I’ve always had great experiences dealing with Kevin and his shop. I feel appreciated and valued each time I visit. I recently purchased a bike and left it at the shop to have some parts swapped out. The shop was burglarized and as my luck would have it, my bike was one of the ones stolen. Kevin had a replacement for me within just a few days. I’ve fittingly named the bike “Bandit”!

Stopped in without knowing much about the shop and that it is a high-end adult bike shop. That didn't stop the staff from helping us find new grips for my 10-year-old sons bike. They even tracked down a bell and some reflectors for him! They went over and above and have earned a couple of loyal customers! Thank you gentlemen!

I can't say enough good things about this shop. Kevin and Jason far exceeded expectations with our recent bike purchases. It's hard to find businesses that provide this level of customer service these days. We drove 1.5 hours to buy bikes from this shop and we wouldn't hesitate to do it again.

Bicycle store experiences can be subjective on what a rider wants or needs from them. In my case, I am a serious road cycling hobbyist who should know much more about biking and mechanics than I actually do (which often gets me into trouble). Kevin, Tim and the rest of the Out Spokin' team have always given me respect and guidance on all things biking. I've bought bikes and have had them serviced there. They have even humbly put together a bike that I bought elsewhere.They are humans, like the rest of us, and are the first to admit an error. But they are also always willing to listen and meet/exceed your expectation. Out Spokin' is the metric for the type of experience and service I want and expect from my BS. They deserve a visit and chance to service you. Ride on > be safe.

Kevin and staff are a vital part of the cycling culture in Cherokee county. Jason is very knowledgeable about suspension set up and a great mechanic. They are very fair on price. The are also well stocked with the items you need in a pinch. For suspension service I was quoted double by the shop just down the road. They will always be my first stop for service and parts.

These guys are cool. All of them are seasoned riders who understand Mountain Bikes. Sounds silly...but there are good bike mechanics out there that don't necessarily do a thorough job on mountain bikes. I've taken my bike there several times for maintenance and I learn something new every trip. They even helped me out with an emergency repair when I was on my way to North Carolina for a big race. I trust them and will continue to go here for my Mountain biking needs.

Just don’t go here. The owner/manager is rude, and childish. I tried the returning a seat after having it for less than 1 week and immediately he started blaming me for why he can’t return it. His reasoning was that it was dirty, and I sat on it. It wasn’t dirty, it sat in my garage for that week so maybe it had some light dust on it but nothing more. When I politely asked him why he wouldn’t just help me out to make a customer happy he got loud and abrasive with me, he then started gaslighting me by saying I was being confrontational when I simply just wanted to know why he wouldn’t return it. I pointed out that he was being more confrontational than me and he just started fuming and started to try and lie by comparing his return policy to a big box clothing store that has a way better and more accepting return policy. It was obvious at that point that he didn’t know what he was talking about and definitely didn’t have the customers best interests in mind. I simply told him to have a good day and left. If you read the other reviews, you’ll find more just like this one, I hope you learn from these and don’t patron his business. There are plenty of other stores with good reviews around.

Owner, Kevin is extremely pompous arrogant, and condescending! Cocky know it all who doesn’t even ride a bike! Told us one trip visiting the store with friends/riders “this is your hobby, not mine!” when asked about the cost/markup on a particular service. Items in the store are grossly overpriced (some tires $30-$40 more than anyone can find online with a simple google search) and same with service! Attempted to feed me a line of bull, then had the audacity to raise his voice and basically yell at me when I asked for an explanation to a bogus charge on my service ticket that I did not authorize, ask for, nor was anything done to my bike to justify. His response, “If you don’t want to pay for it, then fine, I will take it off the ticket!” And again, this was for something he claimed they did to my bike without asking me, wasn’t requested and that they didn’t even do! Immediately got actually angry when I called him out on it. Will never step foot in this shop again. Way too many others out there who take care of the customer regardless of where they bought their bike. You don’t buy your bike from them, then good luck getting any sort of decency from the owner/staff. Shameful! Beware before entering. Been riding/racing for 10+ years and never experienced such arrogance from a shop to this level ever before. Actually passed 3 bike shops before I got to this one. Lol. Never again. Guess I should have purchased the fox mud guard the owner called and tried to sell me, while my bike was in service, even though I already had one on my bike that was 1/10th the cost, carbon fiber, super lightweight, and works perfectly! Lol Like a petulant child, didn’t like that I told him, No! Owner of this shop has no clue how to treat a customer, especially a seasoned rider. From one business owner to another, he should consider selling out and retire! Very Bitter and not at all friendly. Go see for yourself. Good luck!

Wanted to say a Big Thank you to the guys for taking the time to set up my Specialized Levo yesterday. Purchased the bike and the manager of the shop took the time to explain how it is suppose to be set up, shock settings, air pressures in tires when i ride, etc...The owner was there and even offered to guide me on setting up the app on my iphone. I had some issues loading it in my truck and they saw us struggling so he even helped getting it in the truck and loading it for us. I know these are little things but customer service makes a difference!! Stand up owner and manager!! Thank you Roger

Couldn't ask for anything better.Located right next to blankets Creek (mtb trail)Top of the line bikes with a large variety. Perfect for beginners and expert riders.Vary good customer service!My dad has been going here for years!!EDIT 8-29-22I just want to add to this. I read all the 1 star reviews and just think to myself. How entitled these people are. This is a smaller location. Its also so close to the most popular trails in Georgia! That being said… customer service will be BUSY. Me personally… have never been disappointed with my experience here. I want everyone to have the same experience i did. Report these lame 1 star reviews!

Called the week of July 17th to make appointment for tune up…..They said no appointment needed about a 3 day turnaround no problem….Called today July 26th was told scheduling for next Tuesday August 1st.Told them I tried to make appointment over a week ago person on phone said oh well….This is not the first time I had a poor experience with this shop but it will be the last….

I purchased a new bike here and had a great experience. They took time to answer all of my questions, even after I had taken the bike home. I invested in a bike fit and it was well worth it. I have taken my bike out twice since then and everything is perfect. I have some chronic injuries and a recent knee surgery and Emerson took time to strike the perfect balance between comfort and performance. I couldn't be more content with my experience here. I highly recommend this shop. I will never buy a new bike without a bike fitting. Great investment.

I bought a new bike here today, and I’m amazing with it. Some of the guys seemed slightly standoffish. Kevin was who checked us out and he was pretty rude honestly. That’s the only reason I’m giving 3 stars, but the particular young man who sold me my Specialized Rockhopper was incredibly kind, answered all my questions, and let me even try the bike out before the purchase. I don’t remember his name, but he helped me on July 15, 2020 around 2:30 and even put together the bike for us because it wasn’t built when we came in. I’m very happy with my purchase here today.

Well, my experience started off with the owner giving not a single care in the world when I walked in. It wasn't until I was about to purchase a bike that he talked to me like an adult. However the young man that helped my girlfriend and I to a bike and showed us the features of the bike was extremely helpful and insightful about the bike. If the owner wasn't so rude maybe they'd get three stars. Take notes on how your younger employees talk to customer, kevin.

Went to this amazing bike shop at 9 am on a Saturday morning with a broken derailleur. They got me going in under 45 minutes and saved my weekend trip to Blankets. Long story short, I needed a new crank set at 11am on a BEAUTIFUL Saturday to be able to keep riding, and these guys were not only the only store who opened up a spot for me, but also were the nicest to deal with. I was back on the trail by 3pm, happy and with a brand new crank set.Price was reasonable/equal compared to other stores which means they did not take advantage of my lack of patience. Great business :)Thank you SO much!

Everyone who works at this shop is amazing and knows their stuff. Their enthusiasm for biking and for bicycles is infectious, and they provided me with incredibly knowledgeable information about their bike brands. They sold me a beautiful bike at a great price and went the extra mile to make sure the bike was in perfect working order before it left the store. They added some additional touches to provide me with a first class ride, and the service was extremely efficient. I would recommend these guys and this shop over any other bike shop in the Atlanta area (and I have been to most of them!).

Seems like a fine shop but kinda weird to advertise bike rentals on the building only to be laughed at when we inquired if we could rent bikes and told they don't do that there. Seems like a quality shop but pretty awful experience

Walked around the store 5 or 6 times. I saw 3 or 4 employees, not one asked if I needed help. Seemed they had other worries besides the customer. Small businesses should THRIVE on customer service, but not this place. I purchased a bike and gear from another shop right down the road where I was treated like a life long customer. Two stars for having a good selection of bikes.....

Super nice staff. As soon as we walked in the door the staff was ready to help. They explained everything about the bike I was interested in , and had me on a couple demos to get the correct size. I will return to purchase from them. Thanks !!Adding to this a year later. I did purchase my great Salsa bike from them. Kevin and his awsome team helped me in upgrading it over the year. There knowledge of Mountain Biking and customer service of is superior. Any repairs or upgrades they have done are spot on everytime. My next Bike purchase from Out Spokin will be a full suspension ! Oh yea... And any negative reviews are a direct reflection of the person writing it.
