If there were no stars, that is exactly what I would give them. I have had to drive to LaGrange so that I would not have to deal with them. They are rude, incompetent, and do not follow the law. It was one of the worst customer service I experienced. One lady was eating while filling prescriptions. I asked a few questions, every response was rude. They even laughed at me while I was leaving the pharmacy part of the store. I have been in customer service over 25 years. I have never been so disgusted. I had two other people who have used this particular pharmacy and told me not to go there. I wish I would have listened. Now I have transferred my preparations to another CVS and they were amazing. Great customer service. After all that transpired at the CVS in Manchester, I feel it is my duty to report them to corporate.Also, I have read every review on this store. Almost every bad rating came from the pharmacy. At the end of the reviews, there are several 5*’s with no comments, which mean they have asked people to post 5*’s. It is so obvious. I have reported them to corporate and hopefully (ha ha) they will change the pharmacy around.

Idk what’s been going on with CVS but for a couple months now all I’ve been having with them is problem after problem and I’m probably going to start using a different pharmacy. For starters, 3 different times when I’ve needed to refill a prescription, they’ve either not had it (so i went days without each time), or they just did not fill them until I had to call them again. Also, I’m not sure of her name but one of the employees seriously needs an attitude check and is unprofessional. Last time I had to go inside she was playing loud vulgar music on her phone (over the store music) and singing along while another person was helping customers. Before that time, I overheard her talking to another employee complaining about me needing a prescription and apparently it was an inconvenience for her. Also I had to buy something in the front and there was literally no one up there (self checkout was down) and I had to walk around the store to find someone. After I couldn’t find anyone I was about to just walk out without buying anything but then someone finally walked up.

My husband went by the drive thru pharmacy window this morning a little after 9AM to pick up his medicine. It was closed. He did not feel like going in right then due to back pain so he came home and got me and we went back. The pharmacy window was still closed at 10:30. We went in and stood at pickup. There were 2 workers behind the counter and another came in soon after making 3 workers. No one acknowledged our existence. My husband finally asked if anyone was working there today. The pharmacist Marquivia Martin looked up hatefully from her computer and told us she said she’d be right there. Funny that neither I nor my husband heard her. Then she proceeded to chew us out and in a very hateful tone told my husband that he didn’t have to get smart with her and that the gates were wide open. He then asked her about the drive thru being closed and she ignored him. I’ve never in my life been treated by a pharmacist the way this woman acted. She was hateful, uncaring and acted like it was killing her to do her job. Do yourself a favor and please release this employee from her job that is obviously too much for her to care about. This kind of behavior will not be tolerated by this customer. I won’t be back as long as she is there. I’ll take my business to a kind, loving pharmacy and there are 2 others in town besides CVS.

Markevia Clark informed our Hospice RN that she needs to leave a voicemail for called in prescriptions because Ms Clark feels this nurse calls too often for the same HOSPICE patient that uses your CVS in Manchester, GA. I tried to explain to Ms Clark that voicemail messages are not always filled and our company prefers our nurses speak with a pharmacy staff member. I.consider being yelled at for calling the pharmacy for a md order very rude and she needs some anger management or better yet, fire her. Manchester is a where everyone knows everyone and I would have never expected behavior like Ms Clark's to come from a hometown pharmacy. I will be encouraging our patients family to change pharmacies so none of my nurses will EVER have to deal with that woman again. Shame on cvs for keeping employees like her employed there.Sincerely,Empyrean Hospice RN

Evert time I go to the CVS the workers are always rude and unprofessional, specifically the pharmacy workers. This is not the first time I have been to the pharmacy drive-through and I’ve been told that my wait on my prescription to get picked up was over 15 to 20 minutes long. Went through the drive-through today and sat at the window for good 10 minutes before somebody even came up and when she did she acted like she was miserable and did not want to be working. When I told her I had my prescription that needed to be refilled she told me that it was going to be 15 to 20 minute wait and I said okay. I put my car in park and sat in the drive-through (there was nobody behind me) and I was waiting until about 10 minutes later she comes on the speaker and says “Ma’am you cannot sit in our drive-through for 20 minutes you’re going to have to leave and come back” in a prissy and degrading tone. Well the CVS pharmacy drive-through was closing in the next 25 minutes, and I had been waiting already for 20 minutes. By the time it took me to leave and come back, the pharmacy would have been closed anyway. I did not like her attitude and she was very disrespectful in the way that she talked to me almost like I was a dog. I genuinely am close to changing my pharmacy because every single time I come this happens and the wait time is absurd. Somebody needs to work this out not sure what her name was but she was a bit of a heavier set lady with dark brown hair and glasses

I’ve been using CVS pharmacy for many years and never had one bad experience until a couple of days ago when I called to ask a question about my prescription. Dee at West Main Street in Manchester Ga is a very rude and unprofessional pharmacist!! I was shocked when I called the store manager to report her attitude and was informed that she was the pharmacist! Not sure I trust her knowing she is such a non caring person.

The CVS in Manchester, Ga. is so dis-organized. I filled out a transfer request for my prescriptions. They only requested the prescriptions that I asked to be filled. Now when I request a refill on another medication, we have to do the transfer request all over again. I am on hold for 10 or 15 mins, when I finally get through that answer service. I picked up 3 expensive meds(my insurance pays very little), I requested they run SingleCare. She wouldn't, said it wouldn't help. I don't have a CVS card yet so another customer offered his. She refused that, too. When I got home and double checked the prices on SingleCare, I would have saved 20 dollars. I am on SS, so that is a lot of money for me. My insurance won't let me go anywhere else. I know this is long, but I am really ticked off. I need to add something. I went back to CVS and was waited on by Melinda. She did a refund on my medication and took the time to explain how to use SingleCare. She was so sweet and helpful.

This store is absolutely garbage, if I could give it no stars I would . The customer service here doesn't exist. The pharmacy staff is horrible and very rude I wouldn't recommend this cvs at all.

I have had nothing but problems with the West Main Street Manchester location, my prescriptions have been lost, my medications have been shorted, and I've even been told my medications were filled then the next day when I go to pick them up , I'm told they are out of date!! Does someone have a problem we don't know about????
