Everyone I’ve dealt with at the Chatsworth location is unbelievably nice. I feel like customer service is lacking these days and this tractor supply is simply amazing. I even had an issue with a defective product from the Cleveland location and they refunded me no questions asked! Today I had to call to extend my curbside pickup order and the girl who answered the phone was amazing. I cannot rave enough about their kindness and courtesy.

They have better prices than everyone around on most of their products. Staff is helpful and very knowledgeable to answer questions. Last time I went in, a kid named Haden helped me and he was very helpful and friendly. Overall good experience.

GREEDY!!! This place used to be a great store but they need to get the price of propane down it's doubled what I paid 2021 at the same location.... Now it's a year later September 2022 and the price is still $3.89 a gallon... I'm telling the wife not to shop here anymore until they get the price of propane down this is ridiculous it's greedy it's uncivilized it's corporate greed greed greed greed.

I was looking for a portable kennel for my 3 little furbabies. They was out of stock. But thanks to the manger Justin called the Dalton store and found one for me. Thank you so much. Love the store and customer service.

Went in here to look around and noticed the chicks are either huddled together or dead. After looking, we noticed absolutely no heat coming from the boxes. We tired telling an employee but all were conveniently MIA, as usual when you need something in there. We had to call the store while inside to even get someone to talk to us. The manager didn’t seem concerned at all and didn’t even go check the boxes. They need some workers that actually know what they’re doing rather than aimlessly walking around the store. I wouldn’t be surprised if all the chicks ended up dying from lack of competence.

This review would be 2 stars if it wasn't for Nick's help getting a issue resolved. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the girl at the register would not try to solve the issue. I saw Nick greeting customers and asking if he could help them find something so I told him of the issue he immediately went informed Seth of said issue problem solved. Complaint young lady at register seem to take it personally. Check out my items never spoke or said sorry for misunderstanding thank for shopping at Tractor Supply or anything. This occurred on 5-23-22 .

Still a five star place. Friendly service and they had what I need to help keep my bulldog healthy. Couldn't find it myself as it is a crossover that can be used on several different species; horses, dogs and cats. The lady up front knew right where to go and it was reasonably priced.

I went into the store to do research on a piece of equipment for my company and I have never met such friendly folks in my life! These folks were friendly, knowledgeable, fast service, and was not pushy about selling me the equipment I was looking at. I was shown all options and made up my own mind to purchase from Tractor Supply. Thanks folks good job!!!

Stopped in to grab a few things for the dogs, the place was having a clearance sale so it was pretty beat up and not organized. The person at the register was the only employee I saw and she was very nice when my wife checked out.

You would think that managers or staff would be there to help paying customers or to help with a item exchange but for some reason the one gentleman that decided to help me with my exchange decided it was his day not be nice and accuse me of exchanging the item multiple times which was not the case at all. Even with him being hateful I still was nice and asked him what the exchange policy was? I got a rule reply that ended with" I will let you exchange the item this time" like he did me a favor!! I will be sure to do him a favor and be a paying customer at another store.

Super friendly staff!! Calhoun was out of the goat bottle nipple that I needed and I called these guys and they had it in stock. The woman even left it at the register for me to run in and pick up!

Went to tractor supply to get dog food and chicken food as I have for years . Me and brother in law bought some chicks 20 to 30 all together and 2 ducks . He lost 6 to 8 chicke first night and I lost 4 or 5 . But I just have 1 small check left . And they are under heat light . But was going to get 2 more to go with it . They said I couldn't bye just 2 had to bye 4 didnt want 4 so told them to forget it . Then I thought about all rest we bought and didnt think that was right not to sell me two . So asked to see manager lady come out and said it was state law that they couldn't sell just 2 had to sell 4 but since we bought more che would sell two and that's all I wanted but then she said she didnt appreciated me calling her employer that and I said what I called him she said well she might of misterunderstood so I asked what I called him he just sruged his shoulders but I said just forget it . Bought stuff there for years then you have days like this but will stop going if they want me to . I did refer to him or them as fellers . Gess that was the bad word .

Over the years I have purchased seasonal lawn care products and service parts for my mowers. The staff that is there now has no knowledge and the products I’ve always purchased there is never in stock. I’ve been trying to purchase oil for my Koehler engines over a month and they keep telling me it will be on the next delivery truck and when I check back with them they always come up with some excuse. Or try to sell me something I don’t need.

Friendly staff and pretty good prices! If you're looking for one store for pretty much all of your pet and/or livestock needs then this is the perfect store for you. They also have a wide variety of tools and equipment for any farmer on the go. They also have a mobile veterinary clinic that visits and a farmer's market that sets up at their location. Are you looking for beautiful country style jewelry? Look no further! They even have jewelry for women! Anyone who is a local knows to stop in at tractor supply for all of their farm and pet based needs.

Great country store. Everything from 2-4d to hog fencing to incubators. They sell horse penicillin and home decor. It's a fun place to go if you need something or if you just want to go loading around. They also sell propane and dog, cat food. Also clothing, tools, horse feed, protein buckets, tractor parts, truck tool boxes, hydraulic fluid and fittings, hardware, and gardening supplies plus more.

We live in Sebastian Florida and needed to get a hitch carrier and gas cans to get through the probable no electric/gas between Atlanta and Jacksonville after todays hurricane. Justin was incredible, priced match carrier and came out in the parking lot where we were assembling the carrier to drill a couple of holes that were needed. Outstanding service, staff and prices. The Tractor Supply in Chatsworth seems bigger than others I've visited. It has a better selection and layout too. If you can't find something, there is usually someone close but to ask.

I called and asked if they allowed dogs in there store and i was informed they did not and i had my wife call right after me and she was informed they did. So they need to teach there employees there pet policy.
