The associates are very friendly and knowledgeable. If they don't know something they are not afraid to say it followed by but I can find out. The store is very clean, however I almost always come for the plants out. They have well cared for garden plants, flowers and vegetables. You can always ask if they will order a plant on the next order if they don't have it. Very dog friendly crew. Sharky dog gives them 2 paws up and a waggy tail.🤗

The customer service is fantastic and the checkout is smooth. Three star reviews because they will not stock the shelves for the tool aisle. Also because they're cutters 4 wire and cable are about as useful as a square Tire.

They must have been short staffed usually they are good at helping you find what u need but not this time had keys made the lady didn't know how and the guy that did was busy with his phone

I took my package to the UPS drop off located in this Ace Hardware store on Thursday, March 25th, 2021. So far, according to modern UPS tracking, the package has not gone anywhere.Update: I have adjusted my rating based on the quick response of the management of this store. This representative has responded to my complaint in a very satifactory manner.

All of the employees refuse to wear masks and social distance. The store is independently owned and operated, so this is the fault of the general manager for not enforcing public health and safety in their store.

For a small town hardware store they have a large selection a super knowledgeable staff willing to walk with you show you an even talk through problems that you have so that you will pick the right part or even the right paint very well maintained clean environment and friendly
