This dollar general is really clean compared to a lot of the other ones I’ve been to. Items fully stocked and facing the front on the day of my visit. Normally the items are still in boxes on the floor at the other stores and I understand that they may be short staffed….. there is a young man African American not sure of his name but he is always there and the last time I came in the customers were hostile cursing and yelling because they couldn’t be a little more patient and understanding . He didn’t get out of character and maintained professionalism I just wanted to say thank you! Keep it up!

Tall cashier with glasses abruptly decides to service another person before the ones in line. Surreptitiously slips into the conversation that the person being serviced looks like her, wink wink, plausibly deniable prejudice, nod nod. Luckily her nice coworker gets free and gives us the top notch attention were used to and appreciate at this location. Sad to see those attitudes in the Ellis Island of the South though.

They are conveniently located, visible from regular traffic. Well stocked, pleasing store appearance, wide range of variety and a friendly staff. Visited it a number of times. The manager is very knowledgeable and is always ready to help. Associates are very helpful, they help you find the right items, if not in their store they'll help to get it at the nearest DG. Except for one employee who didn't want to ring up the item I wanted a price check on just because he will have to void it. But, overall experience has been good! Stock 5/5 Variety 5/5 Appearance 5/5 Location 5/5 Customer Service 4/5 Thumbs up to the team 👍 I recommend this location.

The employees are helpful and have respect. The store is always neat and clean. DG is in walking distance for me and plus the customer service is very very very good. I don't have a problem with anyone up there. I say all the employees at this location should get a raise. They do need 3 people on the register though.

Pretty good, always a bit junky though and I never know how much an item costs!! The merchandise never has a price on it or on the shelf. The employees except for one young fair skinned African American male, are fairly nice. But he is far too angry, disrespectful to culture and customers to work in retail!! He barely speaks and acts as if he hates his job! But the location is convenient!

This place is alright, I've come here often to pick up some drinks. The way they organize their stuffs are bad and not very appealing to the eyes. The cashiers there are cool, the shop is mostly quiet also.

If I have to give zero star I would but the option I have to give one. They always says their receipt don’t work so they can’t provide me receipt. Today when I decided to pay cash the lady charged me extra $1. They ask you are you paying cash or card so they know when to charge you the extra amount. I believe they taking advantage on those refugees that lives around that area who barely speaks English nor read or write. I will not give up till they stop doing this things to them. Tomorrow will contact the corporate office and see if this has been franchised and who is the owner. It is not fair to those poorly refugees people.

I love dollar stores and acknowledge that when you go bargain shopping you get what you pay for in terms of store atmosphere and customer service but this location was quite literally a huge mess, it looked like a hurricane ran through it and left nothing in its correct place. This was my first time at this particular location and this is not my usual experience with Dollar General. I recently found what I was looking for, but man it was like digging for treasure without a map! If you go to this location just be prepared to dig for your loot!

Horrible night shift manager …. She doesn’t have a name tag on she left the young lady Chrissy with a name tag on it in the store…. Once I went to ask the manager about her help with the line wrapped around the store then when I ask her to come inside and help please because the line out the door she can’t never do it. She is always very annoyed and this happen 10/11/2021.

It has been a while since I visited this Dollar General and I was totally shocked. They remodeled and the store looks great. The employees were very welcoming too! Keep up the good work.

Always shopped here but never will again. It was a cashier with black and blonde braids. She was rude to a man who didn't have change for a $50. I provided it and she complained the whole time. I told her her attitude was rude and she was speaking to customers so condescending. We asked for a manager and she told us she was the manager. Later, she informed the cop of calling her manger already. Which means she lied about being a manager. She said I caused an uproar in her store but customers actually came over and apologized to me for her behavior, even the guy I provided change to. So I went off and she said she was calling the police because I was harrassing her while standing 6ft away. She said that was her store and lied about what had happened to the police. Unfortunately the police said when people are that rude, there's nothing we can do about it.Well it actually is. The store employees on N. Decatur Rd is way more friendlier but due to this incident, I will no longer spend my Teacher/Freelance Paralegal money in any Dollar General again.Also, she complained about Dollar General only allowing them to make a bank run twice a week. Thanks for letting all the customers know this personal information regarding y'all store.

The store looks great since the new upgrade but since they're still in the building back up business stage I give it the rating I gave it and it's conveniently down the street so I guess this is us but other than that still has the same energy which I rate as 2

So I bought an ice and I just want only one bag to put it in so it won't be leaking while driving in a sunny day. I was asking her and then she said she can't give it to me. Wow wow wow I can't believe it. Only on bag! And she gave me with terrible look on her face but I said thank you. She replied whatever! Ok fine.

Staff is very nice, but this store is nasty! Unorganized, clutter everywhere, open drinks/ food on shelves. Understaffed, its not the employees fault, they're extremely helpful. They have always stopped what they're doing to help me find items.

I love my Dollars General on N. Indian Creek,the staff is so mannerable but it's one guy that wears glasses,he needs a little more training on how to work under stress .Other than that I just go when he's not there!!

DG is a great store especially when you don't feel like going to the grocery store for a couple of things however some of the cashier need to be replaced and I see they are working in that much appreciated a cashier with a bad attitude is a bad shopping experience other than the keep up the good DG
