I was in town because I lost everything I own and got so sick and almost killed me back home from a flood and I needed new clothes new everything. While in the store not only was I not one time asked if I needed any help while walking around looking lost I was treated so Horribly. The lady that worked in cosmetics had an attitude like she was better than me, and even when I tried to tell her since I signed up to be a new customer, I had $10 off of $20 purchase. She didn’t even try to help me. She just stood there and looked at me like I was bothering her. Even when I first walked up to the register, apparently the guy was working on the register did not say a word to me and the next thing I know she’s going you have to check out here He’s just working on a register. He’s laughing and making snarky remarks. You could’ve told me that 3,4,5 minutes ago. Never in my life, have I felt so degraded. I may not be from here, but I have plenty of family And I only have I told them about it Not only will not be in I will not be back!

This place offers a great selection of men's dress ware. The staff was very helpful as they matched the prices that we found on the belk website. They have recently renovated the store and it seems like they have a greater selection than ever currently. I will be going back here to buy more men's clothing.

I needed a suit and because I am in my 60's I went to JC Penny first. Times have changed because JCP was not so good. My daughter wanted to go to Belk... so after JC Penny.... we went to Belk. (I didn't listen...)I got everything I wanted at Belk...and because of the employee Linda at the register on the men's side I have to say my experience was fantastic.Linda was kind, nice, smiling, and an all-around pleasure to deal with. I even opened up a charge account because of her.Linda and her sidekick friend working there were the best. It is BECAUSE of her and her attitude that I have to write these kind words. I hope that she gets the recognition she deserves and I intend to follow up with a call to corporate about how wonderful she was.I can sure complain when things are bad but I also can sing some praise when the service is good.Of all the gas stations and of all the restaurants I have visited, and Google Reviewed... LINDA HAS BEEN THE BEST EMPLOYEE PERIOD. She was so nice and so helpful and got the crown from me because in 20 days and 6,000 miles of driving... she should be a cherished employee because she has been the best. SHE IS A RARE BREED.

The Christmas decorations at Belks appeared to be marked up at least four or five times what they're worth. Now, when Belks puts their Christmas decorations on sale, the prices now appear to be marked up at least two to three times their original value. So, to put it mildly, Belks after Christmas sale is a joke, and you don't really get any good deals. I have shopped after Christmas sales for many years, and I have never run across a sale that was as disappointing as the one at Belks.My advice to you is, don't waste your time shopping their after Christmas sale because in reality, their is no sale!!!

I love my Belk’s. They have great sales. This mall is safe and convenient with plenty of parking. Since Covid, they’ve added pickup parking. There is a food court in the mall if you want to eat and then shop. The men’s section has a whole different store (2nd picture) with mall and parking lot entries.

My wife and I went on a shopping spree yesterday for our upcoming vacation, and every time I’ve gone to this Belk location, it has been a terrible experience, the managers are extremely rude but this visit was great because of Michelle in the fitting room. Michelle was extremely knowledgeable about clothing locations and even assisted helping my wife in finding the best clothes options for our trip. She was kept our spirts high and kept a smile on our face. Her personality was so uplifting and I wish her the best on her endeavors.

Tay @ the clinique counter was the BEST. She immediately greeted me with a huge smile and asked if she could help me...it was a GREAT experience. She even went along with my husband's humor which was so sweet of her.

I was trying to exchange some infant clothing I had purchased, lady was so rude,I called her a heifer as I was walking off,she said what did you call me as she left her register with people standing in line,to approach me,she wanted to put her hands on me,I told her if she touched me she was going to jail, some lady in store had to walk and get between us,I ask to see a manager of course nothing was done,I called corporate bon Sat it was supposed to be be 4/5 days of course today is Friday afternoon with no call back from them,I will never set foot in Belks again, don't feel safe when an associate chases you down

Whoever was the manager on December 17, 2022, I wanted to thank him and say what a great experience I had with my online order. AfterI ordered it, I decided to go to the store and wait until it was ready. I needed the item that evening. Even though it was not supposed to be ready, he found it and brought it up for me to the pick up desk. I have always had a great experience with online pick up. Everyone is so nice and they do a great job, but I wanted to thank the manager for going out of his way.

Been awhile since I have been to this establishment. Since this is the first time I have been at this store, I did not know that they had a womens store and a mens store. Upon, going into this store I was met with a couple of tired associates. I felt bad because the sad excuses for "customers" ransacked the store! I did not want 2 shirts but informed the associate chris I would put it back. Chris was super helpful though and I appreciated his assistance!

Always liked Belks. But trying to find anything especially in women's lingerie is near impossible. Everything is crammed into the shelving. So disorganized and jumbled up. Same in women's jeans too. In the whole store, one or two cash registers, one dressing room, and good luck finding someone to help you find something. What a joke.

I bought earrings from belk, $100 was the price but on sale half off, I wore one time bit them back on the box in which they came and when I went to wear them again they changed in color,. I will not buy anything else from Belk again especially after taking it back to the store and they said it wasn't nothing they could do, I advise all to stay away from belks jewelry.

Lack of costumer service for the last 2 years. Dressing rooms are still closed (except one) with lines of people wanting to try clothes on. It's hot in the store. You can't get help. And some people can't stand for an hour straight (i.e. medical conditions) while inconsiderate people take their sweet time trying on 1 outfit. Will not be returning.

It's full of clearance clothes and over stuffed with stuff. The nice new things are a mess, can't ever find anyone to ring you up, it's a mess! Nothing fancy about it! It might as well be a thrift store. No one cleans or makes it look nice!

I ordered some clothes on line and there was no label in package so I had to return in person. I walked in this store at 2:30. I had to go to three registers or customer service areas! Waited 30 minutes…finally an awesome, nice saleswoman from Ester Lauder perfume came up ..her name was Tina. She refunded my 10/11 pieces of clothing and then walked me to my car as I was sick as a dog. Sweating profusely, weak, sick. How kind of that was she!!!I’m 71 but don’t look it but she still insisted on walking me to my car. Thank you Tina!I did a three star cuz Belks needs to hire some help!
