I really do like this store! We just started going here for Sunshine's grooming since Barks & Bubbles started closing on Saturday. Kristen did a wonderful job on Sunshine and everything didn't cost extra! Sunshine got her ears and tail with purple spray.

With work getting more busy and not being able to keep up with my Great Pyrenees coat as much as I would like, I decided to try and see how the newer grooming salon was. Emily was my groomer. Very friendly, upfront on if any issues had arose, how my boys temperament was during his process! Overall an amazing experience and will be utilizing it again!

Upgrades in the store are great! However not a single employee helped us while in the store. While waiting up front, there was an employee watching as people formed a line and continued ignoring us and laughing rather than checking us out nor explaining why we were not being helped nor why anyone in the store was not receiving any help. We ended up putting our items back and leaving without buying anything. It was a very unprofessional and irritating experience. 100% recommend not wasting your time if you care about good customer service.

Great selection of toys and food for our 3 month old Chow Chow puppy. All the associates were super friendly and went out of they way to pet and make Scarlett as comfortable as possible. They did a great job in helping us socialize her.We will definitely be bringing her back regularly.Their prices are really quite good, too.

Prices are a little more expensive than other pet stores. That's probably because it's the only pet store in Carrollton that I know of. However, it's ok for a quick run close to home. The store is always neat and clean. Customer service from a few of the cashiers is not good. This matter has made my visits to the store short and far between.

We bought 5 fish from here and we did all the right things. They told us exactly what water conditioner to use, what tank size we needed, and the food to give them and only a few days after we bought them, 4 of the fish were dead. Very disappointed. We will not be shopping here anymore. Also, if your bags and receipts say 14 day return policy, stop turning away your customers. I called and asked about the policy to get a refund and they said over the phone that they only accept fish returns within 3 days of purchase.

Pet Supples Plus grooming deserves 5 stars always! They are so patient and gentle with my two dogs, one of which is fear aggressive. They work with your dog and make sure they are comfortable throughout the entire process!

The absolute best Publix at Mirror Lake. They are beyond helpful and will assist you with all your needs. They are also finished with the new Publix which will be 55 thousand feet of nothing but Publix! I'M SOOO EXCITED

A variety of treats to choose from at this location. I also used the grooming services. I was very please with Liz and the patience she had with my baby Mister. The staff seems knowledgeable and were confident answering my various questions.

I called from the parking lot asked if they had a certain dog food was told yes. I didn't want to have to lift my wheelchair for the ninth time that day. Went in and they didn't have it was so mad and they wouldn't even help reload my chair

They have alot of good items! But most are overpriced. I HATE that they took out the dispensing machines on food. I did pay 12.00 for 3 pounds of quality bird pellets. Now it's 23.00 for 1.5 pound in a brand name bag.

Love my local pet supplies plus store! Never had a problem with this store other than a cashier ringing up a bag of cat food twice accidently. Instead of refunding me, she allowed me to get another bag of cat food. After all, my cat is going to need it anyway so it wasn't an issue. The store is fairly organized and well stocked. I love coming in to see the sale prices. The items are a bit more pricey than your average Walmart prices but they are a speciality store so it is to be expected. I would recommend their loyalty/rewards program (its free!) because you can save a chunk of change!

Very Organized store . Found everything I needed for my pup 🐶 . Although the grooming side had no service & fish supplies were limited. Store staff carried my XXL pup cage outside for me & put it in my car, which was awesome! Overall I will be shopping at Pet Supplies, location is 5 minutes from my house!

Amazing store with plenty of options, however the worker Blake could use an attitude check, purchased two self washes for my dogs, they only had two towels available at the time which is fine, however when I went to ask if they had any more towels ready since it had been about 15 minutes and was finishing up on my larger dog, I asked Blake if they had anymore, Blake who was too busy on his phone rudely snapped back that they didn’t have any ready. Proceeded to ask another employee and he had absolutely no problem going in the back to check, who then proceeded to successfully bring me more towels, took him not even a minute to come back with clean towels.

I do an auto ship order for my cat’s wet food because you get a 5% discount for doing it. There’s been two errors in the one year that has happened but it’s not a big deal people make mistakes and the staff always helps to fix it. I love the cute thank you cards they put in my orders. I also go to the store to pick cat litter up and they always ask if I need help to the car which I think is so sweet. Overall the pet stores I’ve been to this one is the best. Thank you for all that y’all do!

This place has gone so downhill with how it’s run. I had the most frustrating shopping experience today. Apparently their system is down, which I know they can’t control and I was understanding of that, but the cashier waits to tell me that AFTER he rings up my 30 cans of food. Then he acts irritated because I explain to him the reason I’m buying the food is it’s on sale and I had a coupon, so I was wondering if he could manually adjust it. I ended up just leaving because I was so frustrated with the entire experience.
