Staff very friendly and most helpful. Bianca helped my move in and she always answered my questions. She made it very smooth. Smiles all around.Thank you.Update:BEWARE!!!!The moving in process was smooth, but beware once you are moved in, you are ignored. Been here 5 weeks and still have a half working stove. Have called multiple times and sent an email to office personnel with no results. They say they will call back, no call backs.Apartment is not updated. Cabinets falling apart. Nothing on the move in checklist has been addressed. Potholes throughout the place. Gate's been non functional since I moved in with promises of it being fixed.Very disappointed with the complex. Can't even find a corporate number.Don't move in here!!!!

Wish I could leave no stars but here we are. It's been months and all I'm trying to get is a refund for my administrative fee, from over the summer. My point of contact Ms. BIANCA. I wouldn't have a problem if communication was better. First I couldn't get anyone on the phone and when I did.... no update or information. So I came to the leasing office 3x in 5 months and still no communication about my refund. Updating my contact infor like its a doctor office.But the lovely girl in front went to find out for me.... just for the management to sass her and say it doesn't come over night... it's coming from Texas....blah blah. Send it in a email so I have confirmation. Thats all I'm asking for. But instead you want to be childish in my face when we are adults all navigating life. I been asking for that. Call me or email me the details and I will be out your hair... either way THEY SUCK!!!!

I love these apartments. They are spacious, the grounds are kept clean, and the apartments are extremely clean and remodeled nicely and they are affordable. I would suggest this apartment to anyone! Its very rare that you go to a complex and you love everything, even the staff. Bianca, Cynthia, and Ms. Janie are really professional. I did not move to this complex due to my own circumstances. However, if I'm ever looking for a place again I will definitely go here. The leasing office goes above and beyond to help you. If you're looking for a great place to stay, try the Reserve at Twin Oaks. You won't be disappointed.

MAINTENANCE TEAM is dangerously under skilled & slow. I could have DIED from an improperly installed furnace. Furnace was replaced by Luther due to a gas leak however the new furnace also had a leak because he didn't know how to properly install it. And he also didn't know how to connect the pipes correctly which created a serious health hazard a CARBON MONOXIDE leak. I could have DIED in my sleep because of his negligence. I've complained to the rental office SEVERAL times about him and his team and obviously they do nothing because nothing has improved. And of course the corporate office does not respond. If you can avoid living in this complex please do.UPDATE:Response to the owner you are referring to two separate incidents. The 1st time I called the gas company out was because I was smelling gas inside of my unit as well as outside. The gas company representative found 2 gas leaks one in my unit from the FURNACE and also one in another unit from the WATER HEATER. There were 2 gas leaks in the same building, two separate units. The rental office was made aware of the 1st gas leak in my unit and "maintenance" was sent over to replace the furnace but absolutely botched the job which resulted in 2 leaks, GAS and CARBON MONOXIDE. For the 2nd leak I called and left Belinda the district manager multiple messages. However I haven't heard back from her or her manager who I also left a message for. I contacted the corporate office because I knew the response however lackluster would be heightened. As I stated before I've attempted to resolve maintenance issues with the property manager, which has always been a less than satisfying experience. Once I contacted the corporate office, who has not contacted me back, a "contractor" was sent to my unit ,without my knowledge or approval, to repair the botched job that "maintenance" performed. So the rental office as well as the corporate office were very aware of both leaks.

I lived in the reserve of twin oaks in 2018 - 2019. It was great apartment with good amenities and great neighbors. However, the air conditioning in our unit was close to non-existent. It would run all day, costing the electric bill to go up, but never cool the house. We reported the issue to the leasing office numerous times, but they did not do anything to fix the problem. We eventually had no choice but to move out because the heat and sweat was becoming unbearable.I thought the issue persisted in our apartment, but I found the neighbor down the hall moved out for the same reason.

I did a tour of the apartments called the Reserve at twin oaks. When I say professional, knowledgeable, fun, and quality customer service, I want to shout it! Bianca Johnson was the best! I have never been treated like royalty before while doing a tour of any other apartments around. She has the best personality, and her professionalism is outstanding. I have told everyone to go and check out the place, but I definitely see it with her. She is an asset to that company.

Reserve at twin oaks is definitely the place to go if you want a beautiful good quality place to stay. Bianca was so pleasant, kind and informative. I was running behind on my viewing and showed up 30 mins late. Jamie the sweet lady that I initially spoke with over the phone that was going to do my viewing has already left. I wasn’t sure if I would get the chance to even see the place. But, once I showed up Bianca kindly greeted me with a warm hello and assisted me with the top notch service. For anyone looking for their next home, I recommend looking here and ask for Bianca.

I have been at this complex for awhile and maintenance handles your issue in a timely manner and they are professional. I had a leak in my bedroom from the recent heavy rain and when I called the office Jamie immediately sent maintenance over to take a look at the issue. The same week Bianca had the vendor come out to further investigate and right after there was a company here to fix the roof. I appreciate the promptness and customer service they provided to resolve my issue in a timely manner. Maintenance did an excellent job of taking care of my needs and was really friendly.

Not only did they stand me up on FOUR scheduled tours (for which they lied about rent& changed prices constantly) but they never returned any calls. Finally a friend was able to get thru & they pulled a classic bait &switch. They quoted me online for way less& tried to charge an extra $250 for monthly fees. I'll look elsewhere.Update- I called a final time this wk. An office lady informed me this community does not do virtual tours (&that it should not be an option online) despite the property sending me 4 different confirmations & links
