I try to avoid it if I can. Used to be a regular but now it feels like a step or two below TSA levels of security and it’s completely unnecessary. In 5 years you’ll have to be frisked before and after entering a Kroger. It’s a shame because when they put the Kroger in, it was swanky (for a Kroger). And now it feels like Walmart lite. I hate it for the good employees they have there. But a few good folks don’t make up for how far the store fell. I remember a couple years ago driving up to the Kroger and passing the little retention pond. We counted over 20 rats, give or take, just chilling near the curb as we rolled past the pond and into the parking lot. I quit buying my groceries from there after that. I only ever go there if I absolutely have to now.

I have been standing in line for 25 minutes at Guest care & money services in Cartersville Krogers , while there is two workers standing here, with one register open. The manager Alyssa is sitting standing over young black lady, (the only person working) while she is the only person working. Kroger please do better by customer service. This is ridiculous and unacceptable.

This isn't the closest Kroger to us (we have about four or five that are equidistant or near enough) but it is DEFINITELY the nicest. We'll come out of our way to this one for their deli goods.

I've gotten some good deals here on fresh seafood, chicken and cheese. Other than that, they have always been super friendly. People I have never met act like we're friends passing by and giving friendly greetings.

Want a whole foods type atmosphere right in your back door? Go to this Kroger. Always the freshest fruits, veggies, meats and bakery. A large variety of specialty cheeses and olives. Even have a mini bar. Highly recommend.

Having only one checkout lane open on a Sunday means Kroger wants to save money by having you do the work to check out your own groceries. Ridiculous and just means I'll continue to avoid this store

This store is always clean & tidy. They didn't have what I was looking for tonight (2/29/24) when I went in, but they have a ton of other stuff.The employees here have always been super friendly as well

The self check-outs at this location are always so disgusting and dirty. Every time I go seriously no matter what time of day they are nasty.Ingles, Food city, and Publix always have perfectly clean ones. Occasionally there will be something on one. How are the ones at Kroger always that nasty I don't understand.Someone clean them.

Update 1-27-24 Still not a pleasant shopping experience. Lots of rude customers and the click list order pullers will run you down with their big 1/2 of an aisle sized big carts.Horrible Horrible shopping experience. There are over 50 people lined up on 9-8-23 at 630PM to check out and only 2 manned checkouts. No carts in the corral, they are all in the parking lot. Kroger talks such a big game, but in reality they are not very good on the front retail side.

I always like this Kroger but their pumps are a mess, half of them missing swivels so you have to loop the hose to fill, half of the won't scan barcodes and half of them won't print receipts, come to their fuel pumps once a week and it's always something.

Hey, corporate, hire a butcher. The meat department won't get meat out until afternoon.I'm going to our local butcher because I cant get tenderloins when I show up. I got there at 10:30 today and no meat. By kroger

I pay extra for the Kroger boost and receive free pick up & delivery. I highly recommend this! Groceries are ready very quickly and they are always on top of it!

Great store, but the sushi has gone downhill. I used to make a special trip to this location for Sushi and could always count on it being fresh. Yesterday was my last trip for a while - the fish was turning brown and there was a piece of Avacado as hard as a rock in one of the rolls. No flavor, terrible. I shouldn't have bought it after looking at it.

Came to take back a few items without receipt they wouldn't even scan it make sure if you buy something make sure your receipt doesn't fade out

I love doing my pickup order online, and parking for pickup. The store is clean and the layout is somewhat confusing at first to find certain things. It's a big Kroger, so, plan some time. I'm sure if I shopped more inside the store, I would be more familiar with it. It's just easier to order on the Kroger App and go do a pickup. I have had it delivered before, too. They take all kinds of payment, and digit coupons, as well.

I will never shop at Kroger again. I spent at least $500.00 a week on groceries, Unknowing I left a bag of groceries at the store. When I got home and realized I left a bag at the store. When I told the young girls at the checkout what I did they just looked at me and said you will have to talk to the associate that was here. He just went on break. I guess I was supposed to wait for another 20 or 30 minutes until he came back. These girls were so disrespectful. Kroger needs to retrain these younger girls on how to treat customers. If I could leave a minus 10 stars I would.

I've never seen a Kroger this huge and with so much stuff it's about like Wal-Mart it's great I enjoyed mine my cousin Lara and my papas trip grocery shopping today at this store.

I had an EXCELLENT!!!, over-the-top customer service experience this afternoon. Unfortunately, I didn't ask the woman for her name. I was waiting in a long check-out line with a few items (I had cash, and didn't know that the self-check-out took cash; most markets self-check-outs don't). She took me to the self-check-out, and even scanned, and bagged my items for me! She was SO pleasant! She increased even more my already high opinion of Kroger. My encounter with this Kroger employee TOTALLY brightened my day. She truly went out of her way to be helpful to, and thoughtful of the customer.

Most of the employees are super nice. Store is always clean. Just wish they would get the plastic buggies like other store. A lot of the buggies here and the kids buggies are broke or hard to push

These 5stars are for rock star Jackson in the meat department..without comparing his customer service skills to one his coworkers, (I don’t know his name)..he could learn a thing or two from Jackson..he was pleasant and super helpful and didn’t sell me ice attached to my seafood, he removed it without me having to ask him to do so.. (last weeks coworker says he could not remove ice)…Those things help to make for a great shopping experience..thanks Jackson..
