Waiting in line at drive thru to pick up meds, car in front took 10 minutes and they closed the blind on me for lunch when I pulled to window. I understand they get only 30 minutes for lunch but management should make the car pull back around if they're going to be that long.

I recently visited my local Walgreens store to purchase some toilet tissue, and I had an incredibly frustrating experience that left me feeling disappointed and dissatisfied with the store's overall service. From the moment I approached the checkout counter, things took a turn for the worse.First and foremost, the cashier's behavior was highly unprofessional. Instead of efficiently processing my purchase, she engaged in distracting conversation, attempting to divert my attention away from the transaction. This was both unnecessary and frustrating, as I simply wanted to complete my purchase and leave.To add to the ordeal, after the cashier printed out a coupon for me, she insisted that I make an additional purchase using it. Despite not intending to buy anything else, I reluctantly decided to purchase some candy just to appease her. However, upon receiving my bag, I noticed that my receipt was missing. When I asked the cashier about it, she claimed it was in the bag, but upon inspection, it was nowhere to be found.I returned to the store the following day to purchase laundry detergent. Unfortunately, I encountered further problems. Not only did the cashier fail to return my receipt, but I also discovered that I had been charged for an additional toilet tissue pack that I never received. Additionally, the coupon I had applied to a Gain product was not reflected on my purchase.When I brought these issues to the attention of the store staff, they initially refused to assist me due to the lack of a physical receipt. Their unwillingness to acknowledge the digital receipt on my app was highly frustrating, and I began to question the integrity of their practices.Thankfully, the store manager intervened after my persistence, but even their efforts fell short. Despite their inability to locate the toilet tissue purchase in their records, the best resolution they offered was a mere five-dollar store credit. This compensation was unacceptable, considering the inconvenience, the erroneous charge, and the poor customer service I had endured.I voiced my dissatisfaction and expressed my desire to no longer shop at Walgreens. However, the manager's handling of the situation left much to be desired. They did return the Gain product, but neglected to properly refund the amount to the original payment method.Overall, my experience at this Walgreens store was marred by unprofessional behavior, disorganized systems, and a lack of accountability on the part of the staff and management. It is evident that something fishy is going on in this particular store, and I am disheartened by the lack of effort to rectify the situation and provide satisfactory customer service.I strongly advise others to exercise caution when dealing with this Walgreens location. With numerous alternatives available, it is best to avoid a store that clearly disregards customer satisfaction and fails to address legitimate concerns. It is my hope that this review serves as a reminder for Walgreens to prioritize customer service and take swift action to rectify the issues plaguing this particular branch.

I am more so giving the 5 star review to an employee in your pharmacy. I believe her name is Nikki, I had to bring my children in to get shots and they absolutely hate getting them. Your employee was a godsend and really made sure to let the kids know it was only going to take a second and telling them how strong and brave they are. My kids didn’t even cry!!! Every time I come in I notice her working really hard even when it looks like you all are short staffed Nikki is staying positive and that’s the type of worker you want to have! I believe it’s important to recognize hard workers and she is definitely one of them.

Walgreens doesn't respect their customers. I showed up at 1:08 for my chicken pox vaccine appointment and was told that they can't administer it since they are leaving for lunch at 1:30. Strange, considering there was nothing in my online appointment booking about this, and there was also a slot available for a 1:30 appointment. I guess if I picked that time I would have found the pharmacy locked and empty. When I pressed for more of an explanation, the pharmacist looked in his drawer and said they don't have the vaccine anyway. He doesn't seem to know is vaccines, considering this one requires refrigeration. Again, why did their online appointment system allow me to make an appt at this specific location and time, and for this specific vaccine? Worst of all, they offered no apology or alternate solutions. Just the attitude of "go away". They clearly don't value their customers.

I am giving this place a two star review only because of the way I was treated by Brittani in the Pharmacy on March 1st.First off, I stood at the counter for almost 3-minutes before Brittani even acknowledged me! My sister and I were the only customers standing there waiting, so she wasn’t swamped. She was down messing with the labels on the bins. She heard us, as we were talking and she turned her head and looked dead straight on at us. When she stood up, did she even bother to acknowledge us? Heck no she did not!! Instead she just grabbed her papers, went to the paper cutter and proceeded to continue doing her own thing. She then walked back, looked dead on at us, still not acknowledging us, and went back to her labels. When we said something, she said, “I will be there in a minute, I am making labels!” Well, okay then…Once she finally finished her “labels” and could be bothered to assist us, she had a bad attitude! She gave me someone else’s medication. I had 5-prescriptions to pick up. I told her that this wasn’t mine. She was really flippant and said, “I know!” All the while telling me to put my last 4-numbers of my phone in the keypad. Again I said, those aren’t my medications. That is not my phone number. This irritated her!She finally got my number and my medication together and she started to check us out. About the third medication, again came up the wrong number. I told her again, “That is not my medication!” She got all huffy with me and said, “Yeah, I know!”We finally finished and I got all of my medications, mine only, and we left.We have used Walgreens for our medications, our whole family for years. We switched from the one on Hickory Flatts to this location about 2-3 months-ago due to its location. And as a loyal Walgreens customer we were shocked at this behavior! From the lack of acknowledgement as we stood there, to working on “labels” instead of serving your customers, to the BAD ATTITUDE from Brittani when it came to not giving me someone else’s medications, made the experience on March 1st one where I was not only shocked, but highly disappointed!!I love Walgreens and will continue to use them, but if the attitudes don’t change them my business and my entire family’s business will go elsewhere!!They get a two star because of the overall Pharmacy experience…if it was based on the Brittani experience, then I would have to find a way to give them a negative rating all the way around!!

It was so nice to use Walgreens and to get personalized attention. For the past years we have used a competitor of Walgreens and have become increasingly frustrated with long wait times and it being next to impossible to have a conversation with an actual pharmacist. I decided to give Walgreens a try. The pharmacist researched my question and called me back, unlike the competition. I was very pleased.

Superb experience from beginning to end. I called for instructions on transferring a prescription. Kendall handled it like a champ. When I arrived a young lady at the front was courteous. Heather (I think) was courteous and polite. She offered to update my information in the system. This is a great team. I look forward to more similar experiences.

I have been filling prescriptions at this pharmacy for at least 15 years. I recently requested a refill and the pharmacy only had a small portion of my medicine in stock. I was informed at the time of pick up that I would receive the rest when it became available. A few days later the rest of the medicine was in Stock and I was informed that it was ready for pick up. In the interim I had to leave town for a business trip. When I eventually went to pick up the rest of the refill, I was told that it was no longer ready and that I would have to pay an addition copay of $39 to have it RE-made. I already paid the full copay for the original partial. So, I bit my lip and paid the additional money because I needed the medicine. but felt it was totally wrong. I have since switched to delivery by mail from another service, so if they cannot fill the whole order at once, I will not be charged a second copay. Really short sightedness on the part of Walgreens. It’s a shame.

Dropped off my prescription to be filled the evening of the same day I received it from my doctor's visit. Pharmacist said it would be ready in 30 minutes. Needed to make another stop, so opted to come back and was told I would get a text when it was ready. I didn't receive that text until the next morning, and it said my prescription was "READY". Tried stopping on my way to work but the line was too long, I would have been late. My schedule was too heavy the following days but I was finally able to stop by today. But surprisingly, was now told it wasn't ready, and again, it would take about 30 minutes. After waiting almost the full 30 minutes, another tech comes and tells me they would need toverify my prescription with my doctor's office because it was written on a hospitals paper! Really!? Come back tomorrow!?!? My time and the cost of gas aren't important!?!? This was my third time to this pharmacy regarding this prescription; my 1st time using this location, and my LAST! If they were so concerned about the validity of my prescription, why were they not able to confirm it in a weeks time!!! My doctor's office was not on vacation!

I don't usually write reviews, but oh my I wasshocked by this. The pharmacy employees were complaining so much about people trying to get their Covid vaccine. Employees were joking about mental illness.The pharmacist was making jokes about what I said. He was complaining that he needed to leave... I had an appointment way before closing!! The pharmacist was asking new, uncertified workers if they could do something they were unqualified forbecause he wanted to leave. They kept oncomplaining about how awful everyone andeverything was... I was shocked by this behavior. The pharmacist no joke made fun of me!! And they made fun of mental illness!! The environment at this Walgreens is toxic and just awful, especially for thosewho simply need help. Never a warm welcome at this Walgreens….by the way this was over AN HOUR before they closed.

I paid for a gallon of water to be delivered to my residence. It was not delivered. I arrived at the store to pick it up since it was not delivered. Store manager told me I couldn't take it out of the store, even though I had an E-receipt to show I paid for it. She told me a had to pay for it in the store to pick it up out the store. I told her I wasn't going to pay twice and she refused to look at my receipt. So to make me wait longer than I had to, I had call someone else in the store to get it redelivered. I had to get it redelivered to my house which really wasn't necessary because I was already at the store. Clearly not good customer service by the manager who obviously had an "I don't care" look on her face and in her tone and just walked away without apologizing as if I didn't say anything to her. As if it was my fault. Someone else obviously agrees with me, because they also left them a 1 star as well. You really shouldn't be employing people if they really don't care about customer service. all over a $1.29 gallon of water. I have better things to do with my time. Especially since I was already running late because of their mess up in the first place.

I will never use this pharmacy again. I have a legal script and the pharmacist got on the phone, after 3 days of not filling the prescription, and told me he had made the executive decision not to fill it. Nobody called to let me know. It is a legal prescription for ivermectin prescribed by my doctor. My husband saw instant results when he had Covid (recovered fully in 3 days following the FLCCC protocol) and when I had it, this pharmacist was belligerent and refused to fill it. He said that he didn’t want to be liable for any side effects (mind you I have read the insert thoroughly and decided the benefit outweighs the risk and there were no side effects I was personally concerned applied to me). I asked if I came in for the vaccine and I had a stroke of seizure would be be liable for that? He laughed and said he was exempt from liability thanks to the emergency use authorization. So I asked what studies or data was he basing his decision on and he got loud and said he has the right to refuse to fill it. Thankfully I found a better pharmacy who doesn’t feel the need to override a prescribing doctors order! With all of the options for getting a prescription filled, this company doesn’t even need to be one 🤷🏻‍♀️. Thankfully I recovered within a couple of days once I finally got this prescription filled. I followed the FLCCC protocol to a T and I’m thankful!

You actually will taking one for every pharmacy here. I gave you 1-star for these reasons1) Every pharmacy pushes online their time to 10pm or so, but pharmacy closes at 6pm. I get it, it is more important to help the people to buy cigarettes and coke in your store than the people that need meds, because that makes more money.2) What is the point being open until 6pm if you stop helping people at 5:45pm? We were there and the first thing you tell us is that it will not be filled until tomorrow. ONE SIMPLY MED! You can't do one simple med in less than 15 minutes?? Why don't you close at 5:30 then?? YOU ARE A PHARMACY!!!

When they're busy, you'll just get put on hold repeatedly, answered, nothing is said, put back on hold. Waiting on hold for 15 minutes today. Also the system said my medicine would arrive a week ago - still not there. Edit, the next time I called they answered right away. Maybe it was a phone system glitch. The phone system is annoying but they always are. The people are nice though. 😊

The Pharmacist Eric has a great personality, remembers your name every time, and makes you feel like that particular Walgreens is a real community pharmacy, even though he is usually working by himself, but still gets your refill quicker than most pharmacists.

These people will say anything to get you to go away. It's a horrible experience going here every month, which usually ends in me waiting hours for something I already called and confirmed was ready. Absolute torture.
