My tracking says my package was returned to sender can't get in touch with anyone who can tell me why. The package was supposed to be delivered to my post office not a home or business address. WHY WAS IT RETURNED TO SENDER?

My package was delivered on a whole different road from my house with a completely different address. I was just lucky that the people knew me and was honest enough to bring the package to me.

They dont deliver on weekends and packages that require a signature they make sure arrive when no one is home. Use amazon or fedex

GOD FORBID YOU HAVE ELECTRONICS OR ANYTHING EXPENSIVE DELIVERED. They will literally leave packages sitting in the middle of your driveway. Had 2 new cellphones delivered today. Not only were they delivered at 8:30pm, the driver just left the box halfway down our driveway! Thank God I have been keeping an eye out! It's been raining all day and they just leave electronics in your driveway, in the rain!

If I could could give 0 stars I would. This is the third package that UPS is saying that the address is undeliverable. My address is correct and every other delivery service has no problem finding it. Even when I call customer service you can get a representative on the phone just the automated recording. One package is saying delivered (which it wasn’t) and the other says undeliverable. I also cannot change my address on UPS site. The UPS driver literally drives right by my house and never stops to even try to look. Last time I even gave them a description of my house and told them to call my number if they couldn’t find it and a month later still never received the package or an update. Now I’m dealing with the same problem again. This is absolutely ridiculous!

I dropped off a package at the Franklin Street, Hartwell, GA drop box with two other packages. One was supposed to be placed in a Locker at a Quik Trip gas station more than 45 minutes from me. How do i retrieve my package so that I can return it correctly? I have tried calling the 1-888 and Carnesville number but without a tracking number they won't talk to me. Suggestions? The other two packages have already been returned to Amazon but this one is seemingly lost now due to my error.

If I could do zero stars, I absolutely would. There is always an issue when we receive packages - they state they don't know our address (yet they have delivered to us approximately once a week for the past 2-3 months) and when I call to inquire about packages at the local office (17 minutes from my house) they always say the item it out for delivery until after hours. As soon as closing time hits, i get updates that i have a new delivery date. IF i get my package on the original delivery date it is usually because I am watching tracking or some miracle they magically know where we live that time. So now I am waiting on a package today that says it arrived at the facility WELL before time to be loaded and delivered and when I called i was yet again told its out for delivery, she cant tell what driver (because i bet it is sitting at the warehouse) and that it will be there by end of day....11:59pm.....so i guess ill see yet another package late. Top notch service guys. Thanks.

I don't know what the driver's problem is. They have repeatedly thrown my packages out at the end of my driveway, and now one has been stolen. FedEx and others have no problem dropping packages on my porch.

I will NEVER ship with UPS again. Every single time I’ve shipped with them, Ive had issues about addresses and “lost packages”. They ALWAY screw up and say my address is “incorrect” when it indeed is not. I’ve even tried shipping to other people’s houses just so I’d avoid the issue but it always happens again. Ordered a packaged once and it was marked “lost” and everytime I contacted a UPS representative, they couldn’t find it and never got my refund for it. I ordered a package this week and it was supposed to be here today and I got the email saying my address was incorrect and I called UPS and the employee even verified that my address was right and said it would be at my house in an hour but I got a phone call later from a different employee who said the number was wrong and their driver was already back at the center so they couldn’t deliver it today. It is on THEIR part that my package was undeliverable today because on the website I ordered, my address was correct, and the UPS employee even told me it was before she called. So that means I’ve got to wait 3 more days when I’ve already made appointments with what was inside my package. This has happened at least 6 six times with them. NEVER SHIP WITH UPS!!!!! FedEx or USPS is so much more reliable and friendly.

i paid for two day shipping. the delivery was set for today and never showed up. come to find out that UPS handed my package off to the local post office so who knows when im going to get my package that i PAID for a two day delivery for. on top of that they were late delivering my package from the day before by about 4 hours.

I am not sure how the regulations or practices of this center, but their seems to be bogus reports or repeats because the center says that they would have packed the package for delivery twice in one day once at 1 Am, and another at 9 am. The worst of these was when they say that they delivered at 6pm, but no one knocked on the door. It's night time by then. My lights were on. Seriously. Also, no notice was left with that delivery, and the previous two they left do not work.Also, the hours of the center are just from 4pm to 6pm on week days only. I wished they just went to the one in Athens because that one in opened from 8 till 7 and opened on the weekends.

Refused to deliver to my address and returned a package without ever making an attempt to deliver. Fedex and USPS don't consider my address invalid or incorrect but UPS is special. UPS customer service said they would resolve the situation and contact me to reschedule delivery and never did. Zero stars.

Failure to deliver for 2 days, lie about the reason for non-delivery. This happens multiple times every year. Cannot prove delivery was attempted. No notice (ticket w/a # on it) was left either day, as they are required to do. It is impossible to find a person to talk to. It is impossible to get them to go the extra mile to make it right.

The shipment of MEDICINE was delivered and placed on the ground beside my garage. We have a sidewalk to the FRONT PORCH that is covered. It rained and the package was dirty and wet. PLEASE have all deliveries to 1808 Mt. Hebron Rd. in Hartwell, GA placed on front porch.

3rd time to loose package. Always to the wrong address. Last package I had to force the name of the place they delivered too. Went to large warehouse took hours to find. Plus need the package to finish job. Cost me 300.00 for their mistake

I had to pick up a package because the holiday delivery help couldn't fine my place, not a big deal because my place is kind of hard to find. The girl that helped me Stephanie i think was her name was very helpful and professional. Thank you Stephanie and ups.

Not only was my package late - thankfully the event I need it for isn't until next weekend - but they didn't even bother to put it in the mailbox. They put it on the ground beside it when it very well would have fit! Pitiful.

This place lied and said they delivered my packages on Wednesday at 2pm ... I was there all day and received two out of 3 of them ...and had to pay $7.00 more dollars to have it resent on Monday to a place where I could pick them up ....big companies always trying to rob the little guys thanks ups....

Google states open 8am to 6pm Monday thru Friday. Sign on door states open 4pm to 6pm. Waited until 4:10pm and no body showed to open.
