We love getting supplies here for our dogs, cat, bird & fish. The self-bathing station has been a life saver for us. The staff are always so friendly too!

Just purchased two female guppies for our male guppy. Within a day one of them had white spots and having trouble swimming indicative of ich. She was dead within 24 hours. Despite treating the tank as soon as possible the other female died a day later despite her acting completely normal. I believe it was a bad batch of guppies. I’m only hoping that they haven’t gotten the male sick as it is my son’s fish that he has had for almost a year. Extremely frustrated.

This store location only carries a small inventory. Be careful when you shop online and realize this location doesn’t have it. Missed out on every promotion they had because they don’t carry what I ordered. Wanted to be a local customer, can’t do it.

We went in on Oct. 31st around 5pm. There were about 4 or 5 girls working (it was a little hard to tell who worked there) and not a single one said hello or offered to help. There was only one other patron, and I never saw any of the staff speak to them, either. We were looking at the rabbits and waiting for help, but the staff just talked to each other and ignored us. I’ve never seen a store with that many unfriendly employees. Won’t go back and don’t recommend. You are better off going to Petsmart or Petco, or driving to Woodstock. (The bunnies they had seemed friendly, though. They kept coming up to the glass, but not totally sure since no one would help us.)

This is a fantastic pet store. The manager is wonderful. She is kind and knowledgeable and really helps you get the right stuff for your pet. It’s clean, it doesn’t smell like pets. You can tell the employees are also trained about the animals and are very kind and helpful. The manager has been there a long time and you can tell she enjoys what she does and really does care about the animals she sells. The animals themselves seem to have clean cages and clean water etc which is the most important thing you want to see! Perfect mid size pet store with people who really care and well cared for animals :)

This place would get 1-star, but I gave it the benefit of the doubt that not everyone there is bad — plus I like the snails I got.I went one week ago with my partner, and we waited forever not only to be helped (in the fish dpt), but to even get a simple "Hey guys, we'll be with you in a minute." Two employees were standing not even 3 feet away. They were both talking to a couple, half the time not even about fish. When the guy finally got around to us (15-20 min later), it sounded like we were the biggest inconvenience. We literally just wanted some plants for our betta fish.This weekend, we decided to give it another shot because we wanted more things for our tank that PetSmart didn't have. We hoped the bad customer service was a fluke. It wasn't. The same guy, Justin, again didn't even acknowledge us standing there for 10+ min, despite making eye contact and us waiting patiently.Anyway, I don't usually leave reviews, but man the customer service here is atrocious. I'd rather drive to Woodstock's pet stores at this point than give them my business.

Great store, great prices, and employees are always so friendly I love coming here. Has replaced perskaart for me completely. The prices and rewards and products are so much better. Absolutely love how friendly the employees are especially with my dogs when I’m bring them in with me that’s always appreciated! There’s two young ladies (both blonde girls) that are always super friendly and remember me when I come in. You should give them raises!!!

Hello! I just finished bathing both of my adult huskies in their self service "bathroom". And it was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! Not only was their set up perfect, but everything was easy to use. They had plenty of large, microfiber towels available. The high velocity drier was easy to use. Now I didn't get to look through the entire store, but from what I could see, everything was clean and well stocked. The staff was AMAZING. They were all super nice and super helpful. Highly recommend at least one visit! The only thing is that I wish I could have tipped the employees that came in to clean after me... I'll have to bring cash next time!

Great for washing your own dog in the store. Only costs $10 and it saves you from having to clean your own bathroom when you are done. Plus, my kids actually like to help!

I absolutely love the fish at this store and one particular employee, the manager that came from the woodstock store. The reason for minus 2 stars is the wait 3 times I've been in there, due to young employees having very long conversations with their friends in the store. I was even told to hold on at the register so one girl could go to the other employee and "friend" to catch up. She apologized and said I haven't seen her in forever. I understand that but I wish she would have checked me out first then caught up. The second time was an employee and friend and to be fair he was buying fish but the conversation was about parties and random topics which slowed the process dramatically, I had my toddler with me which I think made me even more impatient then I otherwise would be. But the fish i have gotten have been fine with the exception of 3 that died i have 9 platys and 9 corys all thriving as of now 3 weeks into adding fish and 2 months into cycling 🤞 otherwise 5 stars if employees were more attentive.

Friendly staff and well stocked. We have gone to a few Pet Supermarket's around the area before this one was opened and they have always been our go to pet stores. This one has so far held the same expectations we are use.Only critique is the front cash register location is a bit awkward as staff can lose sight of someone waiting in line if they are busy or our first time there we didnt eve know where the check out was.

I'm so happy Pet Supermarket came to town. It has a small town feel to it which is nice. I personally prefer PSM over Petsmart. The store is much nicer and definitely cleaner;the prices seem to be a tad lower too. The employees are very friendly and make sure you are taken care of.

Both employees were extremely nice and helpful. I used their self serve dog-wash for my husky. It was clean, easy to use and you go at your own pace. They provide a basket that contains shampoo, conditioner, towels and there is a place to blow them dry! My husky loved it, and we will be back soon! ❤️

Wonderful new place in Canton! Manager is Awesome. She helped me find the right food for my very sensitive felines. Plenty of homeopathic medicines, great choice of grain free foods for my fur babies, and awesome toys. Seriously! Check it out.

First star is for the friendly greeting. Second star is for stocking a very specific product. The third star is from pleasant visits in the past. The two missing stars are simply due to the upset of a few customers, including myself, who wanted to purchase goods but couldn't find a single associate in the entire store for over 5 minutes. I gave up and walked out. Normally a decent place to shop but was really frustrated when I couldn't buy and their competitor across the street closed early.

I LOVE this store. Store manager is very knowledgeable, and good with people and solving problems. All other workers i have dealt with have been very personable and helpful.This store stays in stock with an overabundance of anything you'd need. I'd definitely recommend this store 7 days out of the week.

First time in the store yesterday and I was very impressed by the staff and the overall appearance of the merchandise.A plus for me was the ADA ramp directly in front of the store in addition to multiple handicapped parking places close to the entrance.
