Went into Kelly's for the first time on Saturday and the process was so easy to check my cat in and then go about my day. I had just wanted a shave for my cat since it's getting warmer out and my apartment can get pretty hot and I didn't want my cat to be uncomfortable. I was walked through that the lion cut would be best and she ended up looking so good, I still can't get over it. Wonderful people here! They told me that my cat was one of the sweetest they've seen in a long time and I am more than happy to take that compliment. I will definitely be back!TLDR; Wonderfully priced, kind people. Take your pets here!

I have been going here for years and years!!! They do a great job and are responsibly priced. I just learned you can pay extra for an expedited service too. I definitely recommend Kelly's Pet Grooming❤️❤️

If you love your babies don’t take them here! I am never the person who leave reviews on anything but this I had to do it. I have been taking my three babies to this grooming place for awhile. Last two times my dogs were just acting NOT normal, as soon as I got there my one dog took off out the door and the other just scared and shaky. My dogs have never behaved like that. First time I thought they might just don’t want to be here but NO I was wrong. I know for a fact they have done something toMy dogs. My friend had the same experience with her two dogs. They make you drop your dogs at 8am and still not have them ready till 5:30 or 6:00 PM! They don’t give your dog any water or ever take them out to use the bathroom in the whole 8+ hours! The place always dirty and smells horrible! Most places you can see you’re dogs being groomed but not this place. I would never take my dogs here again.the owner is sweet but the groomers who work there act like they never want to be there.

I get my ragdoll cat groomed there. She has a LOT of very long hair and she's 15 years old. Kelly is a cat whisperer, my baby doesn't trust many people but she loves Kelly and her staff.

Kelly's is always so great. They deal with our very difficult animal, and has never complained, and believe me, I know that takes patience. Little Twinkie always comes home looking great.

Super friendly. Reasonably priced. My cat needed a hair cut bad. They did a wash, lion cut, nail clip , ear cleaning and a bow for $65 . Which is cheaper then petsmart. My cat seemed calm and not scared which made me feel good about leaving him .

The immature/ rude girl who answers the phone has absolutely no manners. I tried to get my pets grooming taken care of and the way she handled the phone call was absolutely unacceptable and when I brought it up she did not care because she said they get a lot of customers. Do not recommend this place to anyone unless your use to trash service

Best poodle grooming service ever. They pluck the ears, trim nails and know all the poodle cuts. All this under $100.

I have taken my Fiona to several groomers. The ladies over at Kelly's are the best. My Yorkie loves them and gets excited to see them. He cut is always perfect.

Kelly’s is Awesome with our Maltese Noah , they have become like family taking care of him sence he has been born on haircuts , they take time to talk to you and hear what you want to do when you arrive, Thankyou for taking care of our Noah that we love so much ,

After MULTIPLE referrals, I took my baby to Kelly's to be groomed for the first time today. I am absolutely blown away at the QUALITY work they put into my sweet girl. They finished her session BEFORE the estimated finish time, they WALKED MY SWEET GIRL TO MY CAR AND LOADED HER UP FOR ME (even removed her leash, putting her leash in a safe spot in my car AND shut the door), she smells and looks wonderful, AND, to top it all off, my sweet girl was visibly happy when I picked her. Hands down, 10/10 service. Highly recommend.

Everyone there is very welcoming. One of our pups does not do well when getting his nails clipped and they were so patient with him. We were even given tips on how we can make him more comfortable for his next visit. Highly recommend!

Kelly and her staff are the best pet Groomers around. I called at 2:30 today because my dog needed an emergency sanitary cut. I was told to bring him in. Brent did a fantastic job on a last minute appointment. The charge was less than I expected. Thanks y’all!

Great experience with my cat and dog, excellent staff ! My pets get home and act like they haven't even been to the groomers. They don't mind going to see Kelly and her staff! Very pleased..as usual!

My dog can be a handful. He hates getting his face groomed. Also, doesn't like his paws touched. I didn't expect much, but when I saw my boy 😱 HE LOOKED AMAZING!! This is by far the best groom he ever got! Never taking him anywhere else. 5/5 definitely recommend!

Never coming back here again. Horrible location and it took EIGHT HOURS just for a trim and nails. When I asked the staff why it took so long, they were very rude and told me to bring him in earlier next time. His appointment was for 9:30 AM. When he got home, he made a beeline for his water and drank like he was dying of thirst. I have a feeling they kept him in a crate for eight hours with no water. Absolutely unacceptable.

Terrific experience! Have used Kelly's before, years ago, but had not recently. There had never been an issue, but this trip was noticeably positive. Nice to see people that enjoy what they do. Two thumbs up!

Kelly’s staff or Kelly herself has always done a wonderful job with all of our pets. I definitely recommend them for your fur babies.
