My recent encounter at this location was nothing short of a nightmare. Not only did I have to endure abysmal customer service, but I also experienced outright rudeness and even a threat of legal action. I am utterly appalled by the treatment I received during my visit.What truly shocked me was the level of rudeness that followed. After a brief exchange, the employee's tone turned hostile. They began speaking to me in a condescending manner, treating me as if I were beneath them. I was shocked by the utter lack of professionalism and basic courtesy.The store itself was no better. Shelves were poorly stocked, items were in disarray, and it was clear that no effort was being made to maintain any level of organization. It was a reflection of the overall disregard for customer satisfaction that seemed to permeate the entire establishment.My experience at this store was one of the most unpleasant and distressing I have ever had. The combination of rude and unhelpful staff, along with the ludicrous threat of legal action, has left me in disbelief. I would strongly advise anyone considering a visit to this store to think twice and choose a business that values its customers and treats them with respect.

The store manager Ryan is cute . I think he Jamaican I like his accent . This store is always clean , nice co-workers . They always have what I need . Shelves stay stocked . And make a mental note of who is the original staff at this particular family dollar. don’t let other workers from other family dollars deter you from going to this one . Sometimes they have to grab other workers from other stores to fill-in .

The customer service is not up to standard. I expressed to the cashier an issue with the gift cards and she disregarded me. She didn’t care about me or my business. Very disappointed!

It was good, they seem to finally be getting stock in that they haven't had since the reset.Today the cashier wasn't on her phone and was friendly, not so the last few times I was in,she was on phone talking and I thought she was talking to me which she should have been. I hope they are finally moving in the right direction.

The manager of that store is always courteous and helpful always working does he ever rest? To the district office and management of that region of family Dollar stores... The manager of that store had customer care qualities that are much needed but is in short demand.

I had gone here for one thing...a birthday banner! They had several. I like patronaging this store. It can be a bit packed or tight at the entrance and checkout with products for sale. Store could be a little more tidy

Unfortunaly, this store closes way before the time it is supposed to. 15 minutes or more. Dont bother running in before closing time, they will turn the lights off while you are in there.Edit: The manager there CHASED a woman out of the store after REFUSING her service. She was buying toys for her children for Christmas.He was waiting on me then suddenly asked the other cashier NOT to wait on her even though she was next in line. She asked why was he refusing her service. He then said because she took a picture of him. She said he had been harassing her by following her around the store. He humilated her in front of a store full of people because he assumed she was shoplifting by profiling her. She got upset and threw her stuff down and left. Then left his register (IN THE MIDDLE OF checking us out) to chase her out of the store saying "Im going to lock her ass up."This was a terrible experience. Please do not come here they will harass and embarass you!!!Distasteful!

They only open one register, I do not know why. They have 4 people working and 5-6 people in line they don't really want to open another register. Other than that it's a good place to shop for emergency items.

Im a little confused is this store going out of business nothing on the shelves unorganized and the thing that bugs me they have a sales table 50% off and items are full price and the fact that you guys won't honor that...And this is not the first time that this happened stop putting item on sale and then try to say that a customer must have put it there like really a customer picked up a big box of all the same items and put it on the sales table SERIOUSLY...I WILL NEVER SHOP AT ANOTHER FAMILY DOLLAR
