I love coming to this store! It’s alway clean and stocked up! I really appreciate the Manager Kim bagging my groceries and helping me and my husband to the car. We are both disabled and you don’t see many managers doing this!

The deli counter people on 04/20 at 2 are the most unprofessional bunch I’ve ever seen work. I can’t name names, but it took 30 minutes for each of them to make one sandwich. Talked about work drama instead of focusing on the line of customers stacking ahead of them. I wasted way too much time just to get a sandwich. Ridiculous

Always friendly! We stopped going to the Kroger and I'm so glad we are now shopping at Publix. I don't mind paying more for fresh produce, and better service.They always have sanitary wipes which a big plus!!!

Great experience at this Publix. A kind, courteous lady named Jeanine prepared a sub at the deli. Her customer service was the highlight. But, it wasn’t until I encountered Ken over in the cereal aisle that I decided that I should post this review. Ken stopped what he was doing and volunteered to run to the back and check an item that wasn’t on the shelf. Most folks would have just said “we’re out” and leave it there. Great experience overall today.

My wife placed a deli sandwich pickup order for a honey maple turkey sandwich with no mayonnaise and a buffalo chicken tender wrap with ranch. Her sandwich had mayonnaise on it and my wrap had no buffalo sauce and no ranch. Read the ticket order.

I love shopping at Publix mostly because of the employees are so friendly but this Publix is just so different! I went in last night I had a cart full of items so I didn’t want to do self check out like I normally do! Cashier was just rude and didn’t say much I don’t know what her deal was then this guy who was there I believe was in management was just giving off nasty looks. I will say my pick up order was ready on time and the produce had a lot of fruits that were moldy which is odd for Publix least to say I won’t be coming back here anymore they need to start getting better customer service and probably management and check your produce it’s gross

Everything was fine until checkout. Cashier is ringing up my stuff. Then I see the bagger pocket the hairbrush I just bought. It's a cheap hairbrush, not worth getting in a fight or wasting hours with police. It just sucks that now I have to drive to the next town if I want to shop at publix.

The store is clean and well organized but the service lacks with customers needing assistance with getting groceries to the car. I had several groceries and a toddler to carry to car and after unpacking my cart I saw no cart stations near by or worker. I had to put my toddler in the car and when I realize the cart station was to far I opted to leave the cart with another cart that was left on a medium . While attempting to get in my vehicle I was approached by a worker to reprahend me about where I placed the cart and I felt that if he had the time to watch me and come correct me he could have assisted me and making sure my child was safe in the car by escorting the cart for me. Just rude and inconsiderate to a customer.

At the risk of sounding like a Karen.....this location is ALWAYS out of fried chicken. We never have this problem at Riverstone. How, when people seek you out for a quick meal, are you perpetually out at 5pm! To make it worse, why not be honest about wait times? At 430 the deli manager says 20 mins. I opt to wait though I had nothing else to get. 33 mins later I and FOUR other people are just hanging in front of the deli waiting.How, just how at the busiest time of day for meal pickup?? And not once or twice but daily! The woman standing next to me said she was here yesterday and they were out so she went somewhere else for dinner. Just a shame. Publix is overpriced and out of my way but I stop for this. Guess we're gonna have to not bothering anymore.

This location is awesome! Everyone is nice from management to customer service to the deli. Emma at customer service is always super sweet, kind and helpful. Mit h in the deli is always pleasant and patient whie taking preparing your order. Items are in stock, the produce is fresh amd in stock. I highly recomend this location!

Helpful staff and always clean. The deli/bakery has never disappointed with fresh breads. The Tucson bread is awesome with garlic and butter on a cast iron skillet or the Brouch buns and hot ham and cheese.Occasionally on my way out I'll purchase a lotto ticket and haven't won that yet so I give a hypothetical 1 star for bad lotto numbers.Fresh produce seems to be an industry wide issue that I've noticed the last few years. Maybe transportation issues the last couple years or low wage workers available over the last 5 years. Otherwise, always have what I need.👍👍👍👍👍👍

Went to get a birthday cake (not pre-ordered). Cake seemed old or something. Even after letting it defrost, the cake almost broke off in chunks instead of slicing. The layers came apart from each other when cutting or eating. The first time receiving that was gross. I will, however, continue to pre-order all our cakes from there, but I will likely pass on cooler stored ones.

The bakery does an EXCELLENT job of decorating and personalizing the cakes that I ask for. Very talented people. The employees are always super helpful and nice. The store is always maintained. Love this store!!!

Let me state that this store consistently has a great selection, a friendly and professional staff, and good prices.However, I don't know if it is a store policy or manager's choice but they shut down self checkout when they do charity drives to force people into a cashier's line so they can ask for donations. I've got no problems with charity and the virtuous organizations they do these drives for, but I do have a problem with needlessly long lines. Inconveniencing your own customers and forcing them to be asked to donate (especially if you shop regularly and have donated already) is just irritating and toxic. For the love of God stop doing this.

It's a clean store, very organized and will illuminated. Produce appears fresh and the grocery is always neatly stacked up. The deli is great, with good and nice people working there. The hot wings is not that great anymore. It used to be very spicy and the sauce covering all. Now the hot sauce is more on the liquid side, and doesn't stick on the wings.The pharmacy is great, with also very nice people working. Overall it's a great place to shop.

We use this pharmacy regularly and they are typically very helpful but this time around when I went to pickup my wife’s prescription, the two people working were not. I had a couple of questions about the dose size as the one she needed was on back order and they were abrasive and short with their responses.

Got some deli meat and cheese last night. Dood at the deli counter was too busy laughing and kicking it with his friend he didn't notice that we was literally slicing plastic with our cheese....every single slice of cheese has plastic along with it. Do NOT trust the deli!

Publix is always functioning at a 4.5-5 star level. The prices are generally higher than other grocery stores but the quality is comparable. The higher prices are typically offset by publix buy 1 get 1 free deals that they offer on a regular basis. If you're on a budget and shop smart, you can pull it off. If you're not on a budget... well... Bravo, go big (and send some of that mojo my way) just kidding. File that joke under *funny but wrong* overall publix is a mainstay of mine and one of the few errands my kids never complain about going too thanks to the free cookie the bakery offers. If I time it right, I'll be halfway through my grocery list by the time they've polished off their *treat* in the world of parenting, I personally consider that a win/win.

Let me start by saying I have always been a Publix girl. Born and raised love the store. I just moved here from Florida and I'm just not having that much luck at Publix up here. Prices seem to be going up up AND ARE REDICULIOUS.Bought croutons they were stale, meat was ridiculously priced so didn't even buy it. I went to the deli and got Fried Chicken that was not cooked all the way. I went over to sliced meat and the girl basically threw my meat all over it was not stacked at all !! I don't know if she was new but that's not how you slice meat or cheese literally just threw it on there curled up, and then shoved it in the bag. Both of the girls behind the counter called a customer rude which maybe they were but you don't discuss that in front of another customer. Seem to be out of quite a few things as well. And it was a Monday? Plus fruits and veggies don't seem to last long at all? Just feeling very let down by this chain... maybe I'll have to start investigating some of the other local food markets up here.

if i could give zero stars i would because that’s the experience i just had here. i do not recommend going to the deli because the workers have no menu knowledge, aren’t customer friendly and extremely unsanitary. i stood in a 15 minute line when there was two workers constructing sandwiches and approximately 7 people in line when it was my turn i walked up to mitchell and he did not greet me he just stared at me until i started my order which was the garlic herb and tofu wrap which is labeled on the menu. he kept looking up and out at the menu because he did not know what was on it and i had to remind him to put the vegan ranch on. then my sister went to the next person who was available to take an order which was iris and she was horrible, my sister also asked for the garlic herb and tofu wrap which iris snapped back saying ‘we don’t have that’ and my sister pointed to me on the other side saying ‘ well that’s what she’s getting over there’ so iris without saying anything to my sister stormed off to grab some more tofu for which then she grabbed the mayo knife to spread avocado onto a VEGAN wrap, they do not take into account food allergies or even lifestyles she was overall super rude and didn’t even cut the wrap as she’s supposed to. 0/10 will never go back.

Customer service in this location is going downhill quickly. When you have a frontend manager refusing to authorize an FSA card transaction for a prescription, to be entered manually due to not having a chip and magnetic strip is not reading and get told to go somewhere else, you know its time to start shopping and filling your prescriptions somewhere else. Been shopping and filling prescriptions in this location over 15 years. No longer will I enter this location. Poor customer service has no excuse other than poor management.
