Muddy pawz is the best. Everyone is so kind and friendly over the phone or when you go in. I love taking my two golden doodles here. I never worry how they are treated because I know they are in good hands. My pups are always happy and look so great when I pick them up. My husband and I drive an hour to drop off our pups and an hour to pick them up because we love Muddy pawz!! I can tell my dogs trust them and enjoy their grooming!

We love Muddy Pawz! I take my doodles here once a month and they never let me down. My pups love everyone here, they treat them like they're their own. The owners are so sweet and always send me pictures of my pups once they are done being groomed. I can't say enough positive things about this place, I send everyone here! We will never use another groomer :)

They do amazing work with my two hand fulls! My mixed boy doesn’t really do great with strangers but he loved those girls from day one! Of course my blue heeler loves everyone but they handle him and his hyperness so well! I wouldn’t dream of taking my boys anywhere else!

Great work on my two dogs. They get so dirty in a month. Sometimes needed sooner. Abby our groomer is very helpful in getting them back in for grooming. She's a great groomer.

They do such a great job with my big giant baby! He's clean and beautiful and their prices are very reasonable! The staff is always super nice and they add a little extra touch of a scarf or bowtie each time. Well worth the drive for me. It's a great location in downtown Carrollton and they always get me in!

I can not give enough stars for these ladies. I have known them as the best groomers in town for years. I am proud to support them in their own business venture. They pay close attention to the dog and the personality for how they approach your pup. I’d like to mention, as someone who is particular about the exact cut for my doodle, I couldn’t praise them enough for their attention to detail and willingness to make sure my pup and I walk away satisfied.

Muddy Pawz is the place to go if you have a doodle! The groomers are beyond talented and know just what it takes to maintain such a high maintenance breed! Not only does my doodle leave clean and fresh but he stays that way until his next visit! They are patient, kind, and truly love your pet!! Muddy Pawz hands down has the best groomers in town!

I understand that when you pay well for a service, it is to obtain the result you want. Not to do what seems right in your opinion. If they couldn't do it the way I wanted, they should have said so because a Goldendoodle, even if it has tangles in its hair; it should not be trimmed so close to the skin. They have double coats for a purpose and cutting their coats too short can put their health at risk. I don't care why they do it. I paid for what I wanted. That cut that they did to him would have been done by me, who am not a groomer. An abuse and very ugly.

Took our doodle today for a full groom and she looks adorable and smells great! She isn’t even hairy from all the clippings... LOVE that! Great appointment availability. We will be back for the next groom!!

I would not recommend them. I tried to take my dog here, then when I arrived they said they wouldn't even groom him. He is a curly doodle and does have mats. His last grooming was in Jan, and could get groomed since due to covid closings. They said they would have to change him instead, which isn't what I wanted but I said okay. They then said they wouldn't shave him because it would traumatize him. So why even offer? Also Seems like they didnt care either that it was an inconvenience for me after I take 30 minutes out of my day to drive there then had to take another 30 minutes out of my day to drive all the way back home.this probably all could been avoided if they asked more questions about my dog, but they only asked me his name and breed. No other details.

Casey has been doing my dogs since they where puppies. And when I drop them off an come back to get them they are gorgeous. They whole staff is very nice. If you have not try them. What are you waiting for.

We’ve been taking our golden retriever monthly (more or less) for awhile and they always do an excellent job grooming her, and are kind and professional literally every time we interact with them. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Be sure to know that when you get your dog "worked in" you will be charged a 25 dollar fee that is not made known to you until its time to pick your dog up. Very unprofessional when I asked why there was a fee. I was told that " you were told about the fee" and I stated that I was not. But reassured that I was wrong and they were right. There is also no mention of any "work In fee" on their website. Handled very poorly, will not be going back.
