This pharmacy is terrible! They gave my wife the wrong heart medication. If we weren’t paying attention, she would have taken the wrong medicine. Not only did they do this, but they then charged us for the correct medicine after charging us for their mistake. I would recommend everyone stay clear of this place. They do not care about you and put their customers at risk.

Transferred a medication from another pharmacy in order to save money with GoodRx. Went to CVS in person Wednesday (hard to get anyone on phone).I had all the information written for them to save time.The medication wasn't in stock. I was assured it would be ordered and in stock by(Good) Friday. That's today. The medication was never ordered. It's a holiday weekend. Medication won't be available until after Monday. I am now out of the medication.I am going back to Walmart, and I'm staying there.

This location is RIDICULOUSLY UNRELIABLE! They are always out of any an all medications, even the common ones! The excuse ranges from "we don't know when we'll have it in" to "our truck was supposed to be here today but it didn't show up". If you call to see if they have the medication in, you better have a minimum of 20 minutes for an answer! DO BETTER!

Notoriously slow and incompetent. Wait 12 hours at times for 1 prescription, only to find out they screwed your insurance information. Just unbelievable!!!

This is by far the worst pharmacy in our local community!! They absolutely do not care about their customers and will not even answer the phone so one can check to see if their medication is there or ready to be picked up!! My elderly mother has to drive up there EVERYDAY only for them to tell her that here medication isn’t there maybe tomorrow. So she goes back the next day & it’s like they get enjoyment out of her having to drive all the way back so they can tell her nope still not here maybe tomorrow or now maybe next week!! They honestly need to fire the entire pharmacy staff, including the pharmacist, they are just plain rude & don’t deserve to be in our community any longer to keep treating customers like that!! Period!!

Zero stars should be an option. The pharmacy is the worst. Can never find your prescriptions and refills. Not courteous at all. It is a problem every single time you go in. Heaven forbid you need anything on the spot - give them a few hours, if then. Might be next day. Can physically go in and verify a refill is on file - say they'll get it filled for you and go back 3 days later and they can't find it at all. I feel for anyone in the Polk County area who has insurance that requires them to use CVS. Just wow.

Putting a One Star review because I can't do a 0 or -5 review; I remember when service was quick and courteous, but that kind of quality has taken a nosedive. All I needed was 2 items (one being a rapid test for a certain sickness), and when I went to the check out counter, the man at the photo development desk glanced back at me for a second, then refused to further acknowledge my presence or call another cashier to assist me. So I went to the pharmacy counter to check out there, and while I understand the pharmacy staff were reasonably tied up with filling medications at that moment, they seemed to treat my need for help as an inconvenience: they asked why I didn't use the self checkout instead, then snapped that they would get to me in a second before I could even respond. Cut to 5 minutes after that (certainly not "just a second") and I ended up paying full price for my at home test (which I believe is supposed to be covered by my health insurance). Again, I used to rely on CVS for most of my health goods needs, and while I understand there being a shortage of employees, I feel like my treatment by the staff there today was unacceptable; I don't believe I will return at any point in the near future...

Wish I could give this pharmacy a negative rating. I have stood in line while the employees chat amongst themselves, clearly ignoring me and the phone ringing non stop with no one attempting to pick it up. Then when you try and call to inquire about a prescription, guess what? NO ANSWER!! Absolutely the worst pharmacy around!

I am only giving this excuse of a pharmacy 1 star, because it won’t allow me to put zero.. or more accurate, negative stars. The pharmacist at this location, African American, is the rudest person you will ever run into. Aside from laughing in my face and told me to “get over my self, you’re prescribed amoxicillin, you’ll be fine to wait” proceeded to tell me “now, You don’t get them at all” he stated he would transfer them to a different cvs in rome. I asked for their corporate number and he told me to “get out of his drive thru & find it online”I called the rome location because obviously I don’t believe the liar, and sure enough he didn’t. The sweetest woman at the CVS in rome, pulled our prescriptions herself and said she’ll have them ready in an hour, and proceeded to give me the corporate number to report my experience.

Never has any of my meds and never know when they will get the docket. I understand things happen but it’s been like this since we switch 4 months ago. Also extremely poor management and lack of community I recommend using a different drugstore.

If I could give negative stars, I would. This is the slowest most inconsiderate service I’ve ever received. I am currently sitting in line with a screaming 4 month old for the second time this week because the first time they “forgot to fill the prescription”… it’s Tuesday. They received the prescription last week. -_- If it’s going to take 40 minutes to fill a customer’s prescription have that person pull around. Create a line for pickup only. Start a curbside service or something this is ridiculous! I do not recommend this pharmacy at all, unless you have 7 summers and 2 centuries to wait. If that’s the case, go right ahead.

Very helpful if you walk in. If you call, better be ready for a long wait and difficulty getting answers at this particular CVS. Not all CVS stores are this way. I went to one out of state (VA) and got excellent service.

If you enjoy rude people and being lied to, never getting all your medication then this is the pharmacy for you! They love to claim that when refills are sent in that they never received them, but after awhile and several times of the Dr. sending in the same refills its quite obviously clear that the pharmacy is incapable of doing their part and also being accountable... How sad smh....

Absolutely horrible customer service. When you have a serious illness like cancer you don't need to be bothered with lazy pharmacists who have no attention to detail. If you need your medicine in a timely fashion because you are in severe pain, you'd be better off not bringing your prescription here. Several times I have seen the pharmacists here, make mistakes and then lie about it and then somehow try to blame the customer. With that kind of attention to detail maybe they shouldn't be handling people's medicine.

I went to pick up a prescription on Sunday that I was told would be ready the previous Friday. When I went to get it, Emily told me it was not ready and I would have to wait thirty minutes. I explained that I had called on Friday and was told it would be ready by noon that day. She said, "Well I don't know anything about that, we are not McDonald's and you will just have to wait."A proper response would have been to say, "I am so sorry, let me see if I can get that more quickly for you." Instead she said, "Well there are seven other prescriptions ahead of you, so you will just have to wait."I mistakenly signed up for AETNA/CVS this year for my medical insurance but will make sure I don't make that mistake again. That's $8,000 in future medical insurance premiums lost over a surly clerk and a $3.00 prescription.

This is the worst cvs in history, I actually had the pharmacist try to come around the counter and fight me, a woman and he a man! His assistant held him back all because I went over his head and told on him for being rude and they let him come back to work and I even called to ask why he was still there and nothing has been done!

They don’t answer the phone in the pharmacy and when they say they will call you back they do not and this has happened several times. I believe a manager needs to investigate this.

Don’t use this pharmacy. They are always very slow, never have your medication ready, don’t answer phone calls, and always tell you to call your dr when they messed up. Some of the workers are rude too & just care about when they get off of work !

Worse service ever. After surgery, WHILE IN PAIN they Took 2+ hours to fill my prescription. Then told me I couldn't have them filled. They didnt have one medications in the whole store. Then said I had to wait UNTIL THE NEXT DAY...felt every bit ofthe pain the whole night....BS.Don't waste your time here.

I love Cvs especially in Cedartown Ga and Rome NE Ga. They treat not just me by name but my baby Gizmo (yorkie) he loves going threw that drive threw waiting for them to bring him a milk bone. There awesome, treat you with respect, care about you, and very quick with refills!😁

Really bad customer service. They made me wait 3 days for a prescription. I kept calling and they told me that the prescription was in and ready and three separate times I went in for them to tell me that it wasn't ready yet

Month after month I have nothing but trouble trying to get prescriptions filled. There’s always a different reason and it’s usually that they don’t even have the medication that I take monthly which makes absolutely no sense at all!
