I took a break from shopping at this location for a while, but I started back shopping here for personal reasons. I have a medical procedure scheduled and I was shopping for items needed for a diet I was to be on and groceries I needed. Customer service have been okay at times. I was in self-check out today between 6:15pm-6:30pm and I needed help a couple of times; I requested help on machine and after a while I had to call to the young lady Jasmine to help me because she never acknowledged I was there so I called to her and I had waited for a good 10 minutes. Jasmine kelp assisting othere customer and disregarding me as though I wasn't there and I clicked on help assistance several times due to needed help ringing up certain items. She proceeded to help other people that walked up after I had been there for sometime and I had been there stand and waiting on her, she went back to the desk walked over to a new customer that just walk to check out and asked a if he needed help, he didn't need help and I said I need help after I had requested it a couple of times. She sarcastically said need help in a taunting manner after assisting me the first time I requested assistance. She also said something else sarcastically, but I told here I had been needing help here and waiting on you. don't know her and never seen her before and she told another associate standing by I don't care who you're friends are. That was a bad customer service experience the store neededs better employees who know how to be courteous and service all customers and not pick who they want to cater to. I was never once asked in courteous/customer service manner if I needed help. I was assisted only after asking help and being rudely disregard even though I pressed assistance needed. My wait time to be assisted was terrible. I actually went to another Kroger with less employees working there and received better service and had to thank the young lady who assisted me because it was just her and another employee working the lines and she was working customer service and the line and still I received good service.

I found everything I needed this time, but there is rarely enough lanes to accommodate shoppers when checking out. Today was no exception. Only one set of self-checkout lanes were open, and two checkouts with employee checkers. All lines were so deep that we were clogging the grocery aisles.

I use to order here all the time. Had issues with them cancelling my orders. Realized it only seemed to happen to evening orders. Never issues for orders I pick up in a.m. or have delivered. Just today they did it again. Now my $250+ money is on hold for 3 days because they couldn't do their jobs; Ruined my kids Sunday birthday dinner.. thx

I shop here often. I hardly ever have a problem finding what I’m looking for if I do I just ask an associate in that area and the look to see if the item is available. Always friendly and helpful! Customer service is a priority here.

I had to take back some produce that was black when I cut into it. Initially it wasn’t that big of a deal. When I took it to customer service the lady was very nice and just told be to go get a new one. Then hollers to the lady at check out to let her know I’m good to go. However, the lady at checkout was more concerned with the conversation she was having with another employee that I guess she didn’t hear the other lady say I’m good to go. As I am walking out the door the lady stops her conversation to ask me of I was going to get a buggy.-implying that I came in to steal some one piece of produce. Similar situations have occurred in the past with the same lady trying to double and triple check when I scan things - wants to “help” when it’s not needed but when I walked in with the spoiled produce she didn’t even ask if she could help me. Lady I just got off work, if you weren’t so busy with your personal conversation you would have known what was going on. Mind not on task. Do better.

Absolute nightmare of a store nowadays. Do not shop here if you're disabled. Their disability carts don't work, there's no way to reach the store safely by wheelchair, and there's no way to get certain items in the store without an able bodied person helping you.

This store is huge! You can find everything from food to clothing. There's a olive bar, Starbucks, bread bakery, pharmacy and so much more. I call this my one stop shop.

While texting or playing on her phone she tells me to go to register. Not self register but huge line. No thanks. You suck

It's a Kroger. Recently redone. Clean with good selection and produce. I wish they had more cashiers and relied less on self checkout. Self checkout would be better if there was a discount - even if it was small. They also need to offer paper bags to help save the environment from plastic.

Most off brand diapers my daughter hates, but kroger brand diapers are one of her favorite!kroger brand in general had alot of thought into it because you couldnt tell a difference in most kroger brand items and big name brand. Clean store, huge selection of things.

I quit going here a while back as I was getting products that were very close to spoiling. And once I got broccoli with bugs in it. I came back to try Kroger again after a year of not shopping there. I bought pork on Aug 5. I went to cook it 3 days later on Aug 8. It was still good according to the sticker on my meat. But the pork smelled like Salmon. I’m not cooking this and that’s $14 wasted. I’ve been trying to get someone on the phone. Not much luck.

Kroger click list is the absolute worse!! It's taken me days, literal days to get an order not once but a few times. They don't notify of delays or even substitutions until your there and when you show the inconvenience they act like your the problem all while stating they're understaffed and have inadequate employees and managers 🙄 I'll either go to Publix and shop myself or use Walmart. At this point I hate kroger

Nasty bathrooms!! Where is the health department?No help loading heavy bottled water! My sister and I had to load them on cart! Plus...had to bag my own groceries...no baggers!!Taking my business to Publix!! Cost more, but clean bathrooms and very helpful staff!

I delivered a load here last night. Two people in receiving a Male (bald head with a goatee/ glasses. And a woman, short also wearing glasses. Those two have a racist attitude and poor customer service. The lady was extremely rude. They both need training in customer service

I am utterly appalled at the complete lack of customer service displayed by this corporation. My order can be over an hour late, wrong, damaged and melted and there is NO recourse. The lovely non-native english speaking lady informed me that $30 in store credit is all they are allowed to offer. What good does that do me when I'm sitting in a car for an hour with my autistic toddler and a hungry newborn screaming at the top of their lungs? If this was a one tine ordeal, I could understand. Things go wrong. But this has been my experience at EVERY visit, for MONTHS, at EVERY store I've gone to (3 or 4 diffetent stores at least). Clearly this company no longer cares to retain customers that spend thousands in their store EVERY month.

300+ dollars in groceries, and I had to scan and bag my items. No regular registers open. The employees in duty watched me while they had a good time discussing the days events...Being from a family of Cincinnati natives I tend to favor Krogers but after tonight Publix, Wal-Mart and even Ingles look more appealing.Krogers you need to do bettsr ..

Update: alert to shoppers with a severe peanut allergy, please be cautious with the produce. While in the store I noticed that the large netted bags of peanuts are displayed on top of the netted bags of onions. Peanut dust may be all over the onions, be aware if this is a concern for someone in your family.This used to be a great store to shop, but no more. The bathrooms are filthy. Not just a little dirty, but plain out nasty and most times unusable. I laid someone's personal item that i found on the floor up onto a stand, then several days later it was still there (this tells me they don't bother to clean). The music is so loud and obnoxious that you can't hear or talk over it. The employees walk around on their phones, not looking where they are going, you have to veer out of their way to prevent being ran over. You can never get managers assistance if there is a problem. Prices at register do not reflect correct sales prices and sone employees can't even figure out simple percentages to correct the price. This is just a short list. But since I have noticed that Kroger does not really response to the reviews, unfortunately, I dont see much hope of an improvement anytime soon. Good luck unsuspecting shoppers !!

I come to this Kroger all the time and typically they would get 4-5 stars from me. But today I went in for assistance with a money order at the customer service desk. I took this money order out myself for an apartment not even a year ago. I no longer needed it as I found a different apartment and it's been taking space in my wallet for a few months. Every time I went in their western Union was down and I was unable to cash it out. Finally today a gentleman came to help me and denied cashing it. He was more than welcoming at first and then all of a sudden he refused to help me even though per Western Union I am able to cash money orders out 1-3 years from the purchasing date. He made me feel stupid and didn't help in the slightest. Really disappointed with the lack of help and belittling I got from him.

The store itself is fine. My issue is with the women's restroom. I've been in there several times over several different occasions and the restroom is pretty gross each time. Soggy toilet paper on the floor, wadded up toilet paper in one of the toilets, trash just laying around,feminine product trash cans over flowing. Toilets have urine on the seats. Do better Kroger in Carrollton!!!

Sure we have saved money here. But we have had bad meats from here. Salad mix is usually brown. My sister said they saw mold on fruits and berries there. So be cautious if you are going to shop here.

I love grocery shopping at this store. The prices are fantastic. Produce is always fresh and a really large variety. There meats are fresh and priced well too. I like that they mail you coupons you actually can use! There digital coupons are fantastic as well. I very often find coupons attached to the products that are on sale that also have digital coupons AND you can use ALL 3!!! I find all my vitamins and medicine if needed. They have the most unique beautiful house decor. I look forward to the holiday’s and what I will find in the store. All the decor is unique and of good quality . From appliances, clothing, too household cleaning and wide variety of pet care you can find all you needs right here.Great prices and great quality.Oh before you go. Pick up some fresh flowers, stop in at Starbucks and treat yourself to the Bakery. Believe me you still saved money shopping here compared to the other’s in town. It’s all right there by the one exit. This is one of my favorite places to go….. Seriously 😊

I wanted to like this grocery store I really did but this Kroger is way too big. Further, it doesn't seem especially bright (or clean) & they have no hand baskets. I asked 2 Manager types where the handbaskets were & they acted like I had asked for Cesium 137 (like why would Kroger possibly have hand baskets?).

This store was renovated a while back. It was nice. As of 1/7/22 this same store has gone to 1star status. The Ladies restroom was nasty, dirty and destroyed. Their was BLOOD on the roll of tissue!!! Why? Because the cover of the tissue was missing. Apparently the management of the store are more worried about the employees not having a mask on (because it slipped of the poor girl's face accidentally) then the actual CLEANLINESS for the store!!! I also found out that I was not the only person to see the BLOOD on the tissue because someone else complained the DAY BEFORE!!!
