The girl named Hannah is very rude and works in the front. She ignores you when you’re asking questions, and if you hand her something, she will slide it back. I asked her for a refund due to the pet wash station's disgusting dog hair everywhere, and she said, “Well, it’s up to the customers to keep it clean. I don’t know what you want me to do” and had an attitude when giving me my refund. I don’t know since when it’s been a customer's job to clean an establishment that they don’t work for. But people with attitudes should not work as cashier/ customer service. When I called to speak to a manager to report her nasty attitude, she hung up the phone on me the first and when I called back the 3rd time, I finally got in touch with a manager. I come to this place all the time, but due to this nasty experience, I will not be returning.

I called the store to ensure they had an item in stock. Drove out of the way to come to pick up. Get there and they have 40 bags that they refuse to sell because they have been tagged for a special customer. They should've explained this on the phone, this is bad business.

I've been meaning to sit down and write a little something about this place and haven't had a chance. No wait! I have good reason. You see, the last time I visited Carrollton Tractor Supply I was browsing and enjoying my visit when I heard my wife's voice from somewhere nearby, "Oh my gosh!!!!! They're soooooo cute!!!!!" And at that very peculiar moment I knew that my life was about to change.Baby ducks!! My wife just had to have them. I knew it was something when I heard THAT voice any woman can give. You men know that voice! I'm sure you do. Anyway, these dang ducks are a job. I didn't know what I was getting into at the moment either. And they mess everywhere!!!! OMG!!! So then, I had to build a pen for them out back. In the end, I've had to devote a lot of my time in the taking care of these little rascals. So no review... until now!Thanks guys!! It truly has been a wonderful experience so far. Every time I walk through your doors I get treated very well, customer service is always A1 and the prices are competitive. I love coming here.

Great selection, competitive prices, excellent variety. Employees are knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to help. Anything you need for farming, gardening, or just around the house. They have hats, boots, shirts, pants, overalls, and a wide selection of socks and other clothes.

This is a larger store than most Tractor Supply stores, with a fantastic selection of goods and very pleasant staff. I love coming here whenever I'm in Carrollton.

We come to this location not just for the supplies but for the people who work here. On Monday evening we realized that one of our "pet" ducks living on our backyard pond was severely injured and had flies already on him laying eggs. He was maybe an hour or two away from dying. In the past when something like this happened, local vets in the area did not want to take on an injured duck, and wildlife services went to voicemail. So my husband ran to this Tractor supply. He wasn't sure what he was going to do or what supplies he was looking for, but when he walked in he was immediately greeted with smiles and friendly faces. He explained the situation and immediately it was like the entire store personnel came running over to help. Mind you, he didn't have the duck with him, he was just asking questions. He was taken by the hand by these wonderful women and shown a spray that kills flies, their larvae and any remaining eggs on impact on wildlife. They also explained to him how to do this, and also instructed him to clean the wound and keep it clean with an anti-fungal/medicinal spray to help the wound heal.It wasn't just that these wonderful ladies at the Tractor Supply were so knowledgeable about how to care for an injured duck (so random!) but they were so gracious and kind. They understood the urgency of the matter, they took his concerns seriously, answered his questions and gave him instructions on how to handle the duck. They were truly amazing! Talk about service! We go to the Tractor Supply for odds and ends but I think the next time we go there we'll just drop off a box of muffins or donuts in appreciation of the people who work here. Coming for a lawn mower part or maybe some horse feed? Stay for the women who work here and appreciate them. They are fantastic.Oh and the duck is on day 6 of recovery! He's still limping but he looks great and we've named him "Houdini." He somehow got out of his bin, ran by our very surprised dog, and descended a set of stairs from our patio to head to the water before we even noticed he wasn't in his bin. He'll never fly again but he certainly has a good chance that he'll live, and it's thanks to these wise ladies and their compassion for what they do. Thank you!

Took my dog kida in for her shots. I'm horrible with names, but the blonde lady, dark haired lady, and blonde guy were all very awesome with information and making my dog feel comfortable. Quick and painless. Thank you very much. Kida says thank you.

If you are delivering by tractor trailer it will be horrible. The dock was flooded and it is dangerously steep. So be careful when trying to dock there but the good news is that the people was awesome.

Update called the number the woman was nice was asked to call the store where who i spoke to cory he called me a liar and that what i told he said none of that happened .but did offer to replace them if i brought back the cut up ones Ordered 3 16ft cattle panel for my brother for crub side pickup he went to pick them up yesterday and they made him cut them now there useless I would've canceled the order if I was told sooner waste my money

This was the best customer service that I have ever experienced. I called ahead to see if they had a rabbit cage. Emma told me that they did not, she looked in the back, got online and looked at every store in the northern part of Georgia, then called them to verify, and then told me which store did have them. She even checked online with some of the competitors. Amazing!

This store's manager is an absolute nightmare to deal with. My grandmother went to make a return and there was a misunderstanding. There's currently pollen everywhere and some got on a feeder she was returning (she put it in the bed of her truck to take it back). The manager very aggressively told her it had "clearly been used". No, there's a little bit of pollen on it, which can be dusted off. Then he said it was a feeder they hadn't carried since winter and was trying to accuse her of theft (how can you steal an item that currently isn't in stock?). By the way, he waited a good 20 minutes before even coming out. The poor cashier called him at least 7 times and was very embarrassed.I've worked in retail, I get that people attempt to return stolen items (or items stolen from other stores) all the time. But, this was a huge feeder that no one could ever sneakily leave the store with, and a receipt was provided. The only thing wrong was the little bit of pollen on it, which was apparently enough of an excuse for an aggressive power trip.This location has a great variety of items that are kept in stock, as well as friendly staff, but this experience annihilated my desire to give them any future business.

I love this place. The associates are so nice. I know if I need help finding something, they will help me regardless. They are friendly, but you can sometimes be unable to find an associate to assist you. They have great prices though!

I had left a item at the store, had not realized it till I got home. Called the store and the Young Man that was the cashier when I was there answered the phone. Very respectful and a good sense of humor. His name is Cole M. He had already put it to the side and knew it was mine and had tagged it. Other's in the store could learn from his example.I would like to see more young folks with this kind of respect and politeness. Some of the other employees are nice as well but there are a couple that act kind of snotty for no reason. I frequent tractor supply and have spent a considerable amount of money in there. People like Cole M., are the reason my wife and I return. Not because of what you sale. I can go other places or order my items online. We just like going places to look.

One of my favorite stores, but the last two times I went here they didn't have the hooks I needed for half inch chains. And their inventory for chain hooks was almost completely empty for more than two weeks. That's unacceptable in my book.

Carrollton store has very helpful and courteous associates. Store is well stocked too. They must run a very thin shift because there are hardly ever enough people to run registers. I hope the workers there are not always stretched too thinly. Great place.

T S is good company been around for a long time. Prices are a bit high but that's OK. The 2 most irritating things are the check out staff. Most uncaring people and dumb around. The last is there IT people were trained and there computer system were designed by Fred Flintstone. So antiquated and out of date. Lots of lip service, no such thing as CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Staff here are always friendly and helpful. Our leashed pets are always welcome! I love this place. It has so many products from farm and pet feed and supplies to fencing, tools, augers, commercial fans, spreaders, all kinds of farm equipment and nuts, bolts, cauter pins, trailer pins, wheels, pickup truck tool boxes and every kind of tractor hardware you could need. Great store!

Please get more than one cashier on Saturday morning. I have seen the girl running both registers just to try and take care of everyone in line. I know this place makes enough money to put one more person up there especially on the weekends. Either they can't find any help or there's a bunch of people sitting in the back. The ladies at the registers work their tails off and I don't think that they are getting paid to do two people's jobs.

I don't usually put negative reviews on here, but the customer service at the Carrollton location was absolutely horrific! Not only to myself but as I was waiting to pick up an item I witnessed several other customers having run ins with employees due to their lack of respect and plain common decency it seemed. Unfortunately this was not the first time I've run into this problem here.

I love Tractor Supply, especially this location in Carrollton. I always get my horse/chicken feed, square bale hay and mineral blocks here. Sometimes, I will pick up dog food and dog treats. In the past I have also purchased boots, clothing, chicks/chick supplies, weed killer, gates/fencing and small hard ware items. They have just about everything you could need for a farm or large property. I 100% recommend this store!

Stood in line to buy a bale of hay for the goat. They finally opened up another register. Bought it, go out to the truck, no hay. Had to go back in, got a refund. Been back twice..no hay... Won't go back again!

Went to tsc to get propane one day and they wouldn't fill because it was barely raining. Next time I needed propane called ahead to make sure they had propane and the woman said yes. Drove 30 minutes to get there to walk in and they say they have no propane.

I had the best experience today when having difficulty finding a belt for my mower.. Tammy took the time to make sure before i left her store, not only did i have the correct one but the best laughs and customer service i have seen in a long time..

This particular location is great! They always have a huge selection we have grown to love and I can also find help if needed or a questioned answered. And hell, even the old timers will shoot the breeze with ya!
