We only stayed one night. It may be a little worn and tired, but it provided what we needed for the night - spacious pull thru full hookup 50 amp. The office is located straight back from the entrance, at the back of the park. We had no problems. The park was quiet and the trains were distant, so they did not bother us. Juanita was pleasant and helpful. Enjoyed meeting her cockatoo!

The place is tired, very tired. For an overnight, it's OK. Dirt rutted drive way leading an office surrounded with clutter. It is also about a 9 iron off I 75 which along with a railroad and what sounded like a stock car track will keep you entertained. The race cars did stop early in the evening. All pads were drive through gravel that are reasonably level with 50/30 and water. We did not see another transient rig, finding mostly long term residents, many newer class A's, but most were very mature rigs with window ac's, storage sheds and lawnmowers. Wife reported ladies room ok, but men's side was either locked or jammed preventing access. Class B

Easy access off I75. Not much of an RV Park...just spots that weren't so level and no lighting around the park. A lot of permanent residents....with all sorts of shtuff outside their campers. When I called about availability, there were kids (& chickens) screaming in the background. Lady never apologized for that and I had to have her repeat things 3 or 4 times as I couldn't hear her with all the background commotion. Rates on RV Parky was $26-38. She asked if we were Good Sam members, which we told her we were, and it was still $38.

Really peaceful and relaxing. The folks that own the place are really wonderful people. But these awesome folks that here day in day out dealing with the work of taking care of the property and dealing with the folks coming in and out. These people,I Solute you and give you thanks. You're great caretakers and friends to have. I pray God watches over you and keeps you safe and happy.

We stopped here in the evening on our way back to Florida. My husband said it looks like an old pecan orchard with trees 50 feet apart so you aren't on top of your neighbors. Spots have gravel and pretty level, grass in between the spaces and neat rows. It is right off I-75, very easy access, but still pretty quiet. Reasonable price. We would stop here again. Thanks!

Nice big pull through sites, very reasonably priced. Right off the interstate. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. There is not much for restaurants directly around the area but we were just passing through so that was not an issue for us. We did not have to unhook our jeep which was definitely a plus!

Juanita does an amazing job running this place. All the spaces are level and spread out. It's SO nice to have a little privacy instead of being parked right next to your neighbor and your awnings are touching. The bathrooms are incredibly clean and I can't tell you how much we appreciated that after some of the other parks we've stayed at. The locals here are friendly and overall it's been a very positive experience. We'll be back again. Oh and did I mention? The price is right.

Love this RV park . If your looking for a nice quiet beautiful RV park to stop for the night this is the place. The hosts are nice and helpful with anything you need..great southern hospitality. Clean showers and restrooms, beautiful pecan trees to shade you from the hot sun. We will definitely be making this our stopping point in our travels.

We stayed for the weekend because of a local event. The site was level with 30/50 amp, water and sewer. I used the bath house and it was clean as well. The common building was nice and clean. This place was great for what we needed which was a clean and safe place to stay. If you are looking for entertaining "glamping" camp ground this ain't it. If you want a convenient, clean, level site for extended stay or stop for the weekend, Cecil Bay RV is your place.

Thank you Cecil Bay RV Park!!! My husband and I are full-time RVers who decided to evacuate our park in Florida before hurricane Ian hit. Destination unknown just north west to avoid the storm. We honestly lucked into finding Cecil Bay along our route. Very conveniently located off I75, level gravel lots with large grassy yards to accommodate our furbabies, full hook up and southern hospitality at its finest. Very reasonable price. No frills but it was great to relax and wait for the storm to pass.

We pulled over just for the night. Nice folks; really convenient to I-75 and very reasonable. Not for those who don't like road & RR noise, but great for us!

Thankful I called ahead to reserve a site for the night, as I did not arrive until 9:40 pm. Staff on phone was very friendly; loved her laugh 😄. Park info was left for me to pick up. LOVED that the lots were SO large with ample space between campers! ❤ The park was quiet overnight for it being Halloween. Plenty of space to walk my beagle the following morning 🐾.Although the park is adjacent to a busy highway, the noise did not disturb my sleep at all.

In April we were coming back from Tennessee going back home to Florida. My wife and I stopped in with our motor home at Cecil Bay RV Park. We had asked for a pull through site because we were also towing a car. She said most of her site were all pull through and level. She was correct it was a very nice campground right off the highway very clean. I would recommend this RV park.

We very much agree with the camper that bragged on the service and friendliness of the staff. We made this a stopover between Florida and North Carolina. Its proximity to I75 was the primary consideration for us, thus we had no issues with the sound from the highway or the train or two that went through. This was the first time out with our cat, and when we couldn't find him, Rhonda (staff) joined our search. We will return!

Nice people. Prices were affordable. Bathrooms were so clean. The location wasn't the best if you're in a tent and a light sleeper. It's right next to the highway and all I heard was traffic all night long. They have a pool that is unusable unfortunately. With all that said there are really nice people there. We all had a great time regardless of the traffic and pool. Everyone keeps to themselves. Relaxing and quiet if you don't mind gnats in the warm months.

I should have known better than to waste my time pulling in to this ghetto. I should have known by the gas station across the street looking like a prison with the metal bars on the doors and windows. This RV park is managed by a very old and very rude lady. I couldn't believe how she talked to people. The RV park is dirty and worn down. They have people living there full time and it is a very desperate, sad environment. Do not pull in if you aren't desperate and if you do lock everything and don't go out at night. Yes the area is that bad.

We had to book an RV place in a hurry. I found them online. We arrived 45 minutes after they closed but they gave us their number to call and were there waiting for us. I asked if we could have a fire and since there were no fire pits they brought us their own personal pit and wood to start with. Upon seeing we had kids they also brought sugar cane for us to enjoy. The customer who rated these guys so poorly must have had issues with themselves. I haven't seen customer service like this since back in the 80's when it seemed common. Thank you Cecil Bay. We will come again and recommend.

It's okay. Decent price. Good size RV spots. Mostly pull thrus. Right off the highway and easy to get in with a big rig. Wash rooms I'm told were clean. Pool could use some attention. It looks abandoned. This place would be MUCH better with a pool and some amenities. We were evacuating a hurricane situation so we weren't that picky. There's NOTHING to do in town.Power was sufficient for our 50amp DP although we had to disconnect the tow vehicle in order to fit on the site. Not a big deal but know that if you have at least a 40-footer and towing, you might want to ask for a site long enough if you don't want to disconnect. (They told us 70ft long. No way.)

We live about 5 miles from here and our a/c went out at home. We took our camper over to stay a few nights until it was repaired. Very friendly staff. No rift raft. Very quiet place. It was just myself and 4 kids. The cecil police rode through several times while we were there and made us feel very safe. The shower house was air conditioned and very clean! I only wish they still had their pool!
