels at their warehouse, or delivery times. Customer service could only take my name & phone#, with the promise that a "specialist" should call me tomorrow (this was at 6pm). Until today, I preferred Home Depot over Lowes, but this experience has really disappointed and angered me. Everyone was polite, but it was made very apparent- that after 5pm, there is no real customer "support" to be had.
