I wish I had the experience of these other reviews.We came here on Saturday after dinner. When we walked in, nobody greeted us. The women behind the counter stared as we awkwardly navigated the poorly lit shop. My sister-in-law and I walked out because it appeared they were out of donuts or were closed. We stood outside and the four of us decided to go back in to which the woman behind the counter said hello this time.It was a bizarre experience. We ordered the donuts on a sheet of paper that looked like a job application on a counter with no lighting. You would think they would have an LED screen behind the counter showing how to order, and what they offered. It was like the store just assumes you know what to do which is vague because they have no donuts on display.After we figured out their process the lady whipped up the dozen donuts rather quickly. We took them back to our cabin and the night of, the donuts were good. I would recommend eating them sooner rather than later because the following morning, they were slightly stale.

It’s hard to describe how good these donuts are. They are warmed to order and all toppings are added as you watch. We were greeted by a friendly smile and a hot cup of coffee, both of which were greatly welcomed.The donuts are light and flavorful and not greasy, so they were an outstanding experience.We topped it off by getting the kids cold Coke in glass bottles. Classic.If you are in Clayton, stop here; you won’t regret it. And if you’re like us, you’ll plan another trip to Clayton just to stop here.

So, so, so, good! You have a make your own option for the donuts or some suggestions of favorites. They take the donuts and run them through a warmer and add all kinds of icing and toppings to them. Of course eating them warm is ideal but even hours later they are delicious. Yes it’s a sugar splurge but well worth the calories. We found it easier to order from the suggested donuts side rather than figure out our own concoctions.

Excellent experience, Bacon Maple donuts were made fresh and we're very tasty. Very nice folks here. There was a great little spot in the back of the shop to eat with tables too.

Wonderful people, their donuts are incredible!! Our favorite was the Maple Bacon donut. All of the flavors we tried were excellent though.

Travelled to this area from Texas, and this donut shop makes the best donuts I’ve ever had. Ignore my previous review of Whitehouse Donut, this place takes the cake (pun intended).Awesome atmosphere, beyond excellent customer service, top notch quality! Absolutely the definition of a small town gem. If you are anywhere near this shop, make it a point to come here. You will NOT regret it.

I got the Georgia Peach and it was one of the best donuts I’ve ever had. It was a glaze donut with graham cracker crumbs, peach filling and whipped cream on top.

Delicious donuts, cow patty and the one with the Bavarian cream are the best. Made to order (precooked donut). The interior could use some more decor around the bar and along the wall in front, maybe a menu board mounted above the bar.

By far the best donuts I’ve ever had. First time having bacon donuts and they were delish. The interior decorations gave it a homie feeling. Would definitely go back. The staff were very very friendly and hospitable.

A surprising little place serving tiny doughnuts with giant flavors: about 19 different specialty styles and the option to customize your sweet treat. If you can't imagine what a specialty doughnut shop might be, you really ought to check this place out; you may have never seen or tasted anything quite like it. Several delicious options on the menu.There is also some attractive home decorating items on display that are available for purchase. Perhaps that's an odd combo: fancy doughnuts and home decor, but that's Clayton for you.

We were sent here after hiking Panther Creek by a local for ice cream. I'm so thankful and happy that we took the locals advice to go to FarmHouse. The donuts are to die for, warm, sweet, and so much variety! We will be going back after hiking the area each time we are there. This is in downtown Clayton, which seems to be a cute little area to walk around

Get there early for donuts because they will sell out. They are made to order! The owner was super nice. I will always try to stop when coming through Clayton.

I’m attempting an AT thru-hike and stopped in here on my first “zero day” and was absolutely blown away by how unique this little donut joint is. When I went to place an order and mentioned being a hiker (a lot of the places in Clayton offer various discounts for us), the owner mentioned learning about the term “trail magic” and gave me two donuts for free!What a kind guy, and awesome idea— The donuts are served up warm, freshly topped, and absolutely delicious. I will absolutely be recommending this place to those coming up the trail behind me, and will gladly be back if/when I return to the area. You really can’t beat how good these are.

Was super excited for this place, but our donuts look like trash. We won't even waste the calories. Nothing like the ones other people posted. Maybe the lady was just having an bad day, but we were super disappointed. Basically spent $15 on a drink.

It’s a neat concept you create your own donut with the toppings and drizzle but the yeast donuts themselves just tasted like basic ones they get shipped in from a warehouse. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

We stopped by on our way home from vacation to try some local donuts! Couldn’t resist eating the warm maple bacon donut there—hands down, the best one I’ve tried anywhere and had to get another to take home for dessert! We’ll definitely be back to get more soon!

These doughnuts were fantastic!! I spoke with the owner about how they tasted better than Kristen Kreme and that day they happened to be serving a different, non-cake donut that they usually don’t have. I don’t like cake doughnuts so we picked a good day to go. Bathroom was super clean and everyone was nice!

Most incredible cake donut you can put in your mouth. I Do Not like cake donuts. Their mini-cake donut is fried with a crispy outside and melt in your mouth inside. I had the chocolate caramel and apple pie to try and I was hooked. Later, I ordered the maple icing with bacon topping to go, and that was over the top. You have to taste them for yourself! They come in variety of flavors that you can enjoy.( PS. They have catching names for the donuts but I just can't remember them, but I did describe what's in it.) ;0)

Y’all. This place is something else. The woman working behind the counter was so personable and we were talking music (bluegrass cover music is now a favorite of mine!) while she made us the tastiest assortment of donuts in the history of ever. The apple pie donut was my favorite, but after trying some of the others, it was hard to just pick one. Fun ambiance and we’ll make sure to visit whenever we pass through town!

I came here with my girlfriend yesterday and we had a stellar experience. We got a sweet (no pun intended) selection of donuts that were delicious as all get out. In such a cozy area of GA, a great spot to go for a snack after a nice day of hiking, and a good boost for the ride back home. A cozy little restaurant too with some other non-donut menu options. I highly recommend you go here if you are visiting the area. If you already live here, hopefully you are a regular visitor.

Pretty good experience but the location is not all that well advertised. The doughnuts are good and made to order, they also have a good selection of flavor options. My only complaint is that the restaurant doesn’t have much in the way of places to sit and eat. They also sell rustic decor and the tables you can sit at are also for sale, so it doesn’t seem all that welcoming. It feels more like a purchase and go type place rather than a place you can sit and enjoy your fresh from the fryer doughnuts.

We enjoyed some fun donuts! The flavor choices are nice without being too overwhelming. Donuts are made fresh on site. They had coffee, but it did not appear to be a high quality. Super friendly folks.

Freshly made donuts with multiple options like peanut butter, chocolate, caramel, strawberries and daily specials that run out quick. They have crispy cake donuts and soft yeast donuts to add your favorite flavor and toppings on. A must to try if in the area. I had a strawberry donut, but as you can see I ate it before I thought about taking a picture lol.

We like coming here - this time the cold brew (with hazelnut) was incredibly sugary and sweet, also served in a styrofoam Coke cup. We got the last of the doughnuts, and they were good.The employees didn’t seem to have a great handle on what they were doing and had long hair worn down. Our order had to be corrected so what got what we payed for. We’ll come back, but hope for better.
