I participated in a Zoom Floral Design Class with Justin Bradford on July 1. Materials were delivered on time, nicely packed with simple instructions on how to prep. Justin encouraged us to personalize our arrangement while giving us a quick demo at beginning of class. He then provided step by step guidelines for adding each flower/greenery. I would highly recommend the Zoom classes!

Ordered some get well flowers for my sister and a stuff Animal for my nephew. Lady I spoke to was super sweet and the flowers are gorgeous! My order was delivered in like a hour! Highly recommend!

Excellent experience in store. Delivery was on time. Had an issue with flowers and card, however Frankie reached out to me and my fiance and replaced flower arrangement. Anyone that is willing to replace a full arrangement of long stem roses and in a timely matter, deserves my business in the future. We never asked for a replacement. They just done it anyways and for that, I am thankful.

We flew in last minute for a funeral and realized we did not get any flowers ordered. What an amazing and comforting experience when I called Bussey's! So happy I picked them from the list on Google to call first! They were so incredibly nice and accommodating! Made me feel so much better assuring me in short notice they would make sure our arrangements were at the church! Thank you Bussey's, from this Illinois family!!

They always take care of making sure my husbands aunt gets beautiful and well thought out bouquets of love. We live out if state, I order at least 5 to 6 times a year and they have never let me down. Even in a pinch, they are kind and handle it with grace. Wouldn't dream of using anyone else.

I called to order flowers for my mom’s bday bc we couldn’t be together bc of the quarantine. It’s the first time we’ve ever been apart for our bdays, as they are only a few days apart. I explained this to the sweet lady who answered the phone. I also told her that my mom was a master floral designer by trade and I needed something specific and it had to be unique and amazing! What might impress some would not really “wow” her. I wanted her to be wowed. We discussed some details of specific flowers and she seemed to get every detail just right. The flowers came and my mom called with so much excitement in her voice! She loved them! She sent me pics of the arrangement and tbh... they were perfect! Amazing job!! I can’t say enough! Bussey’s always does such a great job but this was truly special! Thank you!!!
