Old. Time for the corporate and owner to invest some money and renovate. It still has CRT TV, which is pretty cool to see these days. I would keep the old TV actually. Beside that , time to upgrade.Love's and Buc-ee's are way better

Store wasn't terrible, and was located on my exit. It is also the halfway point on my trip. However the bathroom was pretty rough, not the worst pilot travel stop I've been to, but far from the best. I feel 3 stars is fair.

8/21Store looks great overall, men’s restroom needs a touch up, literally only one stale has tissue. No paper towels. But other than that store looks good. Store was clean and stocked. Nice set up!

This is an absolute dump and has been for years since Pilot purchased it. Over a year ago I stopped here for a break and to take a shower, and the showers were nasty with mold and very small and outdated.Now over a year later I stopped in and went to get a shower this morning and was told there were no showers and they are under remodel? How freaking long does a remodel take? I now see comments going back a lonnnnnnnnnng time saying no showers and under remodel.Pilot, this has to be one of your absolute worst locations. I will be sure to not stop here again. And while you are remodeling, how about doing something with the piss poor bathrooms y'all have. Start by having someone clean on a regular basis.

This place needs a major renovation. It’s very dirty and grimy and not what I’ve come to expect from a Pilot. Everything always looks disheveled and gross from walking in to the bathrooms.

This place is the worst to me. For a whole year every time I stop here there are no showers. The store floors are always disgusting bathrooms are nasty looking. The people or women that work here are all lazy when it comes to cleaning. Just facts!!!

Hands down worst pilot I've seen! A year later the showers are still not operational, though they do have ice this time. The bathrooms are in desperate need of updating and there is feces on the walls of the stall, some of the doors lock. One plus is that they use actual walls instead of partitions with cracks in them. I keep wondering how can this be an actual pilot... The only reason I stop here is because the one 6 miles south doesn't have cell service I do everything I need to at that flying J at exit 160 and then just park this atrocious pilot at exit 166

Another location that can't be bothered to fix the WiFi that many of us drivers pay for. The showers are poorly set up with nowhere to hang your coat or fresh set of clothes while you shower. Everything is dingy, rusting, dusty or has the paint peeling off. It clearly hasn't been swept at all today either.

I'm not a truck driver, but on long car trips truck stops are the way to go. The coffee is good, the gas is cheap, and the restrooms are usually spacious and clean. This particular Pilot isn't one of the better ones (particularly in cleanliness) but it does the trick.

Store number 4577 is absolutely atrocious! I know I have complained before about a different location and these conditions are downright disrespectful. We spend thousands of dollars individually and collectively drivers spend MILLIONS with your facility and can't even get a CLEAN place to shower???!!!! We aren't expecting fancy but is decent too much to ask? Showers cost between $13-$15 depending on the locations and this is the condition they expect us to accept! On top of that many locations are transitioning to paid parking only which is $15. (Not this particular location) but if we are gonna be charged so much for these things at least make us not feel cheated for spending money in places that clearly don't want us there! As a company you can't be proud of this and if you are that's sad!

Fuel and store areas are decent.Shower facilities are dated and don't get me started on the mold. Absolutely no where to hang any bags or clothes. Only place for anything is the sink and a small chair.Very disappointed in this location. Been dealing with Pilot/Flying J for quite some time and this has been my worst experience.

Very friendly and helpful people. However the cleaning standards could use a raise to many things that a sponge bleach and a mop have not seen in weeks from the looks of it.

Almost all pilots are the same this is no different with the exception the wifi I pay for doesn't work and they haven't had working wifi for over a year. It's one thing for free wifi to be down every now and them because beggars can't be choosers but the premium I pay for I can enjoy is insane.

I thought I lucked up on parking... I see why there was plenty of parking this location showers were down !!! How inconvenient. Loves, TA, Peteo truck stops are always on point ! Pilot is always a hit or miss. After along day all you wanna do is eat and shower. I'm disgusted !!

The bathrooms smelled awful. The parking lot was littered with trash. And the overall cleanliness was disgusting. I grew up around there and at one time it was the place to go. I hope things get better.

I had a visitor while taking care of business. Don't listen to the good reviews. The franchise needs to send people here to clean this place up. I'm thinking staff changes, maybe even a better management to get the employees to do their job or replace them. Nice people, but no work ethic.

This place is in a state of disrepair. Showers have been down for weeks, they claim because of a plumbing issue. I think it's because they don't want to clean them. The cooler has been broken for weeks. No cold drinks. The fountain machine is broken. Every paper towel dispenser in the men's room is broken. On the other hand, there's plenty of parking because nobody wants to stop here. Corporate needs to clean house at this location.
