We’ve been coming here for a couple years now and Bre is the absolute best!!! She is so attentive to detail and adores our sweet mini schnauzer! She does an incredible job every time! She even goes out of her way to call me when she has an earlier appointment time available. We are so happy to have found her and highly recommend her!

Be careful of the manager at this location she is out to attack customers. We had wait over 15 minutes for help in reptile assistance since no one was over there. We ask the cashier to page and very kindly did 2x. No one every showed to help and luckily after telling the cashier why we are upset she helped us with the question. Mind you the manager stayed in the office the whole time until she heard we were upset for no one coming . She claimed we harrassed her cashier. I explained to the Manager that no one came and she could check cameras since she stayed in her office. She refused to acknowledge and yelled at us in the store . We thank the cashier as she is an amazing employed and there have been multiple times we used this location with amazing employees. However this manager could have left her office to offer help instead she blames the customers. I even tried to talk to the manager calmly to explain our side and a good one would listen. However she spoke unkindly and wouldn't acknowledge anything . Maybe she is having a bad day but no hearing someone's side nor getting out of the office is unacceptable. I hope she has a better day and treats people kindly .

The groomers were very adamant about shaving my boy after I rescued him(he is only 6 months). I only booked a bath, brush and hygiene appt. This was extremely tough on me whereas I felt like it was such a big change for him so soon. He is a doodle; his curls and coat are part of him and all he knew. I wanted the chance to correct the coat myself by maintenance at home before fully shaving. I had JUST gotten him two days before. The tech was not the most personable or understanding of my hesitation and only offered to either cancel the entire appointment or shave him due to their higher knowledge. I felt pretty backed into a corner. HOWEVER, today I am very thankful for the tough decision they forced me to make. They eventually educated us on why this was necessary. While they were not very consoling, Ollie is the happiest I have seen him. His coat is thriving and this reset was necessary. I am thankful for them. I do wish they could be more empathetic to a new dog mom. I am learning as well. Will likely return and big thanks to them for doing a great styling job with the shave.

Great staff and Great customer service.Enjoyed the Barberistas that cut Colbys hair. They did a great job and you can tell they love their job and the fur babies. Definitely will be going back as a regular.

When you get great service you should recognize it - I have been to this PetSmart on numerous occasions and was not overly impressed - but recently we added two Big puppies to our family and I needed help. I met Laura a month ago when I brought them in for nail grinding - she was very nice and professional and knowledgeable, she gave me tips on brushing to avoid matting. . This month I needed help to get them bathed and cleaned up. I was fortunate enough to get Laura again with my appointment. She is an amazing groomer. Both boys looked fantastic and happy - highly recommend her :)

Terrible experience! My dog hair literally looked choppy when I picked him up! Even showed the associate (Torin) my dogs previous haircut picture and t stated I wanted the exact cut, instead my dog was given a buzz cut on his ears and legs! The pictures below show how I wanted my dogs hair cut, how he looked when I dropped him off and how I picked him up.

This place has everything but the vet clinic most have come to have inside. It does, however, have groomers, so that's super helpful, and it's reasonably priced. I get specialty dog food for my pup, which they ALWAYS seem to have, and everything is fully stocked and all items are organized and present which i find amazing considering i might come to this location 3 or 5 times a month. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly, and the store itself is in good shape and is very clean.

Always has what I need, I wish they carried Taste of the Wild, but they have plenty of comparable products. My gf recently brought her turtle to my house and they also carry everything we have needed to give both my dog and our turtle happy homes and bellies.

Edit about a year later: I took her here again, and they told me that I had to pick a few out of all of the services listed for a particular package (this one was a walk-in option, not a full bath). I thought this was weird, as the package states that you get all these services. But I went ahead and did it. I did some research online and looking at other PetSmart locations, and it seems that this location is charging the same amount but not giving you all of the services that other locations provide. Kind of seems like a scam.I want to note that my dog has been to PetSmart several times for grooming needs, but I think this was our first time at this particular store. Maybe take your pet to a different store, because I've had great experiences at other PetSmart locations.I paid over $50 for a specialty grooming service for my dog, including a bandana, special shampoo, paw fur trimming, nail grinding, etc. I made an appointment, and when I arrived I was told it would be a wait and they wouldn't be done for about two hours. A little annoying since I made an appointment, and my dog would have to wait in a strange environment, but whatever.When she came out of the store two hours later, my dog clearly had not gotten the premium services I paid for. No bandana, her nails & paw fur were the same length and clearly hadn't been touched, and instead of smelling clean like she usually would after a bath, she just smelled like wet dog. So clearly they had rushed the process.I would have been happy if they had told me they needed to reschedule because they were too busy. But they went ahead and took my money and did a poor job.I contacted PetSmart several times and was told that I had been contacted by the store manager. That was a blatant lie because I checked and had no emails or calls. After asking about this multiple times, I finally got a call and email. I called back to the store, only to be told that the manager wasn't in and that they would leave a message to call back. Never received a call back.

Don't believe the hours posted on the website or app regarding the grooming salon at this location. Everywhere claims the grooming salon is open until 9pm, when in fact their hours are completely arbitrary. I called just after 7pm, thinking they were open for another 2 hours, to check if they were available to take my pups for a walk-in nail grind, only to find out that they were already closed. Apparently, they all leave at the conclusion of the last appointment of the day. For a service that claims to accept walk-ins, it's pretty trash business practice to have no way for your customers to know when you are actually open. It's also terrible to have hours posted that you don't abide by.

Cashier was very rude to my daughter. Even laughed at her when she could not purchase some birds because she was not 18. Even sent someone down there to purchase and was told birds was sold in 5 minutes and laughed at my daughter poor management and customer service

Just not a great experience. On their defense, I told them I wasn’t picky and we wanted her shaved low for the beach but I thought our dog would still look decent? She’s super uneven and they ignored cleaning areas around her face and her toes. She’s cut so low you can see her pink skin in some spots and random stragglers that were not cut in others. Just not great prob won’t be back. Woodstock Pets Mart does an amazing job!

This PetSmart for the most part is the same as most other PetSmarts. We only shopped here a couple of times to get Puppy formula. They only get 3 stars because we bought something thatvwas recommended by an employee that the puppies did not like. It was the second phase formula and they just would not eat it. When we went to return it for a store credit we were told rhat they do not accept open returns. How are you supposed to know if your pet will like a product id you do not open it? With a little pushback and a supervisor getting involved, we got a store credit. They were all nice during the process. This is definitely not a good or logical policy. We will most likely just shop at another location such as Petco if this is in fact a policy.

I am a little disappointed, I have been taking our pup to the grooming services for the last 3 years here. Everytime has been great except this last time. Our dog is a St. Bernard the super fluffy kind so we take him in to get groomed as we know this is time consuming with all his fur. We specfically get the de-shedding package due to him being fluffy. We were told 3-4 hours which is normal like any other time. However today was different we recieved a call only an hour and half later saying he was ready to be picked up. When we got there and asked for our dog even the manager was shocked we were already there to pick him up. The manager even questioned the tech if everything was done and if he was brushed extensively especially because we pay for the upgraded luxury package costing us $120. The tech responded with yes. When we got him, his face was still wet, the inside of his ears were wet which bothered me because I had said please be careful as he just got over an ear infection, wondering if his last ear infection was due to his bath last month by the same tech who did it this time. His fur was super damp to the touch. No cologne, he smelt like wet dog. We got the holiday special that included a nightmare before Christmas bandana, a treat and a coupon book. We did not recieve anything. Super disappointed I don't know what happened on this visit but the ball was definitely dropped and not very impressed with this visit. I did not get $120 worth of service. If this doesn't get corrected some how we will be taking our 120 a month we spend on grooming to somewhere else.

Hours posted online are incorrect. They said 7am. I got here around 7:30 and rang the bell. A lady came to the door and said they don’t open until 8. Since I’m pregnant I can’t lift her to get back in the car so they left us standing outside in the cold and rain.

Nice place. The staff is great, the place is clean, they usually have what I'm looking for, and they'll help take stuff to your vehicle if you have your hands full with a new fur friend. And, as always, fur friends are allowed inside.

I have never been a fan of chain groomers, due to the negative stories or videos published online. Due to life's circumstances I found myself inside this store last Thursday afternoon.We had an amazing groomer, who would come over our home to work her majic on our baby boy. Unfortunately this is no longer possible (moved out of state) after searching far and wide and thinking it over a thousand times, we decided to give this place a try.Our baby boy was taken in, and yes I became one of those helicopter moms 😂, stayed by the glass window watching it all, even tagged team with my eldest daughter.I was impressed with the groomer, and the manager on duty. You see it had been a few months since our baby boy was groomed professionally, and this time we did not get the teddy bear cut he usually gets, due to so much matting, and him not being used to this setting.The manager on duty that afternoon, took the time to walk by us, greet us, answer a few questions we had, helped put our minds at ease, in short was every bit involved in every detail going on in the grooming area, not just with our baby boy.The groomer was patient but there was an incident, she took the time to come out and explained in detail what had happened, went over home care instructions with us and answered our concerns.I could sense she truly cared, and it was an incident that was out of her control. She eased our baby's anxiety, she loved on our baby when he needed it, and I was just impressed by the customer service as a whole.Although our baby did not get his teddy bear haircut, he's matt free, he's not hot, and looks adorable just the same. I will definitely return, and yes, I will still be that helicopter mom at least for the next few cuts until I feel that our baby's more at ease (don't judge)

I took my Shih Tzu for the first time to the Canton location for grooming on Thursday July 20, 2023. I was assigned Adrienna N. for the hair cut and bath. When I picked her up everything seemed fine until I got her home. She immediately lay down on her tummy and did not want to get up. The next morning or Friday July 21st as I was doing her morning grooming I noticed she wouldn't let me touch her tummy. I looked and it was red and raw as if she had been scalded with hot water or shaved so close it removed part of her skin. I waited until Monday July 24th to call. I asked for a manager and the man I spoke to (did not get his name) said he could help me. I explained what had happened to my dog and he got very angry and said I should have examined her when I picked her up and it was my fault for not doing so. I just was wondering if anyone else out there examines their dog all over when they pick them up from grooming? I would not have taken her there if I thought I could not trust them enough without me doing a complete exam when I picked her up. Just want you to know that I consider this animal abuse and hope no one else has this happen to their pets.

Employees were laughing at a dead fish on the ground that they had “forgotten about.” I overheard this from a few feet away and saw the dead fish get picked up eventually. How could you laugh at a dead animal?! I left as soon as this happened. Just walked out without saying a word. Disregard for an animals life no matter how big or small is appalling.
