I was in Claxton from out of town for an unrelated reason and stopped by this CVS to get a prescription filled as I was having trouble getting it filled at my home pharmacy. Justin and the attending pharmacist, whose name I regrettably did not get, were beyond fantastic. Very friendly, helpful and professional - a pleasant bright spot on what was otherwise a very long day for me. They legitimately have me considering making the drive, I was that impressed!

Worst place I've ever dealt with. The pharmacist Reid is the most unprofessional person I've ever encountered. Refusing to give someone their prescription meds based on his terrible mood. Thankful for an understanding doctor that helped me switch to a different pharmacy with no issues.

I've worked in pharmacy for 15 years. Have never had a pharmacist talk to me like the male RPh that works here. Actually thought I was talking to a tech since he never introduced himself. Was shocked when I found out I was talking to the Pharmacist. Husband needs a very common medicine before we go out of town on Sat. Transferred the script on Wednesday to make sure we had time to get it. He has lied about several things since speaking with him and given me several different stories, contradicting himself. I'm sure my husband will have to go out of town without his medicine since this pharmacy is refusing to back script out and transfer it. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Said it "might" be here today after 3 days when they can order this drug and get it next day. Will be getting this "gentleman's" name and calling corporate.

They have multiple times without my consent tried to resume control of my prescriptions by transferring them from my chosen pharmacy. They withheld prescriptions from my new pharmacy when a consensual request was made to transfer away from them. The pharmacist lied to us about not having a prescription for my meds and then told another pharmacy *after transferring said nonexistent prescription* they they were just out of stock. They are unprofessional and unethical. When confronted, the pharmacist laughed at me. Corporate refuses to hold anyone accountable.

The posted store hours for a Monday state that the store closes at 8pm. Why is the store closed 10-15 minutes before that time? Talayah, the very unprofessional & racist manager needs to find another job. She lacks customer service skills & is beyond rude. Furthermore she stated she closes the store whenever she pleases. Ridiculous.

As stated in previous reviews the pharmacist is EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional! I was turned away from getting my second COVID vaccine because of a mix up with my insurance (which I do have). From what I understand NO ONE is suppose to be turned away from getting there vaccine. Absolutely HORRIBLE EXPREINCE!! And they wonder why people are so hesitant about getting the vaccine!

My husband went to get some medicine filled and was told that they don't carry a certain cough syrup, which was a lie. They proceeded to tell us they don't even make it in that strength, which was yet another lie. So he called the hospital to see about another prescription. The nurse AND doctor BOTH stated all they had to do was call to verify the prescription. But they were very rude and disrespectful to us. I don't do well with rude people because I always try my best to show respect. I will NEVER EVER go in there for anything!!!

Literally hate this place. Gives CVS a bad name. The pharmacist has no idea how to do his job and lied straight to my face. Do yourself a favor and use Walgreens, especially if you just moved here. This is the first time in my life ever having problems at a pharmacy.
