The owners are absolutely wonderful. They take the time to meet and spend some time with you and your dogs before boarding. This is great on so many levels. I had 3 dogs there for a long weekend and the price was more than reasonable and included food. I would highly recommend this kennel. I will definitely be using their services again.

If I could give more stars, I would! They are amazing. I went on a trip and decided to try out CLK for the first time and they sent me pictures and updates on how my dog, diesel, was doing. When I went to go pick him up, they even had just taken his Christmas pictures. I will defiantly be taking diesel back there every time I go out of town and need him to stay somewhere.

River, our GSP, has stayed here several times. Staff has always been kind. And River is always rushing towards the door. I guess she likes the treats lol.Highly recommend.

We have been with Country Lane for almost three years, the facility has gone through some positive changes since Hallie and Daulton took over. They are very loving towards our three girls. Our youngest just completed puppy training with them . I would recommend them for that as well. They are very helpful and patient and answer any questions we have. I would recommend them for sure! I will be using them again soon. They were so nice and patient with me since this was my first time ever boarding a dog before. They didn't mind the daily phone calls and they even sent me photos of him. On the day I was supposed to pick up there was a misunderstanding and they didn't charge me for that extra day and their card reader wasn't working the next day when I picked him up and they said not to worry about it, it was on them. I couldn't let them swallow the time and money that costed them. I immediately went to the bank and got cash. They are so very nice and can wait to use them in the future!!

This is the second time we have used this kennel since the new owners have taken over. The husband and wife that run the kennel are very friendly. The facility is clean with plenty of room for our German Shepherd to run around. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

We have used this kennel before and have been very pleased. Not this time! Mt dog had a injury after picking him up today and there was extremely tall grass where the dogs go out to play and potty. I was told the grass would be mowed on July 5 and it is still not mowed. We take care of our pets and expect others we intrust them to as well.

This was my first time boarding my pitbull babies and they absolutely loved it! They stayed Thursday-Sunday and I can tell they had a blast. The employees are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, the location and place itself is really nice, and it’s affordable for the amenities given. Although I’m located in Chattanooga, this place is my #1 for boarding! 5 stars!

Our fur baby loves this place! They are so good to moosey! When we tell him we are going to the kennel, its like a kid going to a toy store! He gets so excited! They take great care of him! Wouldnt go anywhere elae!

We took our 2 huskies there while we went out of town for the weekend. Both dogs had a blast. When we picked them up they were clean and in a very happy mood and it wasn't just because they were being picked up lol. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I was surprised they weren't standing at the door waiting on us with the dogs in hand as our male husky is a handful since he's not quite 2. They said he was really good even giving him a bath :) So happy we found this place.

Super clean with lots of space for dogs. It was the first time my dogs have been left at a kennel, and they were well taken care of. Would definitely leave them there again!

The man that works there was very nice. The lady didn't have a very bubbly personality. My dog ended up staying on her side of the kennel. He came back home with an infected mouth. I ended up having to pay for his kennel fees, plus a vet visit and medicine for my dog. The man was very worried about our dog and told me to follow up with him on his recovery, but no offer to help with any costs. I think the man was very nice but I don't see myself taking him back.

I took my standard poodle puppy here and will return. The atmosphere is professional and the service was good. Take advantage of the getting a bath for your dog if you can. My puppy (poodle, long hair) looked great when I picked him up.

Great facility, great people and reasonable rates. Whenever we arrive, her level of excitement is through the roof. When I arrive to pick her up, she gets a bit reluctant to leave all her "friends". 👍👍 My only "complaint" is the 15 mile drive, although well worth it.

Employees have changed. They now charge extra for picking up on Sunday even though it's within the designated time. They no longer bathe our dog or wash his bedding. But the treatment is where this place shines. People are always super nice and helpful.

We take our dogs here everytime we go on a trip. They are expensive. I would give them a 5 but they returned our dogs once with a broken collar and the 2nd time our dog had a hole in its nose and they didn't tell us how he got it. They did pay the vet bill though.

The folks here are the best! We boarded our 3 dogs and 2 cats while waiting on a home closing. The animals were happy and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend!
