Its a shame that a small time grocery store sells goat and chicken feed cheaper than tractor supply. Better quality too. They have gotten ridiculous on prices

My husband and I were in the Cedartown store today and had quite a list of miscellaneous items we needed. We were all over the store trying to find them. Then Halley asked if she could help us and help us she did! She was wonderful, taking us from one item we were looking for to another.She is very knowledgeable about what they have in their store. She’s friendly, kind, and a great employee. Tractor Supply is lucky to have her!

I will never use another place to buy my pet products. They have it all from the internets top choice on flea control to the best choice on food and Pet Safe wireless fence. I’m sold and I don’t have to drive an hour to go there. Love love this place!!

Understandably, staffing is an issue these days. I was ready to make a purchase and there was NO one up front cashier-wise, not even nearby. I waited and waited then walked around the store, where I found no one. I left my items at the register.I walked out front (outside) where I found two employees with disgruntled faces, arranging displays. I told them I was ready to check out. Irritated, the female walked in and fussed at another female, who appeared, sheepishly, from behind a door in the women's clothing area.The employee who checked me out was mad as a hornet, which didn't help the situation. It was awkward and I never like it when the employee takes this type of thing out on the customer, even mildly. This was a very unprofessional way of handling the situation.I'm giving 2 stars because the selection was great and the other employee from earlier was nice. Customer service needs improvement in general.

Ordered some deer feed that I had bought before in store but at the time they were out of. I had it shipped to the store because usually that is associated with no shipping charges. The cost of the feed was $35. As it turns out I was charged $17 shipping. It was my mistake because I just assumed it was free shipping and I didn’t check closely before I placed the order. So I am not complaining as mush as I’m letting others know to be aware that just because it is shipped to store it is not necessarily free shipping.

Let me be honest, this review is not about the local store, where I have always been treated well and respectfully. Instead it is about the online ordering system. Having placed quite a few orders online with no issue, I am now faced with not being able to. Not having an address on file, means I cannot pass an address verification check, and so cannot order. I do not believe TSC is going to abuse having my address and phone number, but I do believe they will eventually lose it in a data breach. They cannot lose what they do not have. This has never been an issue before, but it is now.What is remarkably silly is I am trying to place an order for a store pickup, where they can verify my identity and address, but since their system (not my payment method) rejects the sale by charging me, then refunding my money within 10 minutes, I cannot even fully place the order. Further, I cannot deactivate my account with TSC because It will not accept my request without matching my phone number and address which are not on file.Update and response:It was the customer service personnel that led to the 1 star review and my requesting deletion of my account.

It had just what I needed. The store was well stocked and clean. Both of the employees I encountered were helpful. I was surprised at the variety of pet supplies in stock.The price of the gate wheel was less than I expected.

Worse Tractor Supply I've ever been to for customer service. It doesn't matter how long you wait or how much money you spend because the staff doesn't care. I will never go there again. My local feed store has better prices and they are always happy to see me.

Awesome store with great staff, they offer anything you could ever need on the farm such as salt and mineral blocks, animal medications and supplies, fence supplies, pet supplies such as collars, leashes, bowls, dog food ,cat food, they have all of the good tools, welding equipment, tool boxes, work boots and clothes, Top name brand power tools such as grinders, drills and saws, they have chain saws, weed eaters, leaf blowers, zero turn mowers, recreational vehicles like mini bikes and four wheelers, they have hay rings, giant metal grain feeders and troughs, big 300 gallon cattle water buckets, gates, kennel panels, truck tool boxes, plumbing repair parts and equipment, any nuts, bolts, shackles or anything you could need, they have chains, spare hooks, tow straps, winches, wrench and socket sets and God only knows what else I'm forgetting. Trust me this place has it all with better service, better prices, better warranties and better brands than all the rip off big box stores such as Lowes, Scam Depot-excuse me I mean Home Depot and Harbor Freight or as I like to call it Chinese Freight. Just save your time and money and get the right parts with great quality the first time from Tractor Supply!!TVF

I love the Cedartown Tractor Supply. I primarily use them for dog supplies because they have a wide variety of things but I also use them for unusual things for the yard. I will say that when I want hardware items they are very pleasant and helpful!

Convenient location. Helpful staff. Gardening supplies, farm supplies, plants, seeds, gardening tools. They also have work clothes and a few home decor items, as well as a great selection of dog food.

I got the Biggest most Beautiful Fall Mum's for 5.99. Couldn't believe the price They had a 50% of sale on summer clothing picked up couple shirt's. I went to get my 🐶🐶s flea treatment, unfortunately they don't carry Nex-gaurd 😕 But I did get treat's they love. They've got an array of things that you can't get just anywhere. Ariat boots, Wrangler clothing, some Western Wear, work boots, Carhartt clothing. If you haven't checked it out yet? I suggest you do. You want be disappointed 😄😉

Tractor Supply stores are a nice mix of things to make them stand out from conventional hardware stores or big box stores like Home Depot. They are kind of mix between the local farm co-op and a hardware store. I like them.
